I came to this dealership in hopes that I could buy a reliable van for work. Flavio & his team worked with my credit and helped me to get into a reliable van with low miles in the same day! I walked in there as a teenager looking to buy their first car and they took advantage of that. Was sold a car with a faulty transmission that I had to replace, all four tires needed replacing, immediate oil change, non-working touch screen, and A/C that stopped working after a couple weeks of having the car. Over 3K worth of repairs within the first 4 months of having the car. They so graciously offered to have me buy a new transmission and them put it in for me without charging me for service. This was after admitting that they never should have sold the car in the first place and I’ve been screwed over. Now stuck with a car that gives me crippling anxiety every time I have to drive further than 5 miles. Do not trust these people.

Ill attempt to write an honest and balanced review about this place, as clearly many people have had good experiences here but unfortunately Im one of the people that had a horrendous experience. I am not trying to bash this place, but I got burned very badly by these people and if you decide to buy a car from here, great, but it is very much a risk.I bought a car from them recently. To make a long story short, the repairs that the car needed were going to cost more than the price that I paid for the car itself. I found that out after I bought it and took it to the cars dealership to have one of its seemingly minor issues inspected. I then explained the issue to Mr. Ricardo, who so pleasantly sold me the car knowing hed get commission for it but was a completely different man after I drove the car off the lot and later called him back to explain the issue. For weeks I kept calling this place to get ahold of the manager, Mr. Luis. None of the employees here know how to talk to a customer on the phone. One time, I got hung up on by Mr. Jonathan, even though I was not rude to him in any way. Finally, I talked to Mr. Luis, who offered me no sympathy whatsoever and proceeded to basically tell me they either buy the car back from me for its book value (about 2/3 of what I paid them for the car) or I can screw off. Those exact words were not used but he might as well have said that. Of course, I had to sell them back the car at a significant loss because there is no way I was going to sell that thing, ethically at least, to someone else knowing how much it would cost them to fix its mechanical/electrical issues.Im sure Premier sells fine cars to happy customers. But Im just saying this place operates and looks like a guy got a couple of his buddies and decided to open up a car dealership out of his basement. Dont expect a very professional interaction here. Consider all of the reviews on this page when deciding for yourself what your best options are.

Seems like a scam, almost 2 months and trade in has not been paid. The bank I requested a car loan from has no idea I purchase a car from them, the bank is wondering as to why the dealership has not submitted the papers. I had an expired dealer plate because the registration was sent to me late. I have been contacting this dealership and the bank back and forth for 2 months. Its been a hassle, I honestly would not recommend having any deals with this dealership. My car loan has expired which is causing me to re-apply for another car loan which will hit my credit because this dealership has not contacted my bank. I payed 4k due to negative equity for the trade-in vehicle and has not been reflected on the car loan since its still in my name. The bank has increased my car loan payment by $70 because the bank still thinks I drive the trade in since it has no insurance, the insurance was moved to the other car. Do not recommend. I never write reviews either but I had to with this company.

Had to revise my rating and be truthfully blunt about my experience here. So I Came here looking for a suv which I found at the Dixie location, and what I liked about this company Is their price for their SUVs, what I didn’t like is that me and my family were upfront and adamant about our payment option which, was to pay in cash, but we were still swayed and asked to finance (because that’s how they make their money) knowing that wasn’t our intention. We had to push them to lower the price because the car had some damages that wasn’t shown in the photos but not only that, but the website showed a retail price, their discount and a web special so we came expecting to pay the web special but that wasn’t the case, I’m just happy we got the price point to go down to our liking. So the car had a missing interior handle which I was told would be handled and situated by them, which I was fine with. What I didn’t like was the miscommunication and the misconceptions in regards to my concerns. I was told that the part would arrive on a specific day and when I came I found out it didn’t arrived, and I basically drove up there for nothing. I had to pay for my plate which is totally fine but I wasn’t informed about the price, so when I went in person to pick up the plate, the person who specializes in that area was on a day off, the person who I talked to instead, who I’m assuming is the boss asked if I knew the amount and I said no, I was unbeknownst of having to pay but once he explained it, it made sense. The company’s weakness is their LACK of communication and customer service skills and it’s a shame their rating isn’t an epitome of their customer service and communication skills. This has been a learning experience, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR : READ the papers you’re signing and ASK QUESTIONS of what you’re signing, ASK questions in general, don’t be hesitant to speak to a manger or SOMEONE COMPETENT to assist you, go for a car that doesn’t have any missing parts but if you do CALL in first before showing up for nothing, ASK about their dealership fee, and as for me, this will be my first and last time buying a used car from here or anywhere, some of the folks here were nice, it’s just after the deal was made the problems evolved afterwards.

Buying a car is usually a long and difficult process but at Cheap Auto Repo Sales this is not the case. The staff is welcoming, friendly, helpful and most of all honest (Felipe helped me and he was amazing). I told them exactly what I wanted and they made sure thats what I got at the best price possible. I highly recommend buying your next car here!

Customer service with Ricardo was great and I found an excellent deal on a BMW. His service was 5 star caliber. However, the financing situation is 1 star. I was only offered a lender that gave a 10% APR lol. It was Sunday so other lenders were closed? The thing is I was being sent not directly to a lender but a broker for a lender, State Farm and I had to drive 30 minutes there and back to sign for the loan. What? This dealership has good people: Ricardo, Adriano, and Jerry. The owners really need to work harder to secure better lenders and not go through brokers that add their cut to the loans increasing the APRs. I ended up getting a 6.5% loan with an 800+ credit score because the broker had to take its cut. Cut out the middleman like other dealerships do and I’ll be back. Until then I’ll continue buying at HGreg.

Buying a car is always a struggle and I kept calling all the dealers I see through my Google search but when I came across this one it was different. When I called the first time, salesperson Felipe answered my call and he was extremely helpful. He asked me my preferences and the several brands Im interested in. When I visited the store, he welcomed me and showed me all the cars that we talked about over the phone. I ended up buying a car the next day because I was convinced and the salesperson was sincere since the beginning. I recommended it!
