As an Interior Designer, I am always sourcing flooring, tiles, etc. Prosource of Pompano is the very first place I go to for finding these things. I have an amazing contact there - Amanda Gross, who is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She also works efficiently and provides whatever I need. She is very helpful and makes my job so much easier. I recommend her highly and I recommend Prosource where you can find all sorts of products. This includes unique items you dont always come across and the latest trends.

Amanda Gross helped me find and order wood to repair our recently installed flooring. AC overflowed and wrecked a section. She searched the stores records and was able to match a year old order (amazing) The wood came in from Canada and was here in6 working days.Amanda truly went above and beyond. VERY RUDE, assuming I could not afford the tiles before she even showed me whaT I needed. Giving me a price point, which I didnt ask for, I specifically asked to see what you have. VERY RUDE. and might I add Im black, so Ill leave this here.And I gave one star because apparently I cant give 0.

Amazing high quality materials and excellent contractors. I will use them for all home improvement projects! Amanda was our flooring contact - we put in beautiful engineered variable width hardwood and everyone that comes over to the house loves it! She put us in contact with Steve Wolin of Dynamic Floors who is such a professional and truly a pro in flooring installation! They ended up being better than the big box flooring stores and Mom and Pop shops in both terms of price and quality. We paid less and got something even better. Don’t be a fool - go to ProSource!!!

Do not waste your time and money at this company. We ventured into this place after a visit to Floor and Decor. We were sold a story about how they offer contractor/wholesale pricing, so we decided to sign up for their membership. We were working on a bathroom project and priced the vanity and top with ProSource. OH MY GOODNESS! Had we had gone through them, we wouldve paid well over $2,000!! I decided to shop around and saved over a $1,000!! Please, please, please do not buy anything from ProSource without shopping around. I contacted the cabinet company, Wolf, directly and found out that 84 Lumber is also one of their authorized dealers. We got the EXACT SAME vanity for under $500 and went to a marble fabricator, Imperio Marble in Deerfield, and got the countertop for $500-with the sink! Please, I beg of you, if you are even remotely thinking about using this company for any of your projects, to do your research before giving them a penny! They are a scam and not a contractor/builder direct company. Their prices are so over-inflated that theyre on par with retail-if not more expensive. Dont be fooled by the shiny showroom. Do your research! Shame on you ProSource for being such a scam of a company.

Amanda at Prosource has been awesome to work with!! Super responsive and great recommendations on design. Plus the store itself has a ton of high quality products and tiles to choose from. I will definitely be back - great prices too!

I have been doing business with this ProSource for over 14 years since it opened. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable and it has been a pleasure doing business with them. They stand behind their quality products and installation.

OMG-----what a GREAT place with GREAT staff. THANKS Josh for all your help. They have and endless line in every price point, and staff who will get you to where you want to be. Never was I pushed to something I didnt want or need. As installation had begun I had some issues but, Josh took care of everything----and the end product is out of this world. The staff is also very friendly and hands on when it comes to making a selection or getting ideas that look best for your home. Im not sure where to begin. As a business owner we pride ourselves on having great communication with our clients and that is how we separate ourselves from all the other average general contractors on the market. Our clients selected Lioher cabinets because they loved the look but the back end customer service and follow up for direct information has been terrible. We had to re-order several cabinets and were told by the Prosource that they would put a rush on the order and that the cabinets should take about 10 days. Two weeks into the re-order we are expecting the cabinets to be delivered but we could not get a clear answer as to when to expect the cabinets. After hounding Prosource and the Manufacturer with emails and calls daily, Peter called from Lioher to inform us that there is a big order in front of ours and that it would take an additional 2 weeks to deliver. Good business requires great communication and we did not receive that from Prosource of Pompano, the vendor, and Lioher, the manufacturer. This is the second opportunity I have given Prosource to service our clients and both times they have missed the mark with performance and delivery schedules. I know this is partially due to the third party vendors but we take business to business relationships very seriously and we rely on those relationships to move our business forward. I have been very disappointed with our experience between these two companies.

