I wish I could give 10 stars for the excellent service, knowledge and expertise that Deborah at ESO provided for us!!! We came to Deborah while our house was under construction and we needed everything from kitchen sinks and faucets to toilet bowls, sinks and faucets for 6 bathrooms as well as outside showers and sinks …Deborah could not have guided us better, taking her time to go over each and every item that we needed to make a decision about. Whenever I had an issue because issues and changes always occur when you are building a new house, she was always there with other options and never made a big deal about changes from my original order. Deborah is also the nicest and kindest person to deal with which is an added bonus. Everyone who works there is super nice as well.. Karen (awesome to deal with ) was always there to back me up if Deborah was not available. Thank you ESO for making a very stressful situation of picking out so many different items much easier for us! I can always breathe easier knowing that whenever I call, you always have my back! One million thank you’s wouldn’t suffice ! Now that we finally moved in to our new house, we are beyond thrilled with everything that we purchased. ESO has always been my “go to place” and that will never change !

I was greeted as soon as I entered the showroom by a nice young woman at the front desk. I was then provided a salesman who promptly greeted me. His name was Carlos and he helped me pick out the toilet, push button shower head control with a thermostat control, large rain head, and the handheld sprayer with the lovely attachment to the wall. My newly remodeled bathroom looks amazing!

I loved dealing with this store. Dorinda helped us find everything that we were looking for within our price range. She helped us design our 1st bathroom with the coordinating pieces that made us have the confidence to continue with the construction of the rest of the bathroom. Do not be intimidated by all the fancy prices, there is something for everyones budget and Dorinda will help you find it. Have been buying high end bathroom/kitchens items from them for years, excellent selection and prices are mid to high end.

I gutted and remodeled a bathroom last year and was given excellent recommendations, fair prices and outstanding customer service from Dorinda, the warehouse people, the front reception desk and the showroom manager. Picking out my hardware and having it arrive when it should as well as meet all of my expectations for performance is wonderful. I will drive from Hollywood every time I need to, I am a happy customer.

I bought a soap pump for the kitchen sink when I was renovating my apartment, and it never worked because it was missing a part.Herman came to my rescue and ordered the part. It was delivered to the store and Herman put it together. Like a museum of the best of the best. I have used them in the past but their prices have gone way through the roof. But you do some decorating and once something completely unique and one of a kind this is the place to go. I have always found them to provide amazing customer service.

PublicDeborah Rugnetta is the sales manager for European Sink Outlet, and she is NOT customer friendly AT ALL. There was a problem with an item I purchased, and when I tried to return it, she said it was missing a part. I asked her to call the manufacturer and she refused. I then called the manufacturer and they said that it doesnt even come with that part, and that European Sink Outlet could return it at any rate. I had already purchased another item from them to replace this defective one, but Deborah wanted me to keep BOTH of them and not help me AT ALL. She was RUDE, uncaring, and not interested in helping in ANY WAY.

I purchased my fixtures here several years ago. The faucet started to leak. I called them and they recommended plumber, Plumbing By Tyson . He came out and told me I needed a new part which I ordered. They wanted over $400 and when it was finally delivered I ended up paying $100. The plumber came to the house and tried to install it.He could not stop the leak and said I needed another part. The plumber came to the house and we found that the new part would not solve the problem and it was useless. I finally got another plumber. He told me that the first part that was order should cost nothing. It was covered under warranty. When the part was delivered he came and installed it and it was fixed. They charged me for a part that should have been free and sent me a plumber who did not know how to install it.

I had a ten year old kitchen faucet Hansgrohe purchased at European Sink Outlet. The head was delaminating took a snap shot with my phone so I could order a replacement, the sales man said for me to hold on as he spoke to the manufacturer, he even charged my phone while waiting.Then he got them to send a replacement directly to our home with directions for easy installationWOW customer service at its best! I did purchase a new soap dispenserThank you. We will soon be remolding our bathroom and possibly the kitchen😘
