Excellent Service and Competent Installers. Very happy!We took our time and shopped around when we remodeled our kitchen. We ended up coming back to Marble & Granite Connection several times over many months. Julianna in Customer Service is fantastic and offered us many options that fit our budget. At install, we had a glitch and they solved it within 24 hours at no additional cost to us. Our counters and backsplashes are wonderful. Everything is level and looks beautiful.

We needed to match a piece of granite for a new large shelf in our kitchen to the existing granite that was installed about six years ago. From our first contact on the phone with Julia inviting us to look at granite pieces in their yard, to selecting the best match, to the perfect measurements taken, to the installation -- everything was perfect. My contractor on my renovation really messed up and thanks to SIRLENE at Marble and Granite Connection I was able to finish my project on time!SIRLENE was able to set up everything I needed in a timely manor and even picked out some of my materials (which I Loved)! Fabrication and install was done perfectly and professionally and everyone showed up on time and were very respectful of my home!

We used Marble and Granite Connection on a number of projects throughout our home. We are very pleased with the end product and very satisfied with the quality of the quartz countertops and the installation. The measurers and installers take great pride in their work and it shows. First and foremost I would like to give a shout out to Chris at Lowe’s! I was designing a total refit of my moms full bath in her condo. I got the vanity, tile, backer board etc all from Lowe’s. They are awesome and I choose them as my first option for many reasons. This is a perfect example. We could not find a vanity top and sink that we liked. So instead of trying to push a sale on something not perfect Chris suggested I go to Marble and Granite Connection. Great move and just made me even more loyal to Lowe’s.Now to the real reason for this survey. To say I have been impressed at every step of the way is such an understatement! Owning a service company for more than 25 years and having customers in more than 90 countries I know a great company when I see one in action. I was also a builder of custom homes in Atlanta so I know this business.From the moment we met Julie and Sirlene who were so helpful and patient finding the perfect choice for us to the guys who came to do all the measurements and finally the install. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience with a vendor/service provider.The vanity top is flawless and totally makes the room. The craftsmanship is clearly evident. To me it is simply very clear this company has outstanding leadership and it flows through each part of the organization. Each employee I came in contact with seems to have a genuine love of their work. This is rare in the world today.In closing I would just like to say if you are reading this and ever thinking of marble, granite or other surfaces or need design help with a kitchen or bath, your first stop should be here and ask for the smiling face of Julia and Sirlene.Thanks so much for restoring my faith in the fact that quality workmanship still exists in the industry. Very professional from start to finish. Friendly people. Informative. The workers were very clean and quick. Did a GREAT job. Informed me on care of granite. Had a small problem and they worked overtime and even came on saturday to finish the job.

Over the past several years I have used this company for every job, from my home office, indoor bar, outdoor bar, bbq island, dinning room table & my wife’s walk in closet . They are family owned & operated and do fantastic work! I personally like the family and love dealing with them on a one on one bases. I look forward to my next project which will be defiantly calling them. If you are looking for quality work from a reliable company stop looking you just found them....

We actually got 3 estimates prior to contacting them. We were sold the moment we walked in . Julie was great and walked us through timeline and explained everything.They were in time with installation and delivered a quality product !! We did full kitchen with counter and backsplash sink and faucet

Marble and granite connection is definitely the place to go for your Granite needs. They have a large yard filled with hundreds of slabs in every possible color you could possibly want. Their technicians did a phenomenal job on installation and I couldn’t be happier. I give them five stars for their massive amount of material to select from and fine service.

I am absolutely shocked how I was treated by this company Luciana the owner of this company. I knew from the first phone call what type of person Luciana was. These people are very condescending as to avoid taking any responsibility for what they have done. In general, they think they are better than you. They minimize their part in the problem having no interest in the solution. They loudly speak over you. They deflect they did anything wrong. They lie.Luciana bragged about how great she is by responding to all my complaints and sending people back to correct them. I’m sorry, I dont care about your time. You are wasting my time! This should have been perfect the first time. How many times to you want someone to return to your home to fix damage and mistakes you made!?! I told my salesperson Sirlene, I did not want to speak with her again. I was not subtle about the reasons.For the 4th visit I needed to have the granite attached to one of the cabinet bottoms. I was yelled at by Luciana. She said I should have checked if the granite was installed before the installer left. Do you want to pick a slab of granite to see if it in installed. I didnt. Not my job. She sees to thing as with all of the return visits it was not their fault it was my fault because I did not check everything they missed before he left. I did not no there were any problems until I worked in the kitchen.The installer left half way through the job to go to another. This was also denied by the owner. Again to deflect she was not responsibility for any of the problems that occured.The owe me $350 to have someone come out and fix what they did. They offered no compensation.

I cant rave enough about the quality of the work done to my kitchen. Every person we came in contact with from the moment we started the process was helpful, personable and professional. Every question or call was quickly and throughly answered. Most importantly, installation day was efficient and flawless. Highly, highly recommend Marble and Granite Connection!!

Very professional company. Office staff were very helpful and responsive. Eduardo and Marcus were our installers. Eduardo is very experienced and there was no stress and no mess. He really knows his trade. We were very impressed.

The service was awesome from start to finish they accommodated my every need . The called requesting confirmation that everything went well...I couldn’t be happier and I will highly recommend them thank you so much!

This place is horrible. Their guys tore out my old backsplash leaving large holes. At that point they should have just told me that I needed to hire someone to do drywall.(Since their contract says they do not do that). Instead their guys proceeded to mud large areas with 2 in thick mud that would have never dried. Their plans were to tile right over that. Also when they tore out the old blacksplash, there was a junction box right above the sink with live electrical wires in it that previous owners had covered up with tile. Their workers suggestion was to just cover it back up again with the new tile. (It is illegal to do that because you always have to have access to a junction box. If you tile over one and you have a fire from those live wires in your wall, your homeowners insurance will not cover it.) There was another hole the size of your fist. I asked the guy what he was going to do about that one. The hole went all the way thru the wall. He said he was just going to cover it with the new tile. They also installed my new large 10in deep stainless steel sink when they installed the new countertops. They did not use the suggested number of support brackets that it calls for. They did my sons sink and because of the weight of an undermount sink the epoxy has already started to break loose getting a hole in it because it was not supported properly.(Unfortunately we did not know this when we hired this company). I asked for the owner, Izone, to come to my house. He said that anytime someone wants a junction box covered up with tile they dont ask any questions, they just do it. These owners only wanted to make excuses for all the mistakes and argue. I immediately put a halt on the job, paid them every penny I owed them and then hired another company to come in and do the job right which cost me a lot more money. Marble and granite connection caused me a lot of headaches!!
