Awesome customer service. Very knowledgeable. We went it to get a screen protector for my husbands phone. Ended up leaving with screen protector and iPhone 7 for my son.

Trash not helpful at all very snobbish. Didn’t help me at all just looked at me crazy with a face full of cake makeup and told me to call a 1800 number and sent me on my way. Canceling service ASAP

Should really put the right time for your hours. Especially for people who dont live in the same area and has to drive 30 minutes or more to get there 🙄🙄

I called Boost Mobile in Port Arthur Tx at 4:46 pm to purchase a new phone. The assistant was very rude an nasty, because I didnt understand her reasoning. I had asked her about replacing my old HTC phone and needed an upgrade. I will never call or shop at this store again.
