Just wow. These guys came out on VERY short notice and took care of us with exceptional focus on detail. I didn’t think service like this still exists but Ellyson and his team proved me wrong. As someone who has dealt with plenty of contractors, I can safely say that Exotic Countertops comes highly recommended.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Exotic Countertops did the fabrication and installation of the countertops of our kitchen, laundry, and 3 bathrooms at the end of 2019. They didn’t seal the cuts for the kitchen stove and faucets and this caused stains in those areas. As per the company owner they don’t usually seal the cuts. They also used the wrong glue for the lamination of the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and this caused stains in the border of all countertops. We notified the company multiple times about the issues. The owner of the company, Ellison, came to our house once to check on the problems and he used a torch and a special cream to remove the stains, but it didn’t work. He blamed the damage on the quartzite stone that we selected. First, we used 2 different stones in the kitchen and bathrooms and in both of them we had the same issues. Secondly, he inspected the stone slabs when it arrived to his warehouse and he didn’t inform us about any issues with the material. Fabricators like him are trained to work with different stones including marble, quartzite, quartz, and granite and they need to treat each stone differently depending on which material they are using. We had also sent him the invoices of all the slabs prior to him receiving the stones and it included all the information of the stones. If he didn’t know how to fabricate our stones, he should not have done the job. We had the countertops inspected by two different stones specialists and they both agreed the he used the wrong glue and that he didn’t seal the cuts that he made for the faucets and the stove. They were both surprised by the terrible job that was done in our countertops. It is unbelievable that after doing a complete renovation of our house, we now have to change all the countertops.You can’t use the same type of glue in all the type of stones and sealing the openings is standard procedure during the installation. We have been waiting about 18 months for these issues to be resolved, but they haven’t done anything. We had to hire an attorney for this issue. Our attorney contacted their insurance, but adjuster said that Exotic Countertops didn’t have insurance coverage with the during the time that they did the job.

When I decided to renovate the kitchen and two bathrooms at my my home, I chose Exotic Countertops to fabricate the granite and marble. I could not be happier with the results. Ellyson and his team did an outstanding job. The fit and finish of all the surfaces were done to perfection. Additionally, the work was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Exotic Countertops for your home remodeling needs.

Exotic Countertops did an amazing install in a kitchen remodeling we did. Ellyson and his team are very professional and detailed; he made some helpful recommendations on color and material which worked out great in the kitchen. They were upfront about cost, timing and were knowledgeable and responsive to any questions I had. The level of detail is impressive; the sink, cooktop and other cuts are perfect, cant even tell where the seam is. Also, he added a window sill replacement to match the countertops as a bonus. You wont find a better stone fabricator in Broward - highly recommend them!

In my case, I had an intricate job of removing inadequate quartz countertops and a backsplash in a newly finished kitchen, where there was zero margin for error. As it turns out, there was no need to lose sleep the night before, because the new quartz they provided was gorgeous and the installation was performed flawlessly with no damage to my cabinets or wallpapered walls. The end result was beautiful. Ellyson delivered on 100% of his promises and these days that is a rare trait. Oh yeah, the fixed price job was provided at a very reasonable cost.

Looking to update our kitchen countertops we gave Exotic Countertops a call based on their good customer reviews. They didnt disappoint. Their rep Ellyson promptly arranged to meet, took measurements, provided insurance and business license to our condo property management, and suggested some suppliers for natural stone. We ended up selecting a quartzite slab which the supplier delivered directly to Exotics shop. They crafted the raw slab into amazingly beautiful countertops and had them installed less than 2 weeks from the initial phone call. Through the process Ellyson stayed in close contact and delivered an amazing final product for less cost and none of the hassle that I had expected.

A friend of mine recommended Exotic Countertops to replace my old worn Formica counter tops. I called Ellyson and he come out the same night and gave me an estimate and recommended where to go to look at counter tops. Well the salesperson at the Granite store knew him well and she called him for the exact type/size of granite for our kitchen. A few days later Ellyson came over to do the template. A week later Ellyson had the granite fabricated and ready for installation. The owner himself “Ellyson” and his crew came out and removed the old counter top and replaced it with the new granite counter top in less than 3 hours!!! He did a perfect measure when making the template, he directed me to use a great company - Triton Stone - to pick out the stone.
