Every time I walk in this store I get EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Some is always asking can I help you. They walk me to what I need, they dont point and say its over there. Thank you for serving the public in a professional manner.

I went into office Depot to get programs made for my Father in law memorial service. I emailed the program to there email address. I informed the clerk that I wanted to go the cheapest way, because they were only one sheet front and back. After giving me a price for 60-75 programs, I decided to go with the 60, no knowing that their were other options total, $83.14 including taxes. Before leaving out, a lady came to the counter and said she needed a print out of her receipt from the copier. I asked the clerk, that if the family needed more copies, would they have to go through the whole process of giving the email or could they just use the copier that I just saw this lady use. He said that they would have to have a flash drive or they could use, in my case, one of the programs. I asked would it be the same price of $1.46 to make the copy, no, it would be much, much cheaper. If he wouldve explained other options to me, when I informed him, that I wanted to go the cheapest way possible, I wouldnt have spent an excessive amount of money for funeral programs. I understand that the employees are to make money for the company, but this was highway robbery. Highly upset.

SO impressed with the service of the print staff. I was absolutely difficult, my file didn’t print the way I thought it was going to and the man here, John Mark, reprinted for me THREE TIMES. No problem at all.I felt foolish but he was so kind and genuinely helpful. My prints looked great and he went above and beyond making sure everything looked perfect for my presentation.I was very impressed. I will definitely be back for more printing needs.

Professional and helpful staff.

The office services such as copies and printing are efficient and reasonably priced. The staff is generally helpful, when you ask questions. Even with a line the service wait is fairly short. Team work is good here, because other staff members will come to help with Customer Service.

I’ve enjoyed just about everything about this store. Amazing service and good products. Some good info for anyone buying from here is that you can price match with other big companies so if you can find something cheaper in another store (not amazon lol) you can show someone at the register and they’ll lower the price

Everyone there is always so nice and so helpful, I pretty much live with printing my college papers.

It was a pretty convenient experience for when one needs to get their paperwork printed.

Gentleman was very helpful by asking if I needed help, but didnt have the item I was looking for that was at another location where I previously purchased it from. Still, I appreciated his eagerness to offer assistance.

The gentleman in the printing department has been more than helpful- helped me and my now-wife print off our wedding invitations, and he made sure it was exactly what we wanted!

Love shopping here and sometimes you can find great deals! Most of the time friendly and helpful sales associates.

Easy to find stuff you are looking for. Customer service reps are knowledgeable and courteous.

Made ONE order with coupons everything went through even got a confirmation checked on my order the next day and they canceled it with out contacting me and when I contacted them they said the coupon was only good for one order which I did then their next excuse was that it went to different locations so that’s why it was different orders (which is not my fault). I made ONE credit transaction. The next excuse was that their system had a glitch and I know several people who used the same coupon and received their items. I then asked why if it turned into several orders why didn’t I get it on one order they immediately went back to the system having a glitch. So the out come of course I don’t get any of my items and the coupons are no good anymore. Will never do business with them again. POOR customer service!!!!

The service is very slow. Often only 2 people working out front. The people in the copy service department are obviously over worked and need a day off.No matter how long the line is, a second register is never opened. If I cant find What I am looking for, I just give up because I hardly ever see anyone on the sales floor

Like the new look, very helpful employees, knowledgeable about the merchandise. Bought a computer desk and chair. Lost my last desk and chair that I bought @Office Depot in Hurricane Harvey.

Overpriced stuff, but on the plus side you can find things you dont usually get at other stores. Kinda hard to get help. Overheard a woman ask for help to find a product and the employee responded with over there.....over there where? 🤔 at checkout if you pay with a card, its a long process just to checkout. Take cash if you dont want to feel like your holding up the line, and if you want to avoid the sighing and moaning of angry people. My post sounds more on the negative side, but its an ok place.

I can always find what I need, and the print service is fast and pays attention to detail.

Whorst servise ever.. the manager was careless. All i needed was a quick help to fax one single paper. Instead of offering help, the manager just walked around me without asking if i need anything. Once i stop him to ask for help, he just ask me to wait in line. I waited like 30 minutes for a service that took 2 minutes to have it done. Really?.. i just need some orientation to have it done in the self service section. He is such a disapoinment for this companie. 6/12/17, 7:20pm

Office Depot is a great office supply store and has good customer service and great sales. I go there often and it is the main store that I purchase all of my office supplies from.
