My hubby dropped my laptop off on a Friday. Just needed a cleaning. I put my password and what I wanted done on a piece of paper and sent it with the computer and told my husband to make sure they get it. So,Monday my husband gets a call that they need the password. So I get there,the tech comes out with my computer, I type my password in and I write it down again for him.( even though he said he had tried 4 times prior to me coming in. So,I thought that was the end of it. Nope. They call my husbands phone (after I told them to call me) and left a message this morning. They need the password!!! Guess we dont have a problem with that guy(tech) trying to hack anyone. And I have called the phone number getting techs on the line only to be disconnected! My hubby spends alot of money there but Im fixing to change that!! Im beyond frustrated!! Deserve a 0

I had the best experience truly the best experience at Best Buy today! I brought my Surface Pro in that I thought had the black screen of death on it and they were able to open it up on a new screen and are now transferring everything to a new computer that I bought from them. It was on sale and I saved $400. They were extremely knowledgeable and courteous and helpful!!

Jordon at the pick up desk was not only rude, but acted as if we were bothering him/her by being there. Had ordered an item online for store pick up and upon arriving had to cancel the online order and purchase directly from the store. The item was in stock and available they just had not gotten around to pulling it for pick up in the almost 6 hours from purchase to arrival. Now I have to wait for up to 48 hours for them to refund my money for the canceled order.Poor customer service seems to be normal policy with Best Buys now days.

I went there because my iPad wouldnt let me access it. Apple help on the phone couldnt fix it and made an appointment for me the next day at Best buy. I had to wait about 10 minutes, not bad, for them to call me and take it out back and try and reset it and fix it. Unfortunately it was dead. While I was there I decided to look at other tablets and within 5 minutes I had a salesperson there, very nice, who was able to explain all the different tablets to me and most of all was not pushy about making a sale which is HUGE with me. I absolutely hate pushy salesman. So I would definitely go back or buy online and purchase whatever I needed to purchase.

Any Best Buy is a great place to shop Electronics. This particular store the staff were very friendly and helpful. Been there twice in the past week. 1 for a refund of an item i recently purchased but the price dropped $30.bucks and the 2nd my friend purchased a TV set which was a little time consuming but we left with the TV that my friend liked and at the right price.

This bestbuy is far from anything great. Shelves are not full gaming Section needs a lot of help. Forget about buying anything from them online and picking up at that store because they will sell it to another customer. Feels like its ran by a bunch of kids that have no idea whats going on.

They were not that crowded (Walmart was packed), so I stopped in looking for a sound bar and a chromecast, they had very little inventory, but they did have what I was looking for, salesperson was helpful and I was in and out in about 20-30 mins

Cant complain at all staff is friendly and knowledgeable always help with whatever solution Im looking for and. they fix their mistakes the latter being important. the contract delivery driver screwed up a washer and dryer install by not bringing parts they needed they bent over backwards to fix it took money off the units and gave us the parts for free. In todays world of being able to buy anything from an online retailer customer service is key and. this best buy does not have a short supply of customer service happy to give them my business again and again.

I know the head company is to blame for the mask mandate...IN FLORIDA, of all places....but there are those...who take it way to far. Sad. We used to go here all the time...and its not just the mask..I have several...its the Attitude....we will never go to Best Buy again...not even online. Amazon has better prices anyways. I feel sad for the employees that are losing their jobs due to store closures...maybe corporate should re-evaluate...its like they dont even want this store open, anymore. 🥺

If you want good service this location is not for you. Tried to buy a laptop waited for 30 minutes for help showed one I wanted. Didnt have it couldnt order it. So I asked about another didnt have it could order it and have it in 2 weeks. But had no problem showing me laptops twice as much he had in stock. So asked to speak to the manager. Speaking to her was like speaking to a wall. Best buy just isnt what it use to be.

However was charged 29.99 for removal of old tv when website quotes a price of 19.99 and then the next day got a 10% off offer for my birthday dated 6 days previous, but received AFTER my purchase. Firstly I was stopped and prevented from entering because I didnt have a mask on my face though it was in my hand and being put on.Secondly the selection of this store has been steadily declining lately including the functionality of their display items. Why would you spend your money somewhere where they dont have the item, are among the most expensive for almost everything and their only redeeming features of actually seeing the product work in person doesnt actually work as the result of being poorly maintained!Best Buy as a company use to be the place to go but in recent years its following the same path as Circuit City!