I had a horrible experience with this company. The best thing was their nasty attitude in turning away our business made us find another company, which saved us a lot of money on the project.So that you can see how the management responds to a prospective customer, this is an excerpt of their response:As a courtesy we let people browse the showroom but this has gone on too long and I would be more than happy to process a transaction if you plan on placing one and if you do not then please do not keep coming in to the showroom. I hope this explains my feeling with this situation. Specifically called ahead as not to waste my time and was told they can get me a 72 vanity within a week. When I came in, they told me it was a special order size and would take 3 or 4 weeks. Either the employees are ignorant or they just wanted to get me to come in by saying whatever it took.

I used to go here and send customers here all the time. In the past few years there is a new owner. Fired everyone that worked there, nobody I had dealt with worked there anymore. Staff clueless as to who their good customers are. They discontinued selling things my customers wanted, all in all the place is nothing like it used to be. Reducing from 5 stars to 2 stars.

I have been doing business with this company for the past 25 years and have found them very reputable and responsible and a company that stands behind their work I will continue to use them in the future.

My wife and I were shopping and came across a kitchen display. The entire kitchen was being sold for $2,500. When speaking with Jason, he let us know the island had already been purchased, but the rest of the display would be$2,000. My wife and I loved the cabinets and offered $1,500. He let me know hed call next week after approval to sell for less than they were asking I spoke with Jason about coming by the following week to pick them up. He offered that his guys could disassemble and wrap the cabinets up for an additional $700 cash. I thought it was a bit much but excepted the additional service. When I arrived the following week to pick up them up they had been dismantled but not wrapped. I asked Jason about that, he asked one of the guy and he began to wrap the cabinets in plastic as promised (and paid for) when one of the ladies from the front came over and began asking him to stop. I heard her ask him if he was using their plastic and that she didnt want to pay to pack the cabinets. I was a bit shocked but thought ok. We loaded as many cabinets as we had room for and let Jason know wed be back for the rest. When we returned to pick the rest of the cabinets I noticed one of the main pieces was set to the side. I asked about loading these next and Jason told me it wasnt included with the display. I asked him about our conversation on our initial visit,(my wife and I ask several times about the countertops and all the cabinets including this one. All but island and appliances he replied multiple times) He told me it had already been purchased by another client and was never included. Hed call them to see if they wanted it and sell to me for an additional cost . After getting no where suddenly the same women who had earlier stopped the gentleman from wrapping the cabinets called my attention from behind the front desk. Despite the fact that Id never seen her before she insisted that that cabinet wasnt included in the display. She continued by telling me she was the General manager and that she wanted the piece for herself and wouldnt sell it. I went back and forth with her for a few minutes stating my case that Jason had indeed specifically told my wife and I that it was included in the display for the price we had paid. She began to get pretty rude with me and told me that I could bring back the cabinets and they would return the $1,500 but not the $700 I paid for disassembly andpacking. So basically Id be loosing 1/2 day, cost of gas and $700 to return the cabinets. The tone of her voice let me know she had her eye on this cabinet and was not going to be fair with me. So basically everything in the display mean 2/3rds of the display and I was screwed. Im actually a contractor and have sent quite a few clients there to make selections. I dont think Ill be able to do that anymore.

I have been dealing with Prosource for about 10 years or a little more. I have a few residential rental properties and have also used their products for my own residence.Ive never had a problem! I have dealt with both Pompano & Jacksonville, FL locations. It seems that Im always asking for pricing on weird special order products (very rarely an in-stock product), and sometimes things of interest to me arent even things ordinarily handled by Prosource...But no matter what Ive asked them for - a quote on something odd (and Ive even asked Pompano for a quote on something Ive had to end up ordering from Jacksonville) - theyve always ALWAYS been unfailingly courteous and prompt in getting the information that I need, even when it doesnt directly benefit their location. Ive had a rep share a cell phone number or email and even had them go so far as to text me when I needed an answer fast.Love Prosource! Excellent customer service. Whether over the phone or in person, no matter what location - they are always helpful, even when my request means extra work for them... !!In person they are great about guiding you and answering questions - but not hanging on you... they have a great showroom to explore and I hate having someone looking over my shoulder. They are certainly attentive when you need them and unobtrusive when youre just looking! Great place!
