My insurance suggested them for some body work needed done after having a small collision in a parking lot. They worked well with my insurance and everything was handled so smoothly and quickly. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and informative. There body work is guaranteed, which is a big plus for us. We weren’t paying out of pocket, majority of cost was covered by insurance( besides my deductible) so I’m not sure how there cost compares to others.

The office kept me informed of the progress of my car. Extremely nice. They done a great job on my repair, it looks great. Extremely happy with my experience!!

They did an excellent job on my car. It had a long scratch down side and slight dent. It only took them a few days and my car looked good as new inside and out. I definitely use them if I ever need their type of service again.

Friendly staff, reasonabley priced, and WOW, our truck looked brand new!! And they gave her a bath! Very satisfied.

It took 12 days for 2 tires, one strut, and an alignment and the car still pulls and shimmys.

Carstar repaired damage to my truck caused by my hitting a deer. I figured they would do a good job, as that business has always had a decent reputation. I didn’t expect anything out of the ordinary, though. So I was very pleased with the customer service I received. Heather and Dustin are very professional, efficient and helpful. I’m sure the other staff members are also, but I had no occasion to interact with them. From stopping by for an estimate, to picking up my truck after the repairs were completed, the process was simple and painless. I’ve never been kept updated on the process like I was with them. I was sent text messages almost every day to update me. And best of all, I feel like I have a new truck (well, I almost do, at least on the front and right side). They did great work!!! Very pleased with this experience.

EXTREMELY satisfied with their service! Customer service was excellent, I received periodic notifications of the repair progress and completion was exactly as estimated. They even removed all the little rocks from my floor mats and the dust bunnies on the dash are gone. CarStar is incredible!

I called them to get a paint job on my truck. They told me they were far to busy and would never get it in. They turned me away so scobeys collision has my business. Would not recommend baileys carstar to anyone

I towed a car in for estemt and repair

Super job repairing hurricane Sally damage on my truck and it was completely and thoroughly detailed when I picked it up.

Did excellent work. Dropped off car but they didnt get to for 3 days after that. Wouldnt have dropped off as early if I knew the work wouldnt commence immediately.

I hope we never need body work on a car again, but if we do we will definitely be taking it to Baileys CarStar

While CARSTAR ultimately was unable to help me their service staff was extremely knowledgeable and they went out of their way to do their best to help me. This included putting my vehicle on a service rack to inspect the problem and taking pictures that they later Emailed to me. They deal almost exclusively in Insurance related claims... For folks who didnt get my money they did their best to help me just the same. An impressive and comfortable experience. Maybe next time CARSTAR...

Was very happy with the professional people. Thay told me when I drop off my truck what day and time it would be ready and it was just like thay said it was. I would recommend anyone that need body repair to give car star a try you will be glad u did also u would never know that my 2019 was ever hit in side from the body work to the paint looks original 👍

Wow, the folks down here at Baileys sure have done a great job for me. I try hard to take care of all my vehicles but the accidents still happen. Larry and the guys have done super work on my favorite truck and its running and looking as good as ever. I even get great service on my commercial and residential glass not to mention the nifty replacement glass theyve put in some of my old jeeps. keep up the good work and I hope I dont need you anymore.

My only issue with carstar was i was told by a couple people that they would keep me updated on my vehicle but the only time i got any kind of an update was when i called to see how it was coming, then and only then is when i got an update. Shouldnt tell a customer they will get updates on repairs if no one is gonna follow thru and give an update. Other than that extremely satisfied with all the work done and customer service in the office. Thanks carstar.

After my car had been there for three weeks, and they missed the guaranteed date it was supposed to be done I pick it up to find that the passengers side speaker no longer worked whatsoever. (which was fine when I brought it in) They took a piece of the inside of my door off and never put it back on and my license plate no longer has a light. They reassured me that they were going to check everything and make sure they didn’t miss anything before returning my car. This place is a joke. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! Went in to have rear glass replaced and they told me we do not fix glass no more! But it says in bold red letters on their building & GLASS.

These guys are stealing from the insurance companies I caught the with my claim they re-adjusted before i could get home. they had my truck for a month had to come back to get a 5 dollar part installed but my truck is still not done If i was an insurance company i would do a full audit.
