Very unprofessional experience, I talked with someone on the phone and agreed to look at a car the following day. Called the next day and arrived as they were open, I received no answer. I called the rest of the day no answer. On the following Monday I called multiple times as they’re closed on Sunday. They answered finally after open hours and told me that the car I was calling about was sold. Extremely frustrating and a waste of time. I’ve never had a dealer waste my time. This is very low quality service and a customer has been lost.I would put 0 stars if I could.

True Story.. I had a serious issue with my engine that seized up while I was driving after I left work down the road and I literally coasted on to their lot. It must have been great luck because I met Blake and he got me a fantastic car! Great people all around at Affordable Auto.

We bought a car from here 3 years ago and it has been a NIGHTMARE!!!!!! The sale guy John had to switch the initial car we wanted to a different one at the last minute to a CHEVROLET TRANSVERSE 2010. He assured us it was good and it was inspected by their mechanic but I really believed he intentionally lied to us. Weve had to have the timing belt sealed, the transmission rebuild, the struts replaced, the battery replaced, and the CD player stopped working, the car never came with a radio antenna. We are so SICK of this car!!! We have basically paid for it with all the money weve had to spend. 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤
