We have used Stone Design by Santos for 2 projects and both jobs came out beyond our expectations. Our kitchen was the first project. We chose quartz for our countertops (see image). Our second project was a countertop for a home office. We chose quartzite for that project. The overall experience was exceptional. Starting with the office sales staff, Natalia, Mary and Marcella were excellent in helping us choose a product and with the layout. Steve came out on both jobs to measure and create templates. We were able to speak to the fabricators in the shop to discuss how to layout the slabs and seams to our satisfaction. Everyone was very patient. The installations were done by experts and supervised by Farley who is the owner. the installers were professional and cleaned up thoroughly after the jobs were completed. All surfaces were polished before they left. The pricing on both jobs were very reasonable. If youre looking for a quality installation with no worries, I highly recommend Stone Design by Santos.

I have been working with this company for the last 7 years. I can’t not say enough how much I love the quality of their work. The have done all of out Restuarant locations (4). We hired this company for a piece of countertop and a full backsplash when we extended our kitchen. We picked the stone we wanted and Farley was able to make the measurements work out. The installer Eddie was very nice and professional and did a great job. The end results came out great! highly recommended.

Stone Design by Santos did what other granite fabricators could not do! They were able to cut a section of the granite in one piece without using a seam. We had our kitchen redone with a granite top and granite back splash and it turned out fantastic! They were great to work with and the installation was very very good with a great amount of attention to details by installers who actually cared and took pride in their job. They actually went above and beyond. Its like you are dealing with good friends. We highly recommend them and will look to do so in the future.

I highly recommend Stone Design by Santos. Not only do they have a great selection, but the customer service is fantastic. They allowed me to hand pick each of the slabs, moved every piece of stone they had in stock so I could select exactly which ones I wanted. Then I was able to mark the exact locations where I wanted my pieces cut from. I purchased from them my kitchen (including a massive island which took 6 men to install), my laundry room and 3 bathrooms. I was unsure of how the stone I purchased for my kitchen would hold up so they game me a sample to take home and do my own little science experiment on. They are truly the best in the area and have the best prices.

We were sent here by our general contractor and man oh man was this a great recommendation. Farley, Natalia and the rest of the Santos team are extremely attentive and patient (which is necessary when dealing with my very picky wife). Amazing selection and reasonable pricing. My contractor sent us over to Stone Design to look at different material for out kitchen. My wife and I were not sure about what we wanted on our tops. They offered many material to choose from. In the end we choose the exact granite piece we wanted from the warehouse and had contact directly with Santos throughout the entire project. We are happy with the quality of work. Will definitely use them for future projects.

Santos and his team did an excellent job installing my bathroom granite. I was very impress with the result. Furthermore they move up my appointment date and the granite price was reasonable. Im looking forward to buying more granite for next project from Mr. Santos.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH SANTOS STONE DESIGN WAS TERRIBLE!! To start, I understood that it takes time to cut the stone but when I asked why the long wait, I was told that they have 4 other big jobs and cant get to mine right away. Why wasnt this told to me before I paid my deposit? However, I really liked the stone so I waited. When the install date finally came the guys were halfway through finishing when THE STONE BROKE! This is after its already been glued in place. What if this happened after they had left? (If I could post pictures I would). This was unacceptable. So I called the owner to see how he would rectify the situation. His responce was well have another piece cut for you in a week. Thats it? I refuse to wait another week. He replied with.. Im not going to discount you anything. I mentioned to him that I took off from work and will have to do the same again. He could careless. So with that being said. I had my money refunded and him take his stone back. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

My wife and I had a great experience with Stone Design by Santos. Besides being knowledgeable and courteous, we got a fair cost on our kitchen remodel. We wound up purchasing 2 slabs of CaesarStone stone and 1 slab of Quartzite that was cut and installed to perfection. You could not ask for a better company to purchase and install your countertops.I would give them an A+.

We own a condo in Jupiter. Our niece lives in Ft Lauderdale.  She had renovated her kitchen last year and we loved the stone she chose for her counter-tops. We found 3 beautiful slabs at the same place and asked the owner to recommend a fabricator.  He told us that Farley Santos, the owner of Stone Design by Santos did his Fathers kitchen recently with the same stone that we had purchased. The stone is gorgeous and very affordable but fragile and difficult to fabricate. As we live in NY we couldnt be present when the templates were made and laid on the slabs, so we fully entrusted Farleys team to make the right choices for us. We were doing uplighting on a bar so we needed him to pick the most translucent piece for that area. We also requested him to book match the stone wherever possible.  We had a 2 mittered edge on all counter-tops and 2 3/4 mittered edge along our 11 ft bar area and all the same stone for the backsplash. To make a long story short our contractor ran into some permitting delays and pushed the envelope on our condo reno deadline. To accommodate us Farley had to open his shop on a Sunday to fabricate in order to meet the Monday deadline to install the backsplash. That is incredible customer service. Farley sent a team of professionals led by Ed who did an amazing installation job. They even surprised us with a cutting board made from a remnant of our stone. The end product exceeded all of our wildest expectations.  We highly, highly recommend this fabricator.
