One Word! Excellent Service!!! I feel like they literally saved my life today. I had been to two shops before I came to Good Year. Every shop I went to they acknowledged that it was a problem but misdiagnosed my car. Good Year found the problem within two hours and had me back rolling safely the same day. Also Leonard was awesome he had the patience of a God.

Had my truck dropped off there by tow truck. I was called the next day and told what was wrong. I agreed and my car was ready later that day. It’s running great. I was even called the following week, thanking me for choosing them to fix my car. Great work and friendly customer service.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now for my classic car’s tire service. I have special requests as these are custom spoke wheels with whitewall tires and I’m always treated professionally at a fair price and the team at the Pontiac location always does excellent work. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have had sets of tires installed at many different places, and I will say this was the best experience I have ever had. The gentlemen working the front were professional and pleasant at every interaction. I ordered the tires on line from Goodyear and set an appointment a week ahead of time. The special order tires were there and the installation time was fast. Well run business I recommend.

Love this shop! The entire staff is extremely friendly and upfront about everything. They do not try to high ball you on price. Everything my husband and I have had done on our cars is always reasonably priced. I work just down the street and on a couple of occassions they have driven my car back to me and walked back to their shop. The other day I had a rim leak and they fixed it for free. I highly highly recommend them! I cant say enough good things!

I have utilized this Goodyear service center for several years. They have consistently proven themselves as: (a) customer focused, (b) excellent communicators about the problems identified and options available, (c) professionals in repair and maintenance, (d) operating with integrity and business ethics, and (e) competitively priced, with an eye toward savings for the customer.

This place is a horrible place to go to when you need your car fixed and they are very expensive. I told them everything that was wrong with my car which was only like 3 things and they didnt even fix everything. I asked them if they fixed the leaks I told them about and they said no. Like for $1300 my car shouldnt have had any problems. DO NOT GO HERE YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO A STREET MECHANIC ! Then when I brought my car and complained they made my car worse! I couldnt even drive off with it because I couldnt steer my wheel. They try and scam you for your money. They want $100 for a part when I could of got it for $30 at auto parts. They fixed my breaks and they still dont work. One guy tried to tell me that I didnt tell them I had leaks and then the next guy came and said that since he didnt see the leaks they didnt fix it. They made it seem like I lied when it was clearly written down. They dont know what theyre doing. Dont be dumb and waste your money

I just called this place asking the cost of an alignment and if I could schedule an appointment. The person told me what the cost would be and then asked me when I would like to bring the car by. I started off by saying that I saw there was an open time slot for 12:30 pm and I was then going to proceed to say that based on that information I would bring it by now (because it was around 12:00 pm). I wasnt provided the opportunity to finish my sentence because the man abruptly cut me off in a very rude manner and spoke with an elevated and aggravated tone stating that just because the web site says there is a time slot doesnt mean they are available because they have a line of cars they are working on. Now, all I was trying to do was answer this guys question about when I would bring it by. I simply was trying to give him a time and a reason why I would pick that time. I wasnt trying to pressure the guy or back him in to a corner so beware that this guy is very defensive and cantankerous. The guy then said I could bring it by for the 12:30 time slot but I should be prepared to wait 2 hours.I arrive at the service location and proceed to walk to the lobby. I look in the garage area and I see 3 workers (whom all noticed me walk in) and probably about 4 cars in the garage. (Moral of story... they werent half as busy as this guy was trying to imply). I wait in the lobby for about 10 minutes and then the guy who took my phone call decided to come in the lobby and ask if he could help me. I indicated to the guy that I was the person who called earlier and I would like to have an alignment performed on my car. He seemed to remember me so he started looking me up in the computer (he had supposedly took all of my information down while I was on the phone with him - I had to repeat myself several times over the phone by the way) while he was looking up my information I decided to let him know that I was interested in the cost of a wheel bearing replacement. He responded with a hostile tone indicating he needed to look in to it.He then went on typing away on his computer and took what I think was an exorbitant amount of time to do it (I am pretty sure he was taking his time just to be difficult because for some reason it seems customers to him are an annoyance to be dealt with and not people that should be treated with respect because they are the reason he gets paid) Once he was done with his hunting and pecking he handed me a piece of paper to sign and it had no price quote for the wheel bearing on it. I asked him about the price of the wheel bearing and he then said (whilst getting really hostile and huffy once again) that he needed to look in to it first before he can quote me. Initially I thought he said he needed to look up the price but then I realized he was questioning my diagnosis of the problem.The bottom line is this guy was argumentative and difficult with me from the start. I had tolerated it up until this point but when he refused to look up the price of the wheel bearing I decided I had enough. I tossed the pen he handed me to sign the contract on the desk and I informed him how much I didnt appreciate his argumentative tone that he presented me with from the start and I also proceeded to call him an a%^ hole several times because that is what this man is. He is an older man with grey hair, medium build and I would say he is about 57 58. It is my hope he isnt the manager because I have every intention on following up with his district manager. I didnt deserve that kind of condescending treatment from a man that has no idea what my skill level and experience is with car repairs. I dont go there to be questioned... If I say I want my wheel bearing replaced, just quote me a price and do it... remove your ego from the equation. Avoid this place!!

I hope no one brings their car here for important service. I have a new 2016 car that I hit a curb and the body shop Service King brought my vehicle here for an alignment. Which they did a terrible job! After I drove my car after theyre work, the steering wheel was crooked and was pulling left. I brought it back and complained and told them to check the alignment again. They refused!? And said it wasnt their responsibility. After I did some more digging, I discovered they did a thrust angle alignment on my new car. Which means they align the front wheels to compensate for the rear. This not even correcting the rear alignment on my new car. Which is very crucial and Im surprised they made no effort to fix it. I took my car to the Dealer and now its as straight as an arrow. Thanks for nothing Goodyear terrible service

I have been here numerous times, they are friendly, prices are very reasonable and they always get me out in a timely manner. I had a major repair done and Leonard arranged a ride home and picked me up when it was complete. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Greg at the front desk was great. His knowledgeability about tires, their safety and their critical role for automobiles was astounding. He taught me things they should have in driving school. With his humor and expertise, the waiting part of my tire service was a delightful breeze. I will be contacting his manager to commend his work, and I will be back! Thanks greg you rule!

They performed an alignment on my car but afterwards it pulled to left and had a driver side vibration when going on the freeway. I went back but it doesn’t appear they did anything but try to sell me tires. I took my car somewhere else and they found bad suspension parts. Goodyear’s website says they are supposed to do an inspection(industry standard) otherwise how can you do an alignment properly. Stay away from this place.Update:I called in on the claim, provided more evidence and got a refund. With this stance they would perform alignments correctly or go out of business, making assumptions like quantity and types of customers. I raised my rating to 3.

They do OK work, but as a few others have said, some staff have poor attitudes toward customers - either irritable and testy, or defensive, or talk down to customers. Otherwise the grade would be higher for the service itself.

I went for tires cause they had a special sure enough they try to sell me other services but if you getting just tires then its a good idea. They really arent good mechanics and if you follow them you can end up spending more than what is needed.

We brought our vehicle in for an overview for transmission. Chose not to get immediate service. 1 hour later (mysteriously) our shifter will not work. Will they admit they probably made a mistake and messed with our car. No. Will not be back here. Any time soon

Customer service skills are very badd I came in to get a patch on a tire they told me they close at 6 I came in well before 6 oclock in he told me he could not help me I explain to him that I was in an emergency and I was not from this area and was more than willing to pay for the service he sent me off with a flat tire when I really needed to help in this very cold weather

I was leaking air in my right rear tire. They told me it was cracked on the sidewall and needed to be replaced. I took it to Discount Tire and they found a screw and repaired it for free. I cant believe they got that wrong by accident, so I assume they were trying to scam me. I will never go to a Goodyear ever again.

Do not go here. They over charge for all the beak work. Needed my rear break line replaced 366.00. 99.00 for a 30 dollar line. 99 for labor. 20 to replace break fluid and 99 for labor to replace the fluid which is a 10 min at most job and get this 45 dollars to diagnose the problem HELLO I told you the problem just a simple crack in the hose . Total rip off would go somewhere else but Im dealing with a death in the family. Do not go here

Id call them scam artist... or Salesmen or even car terroristsTheir main weapon is fear and ignorance and emphasizing uncertainty to instill it in the customer.Not just your fear and ignorance but their own. They will do their best to make you believe any mole hill will quickly grow into a mountain in no time when it comes to leaking hydrolics to old tubes and hosesIve gone here on more than one occasion. If you want to spend over $100 for them to tear apart your car and list off a million of non essential or even non existent things wrong with it this is your place.go in for a $300 job? have them notice $1500-5000 worth of things wrong with it. That they highly suggest you replace and they will keep this list on hand and wait till you have the money for it, or suggest putting it on your good year credit card that you can sign up for.
