This is worst company ever stay far far away. They are so incompetent. They are un organized. No one knows what is going on. They are liars. I will never do business with them again. It is costing us more money that is worth it.

Called in and Keith came same day for an estimate. Keith was amazing to work with! He listened to what we want, showed us options and knew exactly what will make us fall in love. His installers were absolutely exact, precise and detailed. The counters are gorgeous, cut amazingly perfect and we are so pleased with the results. Way beyond our expectations. Working with Keith on our counters project was a great choice. Would recommend him to anyone looking for beautiful counters!

We found out that this was a family run business and Blake was professional and a true gentlemen. He came to the house to see our old kitchen and he measured for new cabinets and countertops. My husband and I were very very pleased with our kitchen, and the exceptional service we received from HPC’s rep. Fernanda M. She was very patient, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly always returned call. She was there all the way through our changes and her attention to our needs were well appreciated. HPC has a wide variety of cabinets and the showroom is comfortable and well staffed. Friends have seen our kitchen and commented it looks like HGTV production. That’s pretty good.

My first call for a quote for quartz countertops was to Half Price. Blake made it super easy and provided a quote. I made a few more calls and the prices went up gradually to $1500 more! I quickly called back, they sent someone to measure the next day and within a week they were installed! I wouldnt have even had to visit their showroom but wanted to be sure it was what I wanted. The clear communication, timeliness and professionalism each step of the way made a nail biting situation completely painless. Family owned with strict ethical practices make Half Price the only way to go!

I will never recommend them due to their lack of respect for people and to what they committed to. After you pay your deposit, you will be begging themTo do their job . I ordered and paid the deposit and was told that they will come and install on Friday so I took a day off and had someone removed the old marble and cut the wall to be ready .I had to ask their representative what’s going and then one lady called to apologize saying that installation cannot be until a week after so I had no choice except to stay with an empty kitchen island for one week ... I am so disgusted by their careless and lack of customer care ... I should have looked at the negative reviews before using them as their positive comments may be fake ..I could not understand how company with such poor service still exists!!!

I contacted this company from the internet and spoke to Josh. Very nice and professional and gave me his cell phone as I was contacting him for my 85 year old mom who lives in Delray while I live in NY. He said send her in and I will take care of her. He did everything even though during our purchase he had to work remotely due to the virus. The only bump in the road was either the person who measured or the person who fabricated came up short and they had to re-fabricate and redeliver however they took care of it promptly and professionally and even took care of the plumber as I had already had the plumber on the original delivery date. Once installed they look great and I have one happy mom. Thanks Josh and your team.

Half Price has done the countertops in 5 rooms of my house. Never have had any problem at all and always have been thrilled with their work and how lovely my countertops are. They just finished my kitchen with a beautiful Cambria quartz countertop. I am actually a tad sorry that this is the last job I will need done by them. You should really give them a try.

This was my first time experience with HPC and I have to say it was one of the best. Morris was amazing! He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. He even personally delivered my cabinet in the rain! The quartz installation went well except a small dent in the wall. An easy fix. Totally worth every penny! 😀

We unfortunately did not have a great experience. Owners were really nice at first but stopped responding to my emails when I asked if our counters could be fixed after noticing a large gap after installation near my stove area. We’re told they would send someone out... we followed up with 3 emails over the last 6-months since installation and no response :(.... I had to pay for someone to come out and saw a part of my cabinet to flush out the uneven very expensive quartzite. Still very upset about it...This is in addition to them getting the measurements to my window sills incorrect 2 times and having to replace it twice.... Also the kitchen island measurements were slightly off and look a bit off balanced. We let that go since we didn’t want to risk cracking stone by having it reset.Requested a portion of my down payment refunded to subside the cost of what I had to pay to flush out my cabinet... no response. Very upsetting from a couple that also owns a small business to have this type of service.

From the moment we walked into the store to the actual installation of the counter, service was exemplary. Getting a Kitchen counter can be complicated, but Half Price Countertops made the whole process smooth and worry free. Highly recommend this store.

I have worked with multiple cabinetry companies/vendors in my day, and I can say that Carolina one of Half Price’s designers is by far the best most accommodating person I have had the pleasure to work with, I actually was lost for about 2 months when she had first came to work at Half Price because I was working with her prior and did not know where she had relocated to.Carolina always returns calls, very responsive, pays attention to detail and I wouldn’t recommend working with anyone else. My kitchens are always precise if changes are needed she is very timely, I could not say enough.

