Girlfriend does hair and loves this place

Got to the store 15 before closing they had already closed the doors saying that it was to close the register was down. we stopped for 2 specific items. She did let us in and we got the items and we were in our quick. But she was very rude during any interactions

The worst cosmoprof in florida, the store is dirty and messy, the clerk cristina is a rude who yelled at me asking for my id to check if i was the person on my account, avoid this disgusting place

I went into this store today to make an exchange. I called corporate prior to going because I didn’t have my receipt. I went into the store following what corporate directed me to do. I was denied by Penny who was more intent on creating a show in front of other customers then following the company’s policy. She had sincere pleasure in telling me no. I called corporate back while still in the store and they told me yes that they could do this exchange while Penny continued telling me no. Whitney from corporate told me that what Penny was doing was not policy and she was very apologetic and would not get off the phone with me for the remainder of the visit. Penny still refused to exchange my items and instead gave me a refund of over $250. I decided to go to salon centric and spend my money there. Penny is an embarrassment to the entire industry for showing her unprofessionalism and unwillingness to help especially since she deals with licensed professionals. Kindness and respect go a long way and it shows that she has neither. Salon centric treated me the way I should have been treated in the first place so now CosmoProf has lost my business for good.

The lady there was very unprofessional to me. She was yelling across the store at me. I didn’t know that she was talking to me because I was on a business call. Then i had to get off the phone and tell them she was yelling at me. She said to me well sorry that’s my job and then asked me if I even had a card to shop there. I don’t know why she would even ask me that because I have talked to this lady plenty of times before. So I just left and didn’t buy my things that I wanted in the store.

Been in there a few times & never have a good selection or what I need, oh, & thats after I get the 3rd degree walking in the door. Makes for a pleasant shopping experience, not. Salon centric has it all & pleasant employees.

They always have what I need and the staff have been really friendly and knowledgeable. This is definitely a weekly stop for me

Everyone is always very friendly & helpful if I need it. They have a good range of professional lines also.

The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Every other worker there is very kind and helpful. I would give this place 5 stars if they lost the awful manager and would be very happy to never have to speak to her again

This particular Cosmoprof is not very inviting. The sales associate Penny is very NICE NASTY! Her mouth says all the right things but her face and body gestures always say something different. Shes not very welcoming and never wears a smile on her face!! This is my third encounter with her and each time she has been very rude and not very helpful at all. I will not be shopping at this store ever again and maybe thats just what she would like, but hey Im just a customer.

Penny is so helpful with my problems. With products. She always knows whats best to use.
