Very good customer service! 😘

Customer Service at the store was top notch despite me mainly being on the phone with mobile customer service the whole time. Also, the employee there was able to handle 2-3 customers at the same time in an efficient manner.

They got me in and out very quick and fixed the issue on my phone. very knowledgeable and friendly

I loved it!! The staff was all very polite and they all showed respect. They didn’t try to hustle me and bombard me with sales. I bought a phone for a great deal and it was overall a great experience for meI would highly recommend going here they will help you out however you need!

Amazing store has great selection of phones and accessories. The manager Joe was very helpful and gave me a great deal on a new phone and case. The other employee Rio was also really nice and polite. The New Management really made this my go to store from now on, will be referring to all my family and friends.

Service was rushed, always had good experiences in cricket until today

Share my experience in this store, warn other people.I visited the store in person to buy a iphone 128g rose gold. I paid 100$ deposit, and signed some contract. The guy called me back the next day that there is no 128g and asked me if its ok to buy a certified used one or a 32g new one. I said will call back him later, but then the guy called me but i missed that call, he left message that he placed an order for the used one. I called him back right away and told him dont buy used one. Since theres no other choice I agreed to buy a 32G. Soon he called me back again but I missed that call again, i received his message that he placed an order for 32G, i returned back a message remind him the color. Next day he called me that the phone arrived. I visited the store, but turned out the color was black. He then told me that all rose gold sold out. I challenged him why he didnt tell me the first place, because i wont buy a black one at all. he then tell me either i buy the black one or leave without the 100$ deposit. I called the police but turned out that wont help.I feel so regret that I didnt read the review. Some other guy already warned that the owner is a scammer. I hope other people see my review, so wont make mistakes once again.I filed a complaint to the cricket wireless, but i didnt hear back yet.

Very nice employees,clean store. They dont push you to buy something or swarm you when you walk in. The guys are very knowledgeable about the products.

It sucks that you have to order the higher end phones because the stores dont carry them but I had 3 different employees be super helpful every time I interacted with them and was able to get my upgrade no problem