Put a request on Facebook for suggestions and this company came up the most. We got 3 quotes and one of them was from friends in the biz. Felt most comfortable with 1/2 price even though one quote was lower. Installed within a week of order. Gorgeous job! Highly recommend.

We contacted Josh because we were looking for a specific kind of quartz, he was able to locate the particular style I wanted at $500 less than other companies. He suggested that we come into the office and see the different kinds of material that they had available. In the office, Blake was friendly and courteous and took us around the show room. Blake was able to quote us a price(with a sink) that was at least $1000 less than any of the previous quotes from other companies. The turnaround time was amazing, we went in on a Saturday for the first time and by that Friday afternoon our counters are installed. I called Ken from Denver and arranged making a custom 7’x4’ granite table for our new condo in Ft Lauderdale. We ended up using a beautiful white and grey quartz that matched our color scheme. We have used Half Price Countertops several times. From assistance with picking out the right materials to the quick and perfect installation, HPC always does a great job.

Morris made our kitchen and bath renovations about as simple and quick as possible! This company delivers on every level. We ordered the cabinets and granite and within a week cabinets were installed. Quickly thereafter, granite was measured and installed a week later. Let’s say our kitchen and baths were done in less than 2 weeks from meeting Morris. Who does that? THEY do! We recommended this company to several friends who are thinking about renovations. I can’t say enough about the service, quality and price of Half Price Countertops!

Dont do it! At least dont use Jason as your sales person. He was right on the job when it came to getting it, but once he had the commission he was terrible. We had to call the owner since he wasnt returning our calls. Then got a call back from him but the job to this day is not complete and we have given up months ago and finishing ourselves. It took over two months to get the hood over the stove and the island took months also. Laundry room is still uncompleted. Very unhappy. He even got two more jobs from our builder and he wont get another!

We were in the process of changing the style of our house and had planned to keep the old countertops. However, they were ruined during renovations ( of course, right before the holidays!). I called a ton of companies to see if anyone could come out, measure and install by Christmas ( which was the following week... I know this was a lot to ask). This was the only company who agreed to squeeze us in before the holidays, despite being extremely busy. Their pricing was competitive. They also installed the sink we had already bought without an additional cost. I explained what I wanted/ my price range & trusted them to pick out the right quartz counters without ever even seeing the material until installation day. They are EXACTLY what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

My overall experience with this company was bad, something I dont want to experience again. Very limited people when it comes to Customer Service, and quite frankly not so bright. One particular guy is even nasty and has attitudes.My kitchen sink had an overhang in the inside of 1/4 to 1/2, when it was supposed to be 1/8. They took it back. Plus, the two bar top sections didnt match, so they took it back also.If this company has a Quality Control process, its below average, just like the way they set appointments. They might call you one day and just dont show up, and theres no real limit on how many times this can happen. Apologies about that? Ah..it depends on who you speak to. It could be as good as were sincerely sorry about that or it could be something along the lines of you made it up, we didnt call you.With the installers they sub-contract, luck is a factor too. They could be hacks or real experts.Long story short, they have the same prices as Ikea, so Ill go there next time. Same stones, same edges, same finishes, just better service and less risks.

Another pleasant experience with Half Price Countertops. The owners are real nice down to earth guys and it is always a pleasure to work with them. This is my 4th or 5th time I purchased granite or quartz, Nick who works the floor is also very pleasant and helpful when picking out materials and the installers showed up on time and did a good job. Prices are reasonable too.

Do not go here! You give them a deposit for a slab and then money for the installation to find out the day before your installation (via text message) they sold your slabs and will not be getting anymore. Do not rely on this company especially if your countertops are to be the focal point of your house. Spent 1 whole month building my kitchen (cabinet, colors, island size) around the slabs that were supposed to be held for me. Now I’m stuck with a custom cabinet color and no countertops to go with them.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My salesperson Morris helped me through every step of perfecting my kitchen. It came out breathtakingly beautiful. The installers were great as well. Showed up on time, put in the countertop, even helped with drilling a sink faucet hole for me and put up my new sink. If you’re in the market for a countertop call these guys. Hands down the easiest and most pleasurable experience I’ve had rebuilding this house.