A young man named Matt was working in the computer area and I was so frustrated with the Google Drive not attaching my pictures to emails and what was being attached were all distorted and wrong size.. He listened to me and was kind and patient as he showed me some steps to try and resolve the issues. I have been treated like a pain in the butt when I needed help in the past at BestBuy. I am 62 and it was nice to be treated like a person and helped. It is greatly appreciated and I am Grateful! Thank you Matt!

Very nice receptionist, however another customer was there talking to her when I entered with my service dog to look for an amp. The customer drilled me about my dog, credentials, etc. She tried to deter his questions but he was relentless. Finally she got rid of him. She was very nice

Went into port charlotte retail store requesting a serious subwoofer and the salesman recommended a kids toy for $400.Subwoofer is ameatuer and the salesman just didnt understand subwoofer.Plus the store was super unfriendly and I asked for help from 10 people. Please, please, please! Do not buy anything from this Best Buy or anything from this company. I’ve never seen such poor service and customer relations ever! We got a defective Kitchen Aid dishwasher that was supposed to be replaced. The day of the exchange- no one showed or called. When we FINALLY got in touch, the delivery people said the new dishwasher was defective, too. Not only had we waited all day for them to show, but they also wrote their report wrong, showing they had delivered the new one. It took us about 4 weeks to straighten that out!Guess what happened next? We got a new delivery date-and- no one showed!!After countless hours on the phone,(you can’t call the store by the way- they aren’t taking calls!)we got a new delivery date for May 27th. About another 4 weeks away. But yesterday, we got a message saying our new dishwasher was going to be delivered today! April 27! We received an email confirmation and a phone call. Take one guess!!! No one showed today and no one called! What do you think will happen May 27th?My husband and I are extremely patient people. We completely understand manufacturer delays with everything that has been happening in the world. But these issues are from a company that is completely disorganized, rude, inconsiderate, and a company where no one can resolve problems. We honestly don’t know what to do from here. This has been going on since February! We are completely disappointed!

Very organized as far as the covid-19 and warnings. They had hand sanitizers at almost every time you turned around there was a bottle that you could wash sanitize your hands with. Everybody knew what the customer wanted what we wanted the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and pointing out different laptops to us and explaining things. Great place to shop for all electronics products and tech gadgets. From TV to laptops, you name it, they have it. I got a Samsung tab S4 tablet with the case here, they match price with Amazon and other big box stores which is great because you dont have to wait for shipping. Ill never buy with Best Buy again. Ill never understand went business are opposed to things getting better. About a month ago I was at this location with no mask and nothing said about it. I CANT wear a mask and certain things I wont buy without being able to put my hands on them or like the office chair i was looking to buy, sit in it first. I felt a out of place when I asked for help and was thrown from one salesperson/staff to another. At times I was treated as if I was not important enough; one of the kids even said dude you help him ...Im in the store with my kids and my wife. Im a teacher at the High School, and at no time was I rude or insolent with anyone there... I felt so uncomfortable, all I wanted was a 32 or higher monitor plus any wiring necessary to connect both the monitor and TV; I was ready to spend money, but they looked at me and my family and guessed that we were there just looking or not important enough for them.It was extremely uncomfortable!Please DO NOT try to reach me to change this post.

Very poor service, after waiting for over a half hour in line to purchase an Apple Watch, the representative told me he would assist me after ringing out his current customer. Then a woman who has been wondering the store walks up to him and demands she’s helped first because she’s purchasing a computer. The rep then looks at me and says “there’s no real line” and the representative walks off with her. All while she wasn’t wearing a mask. So much for a mask mandate, as someone who works in sales, that was extremely unprofessional and I won’t be doing further business here.

They are clearly unaware that they have a phone that needs to be answered. Me and my fiance were on hold for an hour the first time and 30 minutes 3 times after that. They called me early this morning just to not answer the phone 20 minutes later. I just want to find out what they called me about. Excellent customer service!
