My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Maureen. We ordered a washer, dryer and garage refrigerator, once we new the closing date of the home we called she made sure we had them delivered & setup. This was an easy process and the company is wonderful. Maureen was friendly & responsive to emails, she helped us pick out what we wanted and did a great job. We love our new appliances.

I am writing because of all the different reviews that are awful. First I have bought here for over 18 years. Service is excellent. But things have changed.Before COVID-19. Now things are different. I own a blind business and we cant confirm anything at this time. Please be under standing and know that it is very tough right now. Builders cant get appliances either. Be kind, be understanding, but if you cant write a good review. Its not fair to say they dont care. They are equally as stressed as you. God bless America and God bless every ones patience. Great store and employees, but my microwave,Bouch, stop working for the second time. Both times same problem. Service department wants to charge $100. just to come out. I bought all new kitchen appliances in February 2018 with 3 year extended warranty. Which ended 6 months ago. The first time they had to replace the Bouch Microwave because it couldnt be fixed. Now its the same problem. They want to charge me $100.00 to come out. Service department told me I was being silly and I only paid $500 for the microwave. True but I spent over $3,000 that day on all appliances

Was in a bind. Needed a refrigerator and they had one in stock. Lowes and Home Depot didnt have any.

Not even 2 years old and freezer not working!What good is a warranty when parts take forever to arrive????That is, if they were ever ordered!!!Service department very frustrating as well!GE refrigerator a real disappointment as is this company

Price was ok. But not a lot in stocks and it takes a while to get it. $140 install charge for an over the oven microwave. I thought that was a bit high.

I have been waiting on appliances since February 2021. Spend thousands of dollars here and still do not have a stove and refrigerator.They do not seem to care. They tell me they will find out when they expect delivery and they never call.Stay away from a retailer which cannot deliver your product, but have your money.

Family had told us the Bill Smith Appliances was the best around, and we would surely agree--family owned, local business that is focused on the best product, best value to meet our family needs.

Dont use this company, paid them 16 Thousand dollars in June for appliances for our New Home that was being built and assured they would be there in August. Here we are the middle of December with no Refrigerator no return phone calls after many attempts. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go to Lowes or Costco for your appliances

Phil was very helpful. Found us all available rebates and gave us options to save $. Their prices are identical to big box stores, yet one on one help.Addition 5/20... Do not use GE rebates...they are issued as a virtual credit card costs $10 to get a real card, and cannot be used at all merchants. Also a 6 month expiration and takes several months to receive.

Great team... everyone very helpful and knowledgeable in their products. Also very aware of their competition and their prices. Purchase was easy and fast ... the only thing keeping from five stars is the fact that I have not received product (tomorrow) so installation and delivery would put the last star on this transaction. I can only assume that it will be 5 Star all the way around!

I was dismayed when I had to call in the repairman, but very happy that it didnt cost me anything because I had bought the extended warranty. I have a need for a new washer dryer combination and I went back to Bill Smiths because I had a good product and they treated me well, even when I had to call for repairs. I was in last week with my patient that needed a new washer as soon as possible. We were greeted by Mike who was the store manager. He was very professional and was not pushy at all. We told him what we wanted and he showed us exactly that. He also was able to find a clearance washer for us to help us save money with the purchase. We will be coming back to him whenever we need anything at all. The delivery team was very professional as well.

TERRIBLE! 3 sales people on the floor on Black Friday at 2:30 pm! Completely understaffed. Wife tried to ask a quick question n salesperson wouldnt even answer her even tho there was no customer around...he was helping someone.We wanted to give a local business our appliance business but we went over to Home Depot n got helped right away.See ya Bill Smiths Never Again!!!About 3-5 other people waiting for sales also. Decided to try Bill Smith Appliance to give a local business our business but the sales lady that approached my husband and I was rude and condescending. She definitely did not give us that “hometown” feel and we left and went to Lowe’s where we purchased an electric range that day. Because of her we won’t be back!

While purchasing from this company it went slowly but smoothly. We ordered Dec 19 and were were told that they would notify us when appliances were in. We had to continuously call them. Getting our sales person was no easy fete. Not sure why the front desk person couldnt be more knowledgeable or friendly,Dawn is who we tried to work with today, could have been better.Im just old school and believe that customer service should be a priority with any/all businesses..always review the first interaction a customer receives....it starts with the person answeinan the phone.

I made multiple calls today to arrange for a service call without success. On each call I waited 15 minutes +/- for someone to take the call to no avail so I hung up and tried later. After four times I gave up and called someone else.

Very well laid out store with many choices to choose from... no matter the item. I was searching for a counter-depth refrigerator and there were several to choose from. I was pleased with my experience and with my purchase.

When my washing machine broke we looked at many different places for a new one most dont have any in stock to take home that day but Bill Smith did and the price was the same or even lower than the big boxed stores.Staff we friendly and very quick to find what we wanted.

Looked on line at their web site, and found a GE chest freezer that we wanted. Our sales associate, was excellent! Brought out the appliance from the warehouse, unboxed it for our inspection, and helped load it onto our truck. As an added bonus, the freezer was respectively $49 less (at one), and $21 less (at another) big box store than at Bill Smith’s.

Excellent service combined with knowledge of the stove. Good cooperation between the employees and a pleasant experience for us. Also helped us with a problem on one of our appliances that was not purchased from them.

Although Bill Smith is a very nice place to buy Electronics and Appliances the prices are on the high side delivery service is impeccable but slightly pricey

Had my ice maker fixed by John Oswald. What a great technician he was, being careful to mop up water, not scratch wood floor. Fixed the unit which he gave a temporary fix 2 weeks before while the part came in. In two weeks it will freeze up again, he said and to the day it did. I dont know how he got it back in the hole built for it but he did w/out denting.

Over the past 13 years we have purchased several Refrigerator/freezers having one in the kitchen and one in the garage.Their delivery service has been rapid. We purchased a refrigerator, went home and started cleaning out the dead one in the garage. The new one was being delivered before we had finished cleaning out the old one.We where happy with the two dishwashers that we purchased there.We bought a Toshiba TV set in 2003, It survived Charlie. It is still working and has never needed any service. Now we are going to see them to get a new and larger TV.
