Quick phone fix had amazing customer service. When I needed a phone quick they got it for me, and when that one did not work, they were quick to refund me and/or get me a new phone. 10/10 would recommend. They are super friendly!

Very fast, great service. The store was about to close so the next day the gentleman said it was the charging port. He changed it. I picked it up that afternoon. My phone quit again after I picked it up. I took it back that night. The next day he said it was the battery. He changed it and kept my phone for most of the day to make sure it was working. I picked it up and he didnt charge me for the extra repair. So far its been 4 days and no issues.

I had quick phone fix, replace my Samsung 9 charging port with a new one that will be able to hold charging cord in place because the 4 different charger cords kept falling out the charging port and I would never know if it was charging until I would check it often.they fixed my phone within 45 minutes and it works very well.the price was great because it was only $10 more then was 3 years ago when they fixed my Samsung 8 and it worked well then with it being fixed in 1 hours time.they do close at 7pm and I was impressed when I walked in at 6pm and was fixed at 6:45pm.i will never go anywhere else then this business to have any phone fixed in the future just as I decided 3 years ago.very great establishment to visit,shop or fix many different items.very highly recommended.

Guy helping me was great! Screen broke on travel day and they helped in a pinch with a good used phone for a reasonable price. Didnt get the old one repaired here due to time constraints but they were willing to help me resolve it in a professional way. Customer area is separated by clear wall from shop with pass through windows so clean covid practices.

Ive taken my phone there 3 times for various repairs. Call ahead and someone will give you an honest cost for the repair and how long it will take. Jarvis is knowledgeable the entire staff is very helpful.

I had the bad luck of having to take my 2 phones for repairing the screen on them ( dont ask what happened). Well the 1st one they had it fix in under 2.5 hours, it is a galaxy s10 and it has worked perfectly ever since.For the 2nd time since I was already a repeating customer Rooney made me an awesome deal.I hope I dont have to visit them again soon, but if I have to, I definitely will go here.

Awesome place needed my front screen and rear camera replaced. They hooked it up with a good deal and even figure out some other problems for me. Very nice people and awesome customer service!!

I have three words for them, Honest, fair price, and quick. My screen was broken, and the home button was not working. They gave me an estimate to replace both on the phone, but when they check the phone in-store, they told me the home button was working fine and only need to replace the screen. Also, they told me the estimated time would be 20 minutes, but they finished the job in 15 minutes. Thats super quick. And they are very humble and welcome customers with smiles.

Quick Phone Fix was incredible!!! My computer needed to be repaired, and I called about 20 places to have it serviced. Everyone told me that it would be $200 to look at, and they would take two to three days to repair it. Quick Phone Fix was the last place that I called. I brought it in at 5:00pm yesterday and went home with it that night. Zach actually stayed late to get it squared away for me. Problem was fixed, and I payed a lot less than $200. Thanks Zach!!! If I could rate no stars I would. Mr. Fix It is Horrible!!! The screens are extremely cheap. I literally dropped my phone on the floor at home and the entire screen shattered. The prices are cheap for a reason because there’s no quality in their products. Not to mention they don’t give you any warranty period if you cracked your screen after they repair it. Originally when I got it done my screen sensitivity was off bc I would have to press the buttons harder than normal and it would constantly type a different letter than the one I chose. Then the cheap screen cracked and they offered $10 off when I had already paid $80. Bad customer service because while I’m talking the employer kept talking over me and cutting me off to justify any concern I had. So I could barely get a word out. Smh. It’s just an all around horrible experience and I’ve given them two chances too many with my screen repairs. I’d rather just pay apple for the quality and longevity

We took an android phone here that had extensive damage. Super friendly inside even through the corona plexiglass. They thought they could fix the phone and gave a very reasonable quote if they could. They tore it apart, diagnosed that they couldn’t fix it, contacted me promptly to report what they found, and then didn’t charge me a dime for their time.

2/2018 edit: I had purchased another drone online with a PCB problem and decided to try another repair with QPF. I explained the problem and what I wanted fixed (difficult solder job to small pins). Fixed! 2 for 2! I wouldnt rename this store Phones and Drones but if you give them a technical problem, they will try, and in my case, succeed. Ill be back there.***************I took my drone, my DRONE, to 3 different shops, 2 computer repair and a cell phone repair shop to repair a broken connector on the motherboard. They each told me that the board is unrepairable for basically the same reasons.3 years ago I took my cell phone to a place called Quick Phone Fix, 139 S Telegraph Rd, Pontiac, MI 48341 for a screen problem. They repaired it but it still had a problem. I took it back in and they made it right immediately. I decided to give them a try. The technician looked at it for 5 seconds and said, yeah, I can fix it. Give me a half hour. I came back 25 min later and it was done. He asked if we could test it out at the counter and voila, fixed!!!He charged me just $50. I offered to throw down a little extra for lunch and he refused.Do yourself a favor and take your business here. No one can do better.

Amazing people and insane repair times rob

Waited outside as the max number of customers (due to COVID) was already indoors. Zach came out to assist me wearing gloves and a mask. I asked about getting the screen fixed on my old (barely functional) phone so I could transfer data to my new phone. He said a new screen would be $60 and could be done in about a half hour. Then he said he could try to transfer the data without fixing the screen. Unbelievably, I was out the door in less than 10 minutes with my new phone completely updated! I didnt have to pay a cent, hardly waited at all, felt completely safe with the precautions the business had set up, and had only positive interactions. I was extremely impressed with the service Zach provided and will absolutely be back the next time I have a technological issue.

Although my phone eventually worked after getting a $$$ new display for a minor crack it took 4 trips total for them to get the phone right so my camera and gos would work. When asked. The answer was, Samsungs are finicky... isnt that what we are paying you to do?

Danny was super fast in fixing my iPhone 6 plus rear camera at a great price! I dropped my phone and found when the camera was on, it looked like I was shaking uncontrollably and I could not get any clear pictures. I was told it would take 20 minutes when I walked in and it was done in less than 10 minutes! He is currently helping me find two used phones in my price range for my teens too. Very helpful, very fast and I have already recommended them to a few people. I will go back here anytime we have phone issues from now on!

The best customer service Ive experienced in any business. The staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. My Note 8 screen was cracked and I walked in to the location and they had it repaired in under 45 minutes and now the phone is just like brand new! Their price was very reasonable and on the lower end of other quotes I received. They stand by their products and work. I highly recommend them for any type of phone repairs.

Had a crack screen on my note 10+, called around for pricing. Be Other competitors by 70 to a $100.This was the most reasonable place that Ive called around to. And very friendly and there was enough staff there to handle the rushes they were getting as I was there. 45 minutes to replace my glass. Other places I would have to leave my phone and maybe not get it back until the next day. Highly recommend

I had 2 phones repaired, a galaxy 6 & 7. They replaced the front glass, screen, back glass, frame and battery on the 6 and the glass and screen on the 7. When i picked them up the phones looked as good or better than when i got them new! Everyone there was polite and genuine. I live nearby which makes them convenient. The turnaround time was impressive. I went to a different repair shop and they were almost triple the price! So glad i didnt go there.These guys really give you the sense they care and genuinely want your business. For price alone Id recommend them but the amazing service can not be overlooked. The 90 day warranty is nice too.
