I like to buy and sell cars as a hobby...which normally takes me on many adventures to meet new people and dealerships. From the moment I found the website to my first interaction with Jeff, I knew this place was a cut above. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was fair in his pricing and his assessment of the used vehicles. He literally only has very nice iterations of each vehicle...some one owner, little to no paintwork, clean carfax. I saw the Suburban we ended up buying and within a minute of talking to him I knew Id end up buying it. Even AFTER the transaction he had the oil changed and had his guy go over it where they discovered a few items that needed addressing. He paid out of pocket for the parts to make the truck PERFECT for us (again, this was AFTER the truck was already bought and paid for). He followed up with me on when the parts arrived and is also selling one of my vehicles on consignment. You just dont find that level of service and follow up in the used car market...(hell, you dont find that in the new car market either without having to go corporate complaining). Seeing the car, test driving the car...all smooth...purchasing the car and registering and giving a deposit...all seamless...literally drove to do the paperwork and pick up and the wife and I were on the road within 30 minutes. Hes a man of his word and a handshake seals the deal. I recently purchased a 2013 Mercedes GL450 off of Jeff at Right Choice Auto and had an awesome experience! I was searching all over the country for my next vehicle and came across this dealership online advertising a truck that fit perfectly what I was looking for. This was my first purchase in which I am not seeing the vehicle in person so I emailed them and they contacted me within the same day. They answered all my questions and were extremely helpful and even provided me with videos of truck and all. The whole process was smooth and handled very professionally. The only hick-up was the transportation company which said to have have delivered the truck within a day or two and took nearly 5 days. But that was technically out of the dealers hands, but they were great at keeping up with the status and contacting the transportation company as they called me apologizing for the delay and everything. Other than that I would highly recommend this dealership for future business.

4/29/19 - I just purchased a very clean 2012 MB GLK350 with low miles from Ryan. We negotiated what I feel was a very good price, but my offer was contingent upon them fixing an issue I noted during the test drive. They took it to a local MB shop (not a dealer) and it was found to have an issue that is very expensive to fix. They stepped up and fixed it 100% with OEM parts and after another test drive, it runs like a dream and we closed the deal. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality used car

I bought a Subaru from Jeff about a month ago, this was my first time buying a car sight unseen. Right choice was helpful and informative about the car, honest about the little issues it had and what they had fixed. Their customer service and communication was excellent, they kept me updated with the process, sent me photos when the car was being serviced before I finalized the purchase and another one when it was loaded for transport.Unfortunately I noticed a issue with the car shortly after purchasing it. Phil was in good communication with me, and when we determined it was more convienent for me to take the car to a local shop than to ship it back to Right Choice for repair, they were completely supportive of the choice, and promptly sent me a check to pay for the local shop to complete the fix.I had many people tell me to be hesitant about buying a used car without seeing it, but Jeff and the whole Right Choice crew made the process easy, and were very upfront and honorable through all of it- something thats rare in the used car business. I would definitely up use right choice again, and would recommend them to others as well.

I couldnt be any happier with Jeff and Right Choice Auto Sales. My 2008 Mercedes CLK 350 with only 58,000 miles was totaled. I thought I would never be able to replace it without spending at least another $10,000 over what my insurance company would give me. I was wrong, thank goodness! I found almost the exact same car through Jeff--its the same color inside and out and in better condition, as it was garage kept. Its a one owner, no accident 2007 CLK350 with 55,000 miles. Plus I finally get the heated seats I was missing! The car is an absolute cream puff! And the price was almost the same as my insurance payout!Jeff is a breath of fresh air in the used car business. He was with me from start to finish. He tells the truth. He answers the phone, responds quickly, and does what he says he is going to do. I read all the reviews on Yelp and found a consistent thread. Jeff handpicks the best of the cars at the auctions. He looks for one owner cars with clean carfax reports which are in impeccable condition.Most importantly, Jeff really wants his buyers to be happy. He provides a 90 day nationwide warranty. He answers the phone and addresses any questions or concerns, even after the car is delivered. I will definitely be coming back to Right Choice and Jeff for my car and will be sending him anyone I know who is in the market for a used car!

I was super happy with my experience at this dealer. Theyre genuinely interested in helping people buy a car without a hassle. I looked online for weeks and even went to 4 or 5 places before and was always disappointed because the car wasnt like they said it was. When I went to right choice the car was even better than it looked in the pictures and the price was a lot less than other places wanted for cars that werent anywhere near as good. Go there, youll be glad you did.

At short notice, I decided to let go of my Ford Mustang and started searching the market for an older Porsche in very good or better condition and lower mileage, if possible. This did not seem to be as easy to find as I had hoped, but I quickly noticed a listing for a Boxster from Right Choice. The description, wealth of pictures, and seller rating were very encouraging. I called the next day to confirm its availability and, within a couple of hours, became its owner. The Boxster was the all-around perfect choice, is in beautiful condition, and dealing with Jeff was as easy as could be--completely professional and efficient. Wish all were this pleasant to do business with; highly recommended!

I was dreading buying a car, however; I had an EXCELLENT experience buying one form Right Choice Auto Sales. There was no pressure at all and none is needed considering the quality of the cars offered. Jeff gave me a great number for my trade-in explaining how he came up with the number and what I could expect to get if I sold it myself which was a little more but not worth the effort or time. About 2 weeks after buying the car, I noticed a door dent/ding when I came out of the mall. I called Jeff and he gave me a number for a mobile dent repair guy who came to my home and repaired the damage. Jeff also gave me his BMW mechanic contact so I can have the service done when it needs it. They next time someone asks me for a referral I am sending them to Jeff.

I bought my first car from here, a 2013 Ford Edge, and whenever it comes time to get my second, I will be sure to come here first.
