I have been using EF Tire since the late 80s. I really dont bring my car anywhere else. My father who was in the auto business for over 40 years recommended them to me when i was a kid. If you can make my Dad happy something must be right.Quality honest work. Just saved me $1700 bucks on a break job on a 2020 Jeep SRT....Good job...Care about their customers. I work for roto rooter and we have to keep and service our own vans. I got a nail in my tire mid shift and was desperate to get a new tire as fast as possible. I tried three different shops and everyone was a several hour wait before a guy at tire kingdom told me to go see these guys. I was able to purchase a tire and have it replaced within twenty minutes after arriving there. The customer service was top tier and the fact that they were able to get me back on the road and working all within my lunch break was more than I could ask for. I’ll be coming here for tires for years to come.

Needed an alternator installed in my Toyota and quoted $168. When I picked it up the charge was $117. A savings if $51!!! This repair shop does not rip you off they are very honest. Will always be my go to place for repairs. I highly recommend.

This is the only shop I will get my car serviced. They are honest, have fair prices and the folks that work here are great.Beware they are usually very busy, it will never be a quick in and out. I typically drop my car off early in the AM and pickup by early to mid afternoon for oil changes and tire repair/replacement. Sometimes end of day depending how busy they are.

I have been going to EF tires for over 15 years and Jim was always great. The past couple times Ive dealt with another guy (New Management?) but he has quoted me higher rates and has always been rude, but I bit the bullet. This last time was the last straw. I came to get a tire plugged and he said it would be $15 dollars. Most places charge between $5-$10 for this, so I asked if he would be able to do better since Im a loyal customer and most people are like me and struggling during this time. He was extremely rude and said no, its $15, so I said I would go elsewhere. The 2 employees could not wait for me to leave the building before bursting out in laughter. Very unprofessional & the have lost a loyal customer for life. Its no longer the honest repair shop that you can count on for a great price & good service. Too bad....

It is unusual to find a auto service company that one can trust completely; I have found that with EF. I know that they will always tell me the truth and NEVER try to sell me UP in order to pad the bill. They are a busy shop, so be patient and be assured that your vehicle is in great hands.

Went to tire kingdom and they told me they couldnt plug my tire ( I ran over a nail) and I needed a new tire. $250.00. Because each axle should have the same tire, I needed two. Total with installation was about $700.00. I went home, looked at other places and saw that EF TIRE & AUTO REPAIR got wonderful reviews. When I called them they told me not to worry and to come in. I went in and in 25 minutes the man said your car is ready. I was shocked. I said how much do I owe you? He answered. $15.00 Fifteen!!!!! Amazing.Thank you EF TIRE! Love you guys!!!!!

Went to three other places and was given estimates for work not required. Bill was honest and kept in contact through the day. Bringing my daughters car in from Tampa. I dont mind a few dollars higher for honest work.

Once again South Florida businesses can’t be straight. I go in when I discovered a nail in my tire the guy in the shop plugged the tire and I then went into the office to pay. The guy said $15 so I paid but no recent so I asked can I have a receipt he replied ok that’s another $1.50

Been going here for over 5 years. I have an older vehicle and have spent at least 5k there. They can repair your car quick and know what they are doing. ...however, I am becoming increasingly disappointed in their pricing. Final straw...a simple battery with labor $165...you are out of your mind. I have taken my business elsewhere.Also, important to note... I read another review. Consumer came in with one problem, and went home with a different one. Ie leaking radiator (happened to me too!) which I had replaced with you subsequently to a tune of hundreds of dollars. Radiator was fine before that visit (which I believe the front brakes and rotors were done). So back to replacing the radiator, my brake line was also replaced, when I had just had the front brakes done from a recent previous visit. Then suddenly, my ABS light comes on. I take it back to you. I was told the ABS was failing and had nothing to do with the brakes or brake line, yet when I left your shop....the ABS light has not come on again. Another thing, key ignition. Had multiple back to back visits in which I was told one thing had nothing to do with the other. That alone probably cost me well over $500 dollars. I do not believe in coincidences. PS Your tires and batteries do not last under normal wear and tear. I barely drive that car, and every time I turn around, I am being told I need new tires! Thanks E and F. But, NO THANKS.

I have been there a few times and recently had a brake job and some additional major work done on my Lexus. They are not only responsible, quick, and charge reasonably, but have been honest so far. They not only tell you what the diagnosis is, but explain it to you so you can actually understand and research it if you wanted to. So far they have been on point and honest about everything, and that is very hard to find in a auto repair/mechanic shop nowadays... I will follow up after repair is complete. In the meantime, thanks Bill.

If I could give a 0 I would. Went there with my 2009 corvette because my friend referred me. The owner is her friend and apparently has the same car. Had the front tires changed. Anyway a few weeks went by and had a chronic leak in both tires and a problem with the sensor. As well as a loud exhaust problem that appeared after I drove it away. So they said the sensor was cracked and was looking into exhaust. The only way to crack a sensor is either running the tire flat or not knowing how to change the tire. So essentially they charged me $189 for replacing the sensor they cracked. Also they had no idea how to fix the exhaust. So when I go to drive the car away non of the electronic system was working. They managed to get 1/2 of it on but then blamed me for the other half. The manager was a total douche too. So anyway I brought the car to a real mechanic and had it easily fixed. Needless to say they were by far the worst mechanic in service and customer treatment I have ever experienced. Gonna report them to better business bureau

I’ve been taking my 10 year old Toyota to EF Tire & Auto for probably five years now, and that’s one of the main reasons it’s still going strong with 164,000 miles. Bill and Anthony at the front desk greet customers like neighbors, and the work is good and honest. Their reputation precedes them.

If I could, I would give them six stars. These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. I noticed they can be bilingual, which just adds to their level of service, and they wont try to upsell unnecessary service to try to rip you off. They are a bright light in an area rife with con artists, and I wouldnt take my or my wifes car anywhere else.

We’re new to Lighthouse Point but I have been to EF Tires twice and they could not have been more accommodating. Well, this week my step daughter, who just had a baby, called and asked if I knew how to check the air in a tire. I sent her to EF and told her they’d treat her like family. Fifteen minutes later she sent me a text saying when she got to EF there was a three hour wait but they sensed she was a bit frazzled so they checked her tire, found a nail, repaired the tire and she was out of there in ten minutes. I love those guys!

Quick, easy,and well priced. I frequently go here to get my oil changed and various simple maintenance on my vehicles. The mechanics do great work. When/If they come across something else that needs work, they dont only inform you, but in the same breath tell you their price as well as will often mention competitors pricing.I often go home and research and their pricing is often right in the ballpark if not a bit less.Ive never once had bad service, and honestly my only complaint is location. Because its near a busy intersection, it can often be problematic to get to. But short of that, great service, and always a great experience.Purolator filters used for their oil changes. Im definitely happy about this!

Great experience. I had a flat and ended up getting my G35 towed to EF Tire and Auto. It is within walking distance of my house, they were busy but I was able to walk right up to the counter they got me all set up within 5 min. I also had wheel locks and had lost the key, they were quick to let me know they could resolve the issue where other places I had been to were hesitant. I also have very wide, low profile tires and they got both rear wheels sent over from the warehouse and replaced in 3 hours! AMAZING! Will definitely return for other repairs.
