I went in to purchase two items that I saw in a circular. Took both items up to the register, and both items rang up incorrectly. I told the about the circular, they said did you bring it. I said no. Why does a store have multiple prices for items? Why do I need to prove a price they sent out?I will never set foot in Bed Bath & Useless again.

I usually love Bed Bath & Beyond due to their unique selection & deals, however this one did not provide either. Was very disappointing when browsing, to find nothing I couldnt find at Target for cheaper.

I can only speak for this particular store, as not all Bed, Bath and Beyond are like this one. To be specific, each time I have gone into this particular BB&B its in a constant state of chaos: messy, dirty, half stocked of its items, and overall disheveled. But of the most irritating things experience at this particular store is that when I finally found an item I was looking for and would take it up to the register to pay, I was told that the actual price is different (higher pri$$ed) than the displayed price. On multiple occasions Ive addressed this with a manager but it still continues. Its hard to tell if the people who work at this store are completely lazy or just dont care. Either way, Ill not be back to this BB&B. smh

What an awesome experience. I placed an order on line for pickup. I walked into the store, (my choice) and the manager was there and handed me my order. 1 minute and out the door! You can get curbside pickup if you wish. This store is amazing and full of wonderful items. Love it!

Very unprofessional and poor service. I went into this store to make a purchase. I tried to use my 20% coupon on my smartphone but the associate who refused me stated that I would be emailed a coupon to use. She said the system would email me a coupon in 24 to 48 hours. This of course was a complete falsehood! So I had to pay full price for my item, which was upsetting. I believe she was impatient with me and unwilling to properly show me what to do to receive my discount. Thanks to this poor conduct, Ill go to another location for my purchases.

If you have coupons, they will assist you in determining which coupons give you the best discount while checking out.We like looking at the as seen on TV products in person. We have shopped here for years and especially like buying our small kitchen appliances, rugs, towels, bedding and coffee here.

Excellent customer service. I had asked if the store had another toaster oven, because the box was damaged that was in the display area, and the employee quick found another box in the back and wheeled it up to me and it did not have a scratch on it. Also, they price matched $100 off the item. I would have given 5 stars, but they should not have had the damaged box out for sale as new.

Stock clerk was very helpful in checking inventory for the product we wanted. Turns out it was not in stock. But he rapidly created an order for us and had it sent or our home. Thanks

Found a good sale there. My daughter had been wanting a comfortable lounging pillow to relax and read with. I found a nice selection of colorful pillows and of better quality than you would otherwise find in a department store. I was very pleased with my purchase -- and so was my daughter!

This Bed Bath & Beyond is awesome that have everything pretty much what you need they are covid protected at the utmost they provide curb service if you need pay in advance order what you need pay with your credit card and then well bring it to you the customer service is top-notch never had a problem and the prices are good come check it out of veterans in Port Charlotte and Best Buys right next door so you cannot two birds out with one stone get er done.

This store has an excellent selection of products and staff. Great selection of as seen on TV products for you to try out. They have coupons, great return policy and offer good variety. They are true to name, everything for bedroom bath and beyond. Although kitchen takes up large amounts of space. But they keep up with new products so good to be able to touch and try them. Definitely a place where guys can find interesting stuff to look at while being dragged by gf or wife shopping. Unlike some stores.

Was excited about a buy one get one free display of Atomic Beam Cree®™ l.e.d. lights. Took a headlight and a flashlight to the register, both the same price. No Deal. The display is very misleading. I liked this store. Liked.

Natalie helped my fiance and I sign up for our registry - what a great experience! She was exceptionally sweet and understanding. We showed up without an appointment (didnt know that one was recommended) and she stayed with us for over an hour! We finished half the store but we were very tired from working all day and it was almost closing time. She offered for us to come back and finish tomorrow but we wouldnt be available until 5:30PM which was when she was off. Without hesitation she said shed change her schedule to stay later. We came back the next day and once again, a great experience! Forever thankful for her kindness. Thanks, Natalie!

This store is small and doesnt stock everything that the larger stores do. I went on looking for a Christmas gift only to find out the store 30 miles away had what I needed and it would have to be ordered at this location.I give the staff credit for pointing me in the right direction.

Ran in to return a juicer . Although they do not have the same one on the Shelf,. they were willing to offer me the new design for a substantial discount . Even was willing to give me the coupon discount when I didnt even have a coupon with me. they also gave me back some money not much, but some. I did not have a receipt they were so nice and friendly about it that I couldnt get upset.. Next time I will make sure that I get a gift receipt with the gift then you can get your full price back. I had to return it because it kept throwing my circuit breaker. Somethings wrong with it . It was juicing but only for a second and then boom the circuit breaker would go. But I was very impressed with all the things that they had for sale in there. I havent been in a long time. They have a lot of as seen on TV . As well as quite a bit of variety of just about everything else. Even your magnifying mirrors which I like nowadays. I highly recommend this store.
