I walked into this store very confused because I just got news that a close friend of mine & her family had covid.I was met by a very pleasant girl, by the name of Olivea, she did an online order for me because my friend lives in a different state, she was very cordial, respectful, extremely professional, knowledgeable & I highly recommend her to take over management of that store because she definitely has what it takes!!!Thank you Olivea!!

Found a product on sale, for buy one get 1, but they were out of stock, I kindly asked for a rain check, girl behind the counter seemed confused was instructed by other cashier to put it on a note pad of sorts, I dont ask for these often, ever for that matter, so I trusted that when I was told by the Cashier that they would contact me, I didnt question or make a big deal to ensure I had proof, because why would Walgreens lie right? Besides I have a receipt for proof of purchase, but I was WRONG to trust Walgreens,not only was I given the run around by Kira, but she refused to give me her managers contact information. I didnt bother to make a scene since clearly Iira wasnt trying to give customer satisfaction, she was bothered by having to do her job as a manager. And was in a hurry to get back to whatever she mightve been doing in the back. I called corporate and left a V/M since their customer service number had me on hold for over 10 mins with a recording that makes waiting patiently feel like nails on a chalk board.. I remember when Walgreens was about there customers, I will update if corporate solves the issue, if not I spent money on a sale item. that they clearly will not honor. I will not bother shopping there and go to the CVS down the street or even better just go to Publix down the street. Publix has customer service, and they honor their rain checks and have a system to help make rain checks easy to deal with.Based on all the 1 star reviews for this location, customers are not a priority, they bank on location.... CVS & Publix 3 mins down the street west.

Pharmacy is horrible. I strongly urge you to find somewhere else. The pharmacy technicians do not have common sense and mess up my prescriptions every single time. This time she fought with me about having refills and would not believe me that I had them, come to find out the system was wrong. Once she found out it was her system she still acted like I was a liar and tried to tell me I must have never saw my doctor like I said. So frusterating, save yourself and go anywhere else.

AWFUL! Do not use this pharmacy under any circumstances! They are rude, rude, rude! I am a healthcare professional and pride myself on my caring nature. They just don’t care. Their phone system is is non-functional, they never answer their phone. They tried to tell me 3 times it was being “upgraded”. It automatically hangs up on you! The average turn around is 4 days if its not on their shelf, for a variety of reasons! And only if you walk in to see a pharmacist, which you don’t want to do because then you treated rude! Their time is much more valuable then mine. Repeat.... AWFUL & RUDE! STAY AWAY!

I was there yesterday with a friend to print some pictures from her phone. There was an issue because the pictures were in an app of the phone, and not the memory. A very kind and competent employee helped us resolve the issue in a timely manner. His name is Nicholson and I suggest you seek him out if you need special assistance with anything photo related. Who decided that this Walgreens pharmacy would be closed on Sunday? This is ludicrous.

Great service helping me get a new card just to get a deal here the one time I went. Unfortunately their prices arent fantastic, and couldnt find Buckleys cough syrup, but otherwise a good spot

Have to agree with the negative sentiment on customer service. Twice I’ve used the pharmacy and the girl behind the counter doesn’t make eye contact, mutters “can I help you” from behind the partition and acts like she has no desire to help. Poor training or poor upbringing.

I was visiting from MD, my doctor called in a prescription to pharmacy. They could not have been nicer. They call to tell me my doctor had called and would call me. Called back to tell me prescription ready for pickup in 30 minutes. Store very clean and neat.

The cashiers here are always rude to me when I try to purchase cigarettes. I am 20 years old, and even when I present a perfectly valid photo ID, I am always harrassed about how old I look and many of them are downright rude to me. I am never shopping here again, and they should be ashamed of their poor excuse for customer service.

Visiting the area for work and totally forgot my prescription. They were able to fill it on site and I had it in my hands in under 10 minutes

Terrible pharmacy. Got yelled at by a pharmacist for asking a question. Very irresponsible woman. None of the other staff seemed to mind either. Very sad.

Do not come here, employees lie and steal your hard earned money! I came here 7/17 at 11:08 Pm, handed the clerk a $20 bill and he then enters I only gave him $10 in the register. The bill total was $9.51 so I hand the clerk a $20 bill and he hands me back $0.49 in change. I call him out on him taking the other $10 and claims I was lying! I told them to play the 5 cameras they had pointing at us! Manager counts all the money in register and it was still off! They refused to give me my money back! I literally come here twice a day everyday, why lie about ten dollars?! Wasnt worth calling the police but will intend a full report to your supervisor Ethel!

The best pharmacy staff, always aware of patients conditions and contraindications in meds. Ill be more than happy to be their client forever.

Lucy is the worst cashier EVER!!! Makes you feel like you are on the corner of SLIT MY WRISTS & STICK NEEDLES IN MY EYES. Unbelievably bad service, 3 people in line can take up to 20 minutes.

Worst customer service ive ever encountered. I worked in retail management for 4 years and the older women behind the counter was rude, humiliating and absolutly ill mannered. Claimed they do not sell item as singles so i walked back to confirm it was the right item and she called management on me as if i was doing somthing wrong? Please train your staff that was appaling and rude.

Never been a fan of Walgreens, but this location is high on my list of the worst. The cashiers are extremely rude, answering simple questions with their snarky attitudes.

At first they were unsure about me but after they got to know who I am they have been great!
