I purchased almost $1600 worth of tile & grout back in July 2017. Had problems with tile delivery. My contractor would go to the store to pick up tiles we were told were there. When he got there the order was incomplete. I cancelled shower floor tile over a month ago since it was not in as promised. They OWE ME about $285.00 & WILL NOT credit my American Express card. They claim they have to mail me a refund check..that is the way they do it. I call every week since I have NOT received the check!! Today I was told by the manager Adabelle that the check was mailed out. I have NOT gotten it!! This has gone on long enough!! I am calling American Express to file a grievance against this company.
