Its okay. Employees dont ask to help you, 80% of their products can be purchased at Walmart and their prices are the highest anywhere...but hey...theyre relatively close and I hate Walmart even more so if I need something in a pinch Ill bite the bullet.

DO NOT COME HERE. Very bad customer service. The only one that helped us was John. The assistant manager. They do not even smile or help you. If they want to charge these prices at least have good customer service

Took a few minutes to get some assistance. Of course only 1 person was able to help so had to wait longer. After all that they did not have the item that was needed. This has happened in this store many times. Best to stick with main store in Ftl as they are better trained and better stocked.

West Marine is not like they used to be. Now, if I see a better price on Amazon I just show it to them. They NEVER give me a hard time. I recall when Best Buy said they would match Amazon prices. They gave me such a hard time it made me think it was not even worth it. This West Marine almost always has everything in stock, too. Nice people who work there as well.

Friendly staff. Decent prices. I think a lot of people price shop online when they are there. Better to see what you are actually buying in my opinion.

You get what you pay for. I have a 04 Lincoln President Elite. In 04 it was 52gs.These guys have products for Vinal tops. Everone always asked me who replaced it.Nope...original. 50 a year every year Vinal protection.

Had what I needed

Before I walked into West Marine I was a shell of a man. My ex wife was trying to take me to court for our 26 foot Contender and as it was the last thing that brought me a semblance of joy, I was near ruin. Then something happened. As I was perusing the aisles of my local West Marine I was approached by a salesman who’s nametag read, Alex. Instantly I felt a wave of positive energy wash over me like a warm wave of honey. Not only was he engaging and kind but he had this stoicness about him like a young Steve McQueen. Alex knew every answer to my questions which proved his professionalism and dedication to boating. Over the course of our conversation Alex was able to make me laugh and help me find what I needed guiding me to what he uses on his own boat. I felt I gained a lifelong friendship with Alex that day as he pulled away the veil of darkness that shrouded my vision on life. Thank you so much for the amazing service

This store has knowledgable staff. The service overall is superb for warranty, support or general information. Seek out Ray for electronics and Ray or Mike for fishing and boating. They truly offer price matching on all, coupled with their rewards program truly saves you money. Wish they carried all brands I typically purchase. They also have quality clothes and at times have sales offerring significant savings.
