Deborah was amazing. She did a fantastic job on my daughters hair. She was friendly and had great prices!

I find all of my hair products at SBS. They have an awesome selection of wigs and hair extensions as well. The staff is always welcoming and willing to help. I love the fact it is a husband and wife team and they are both really good with helping when you need a man or females perspective. Especially for date night with the hubby. SbS has been a local business supplying hair products for about 15 or more years.

So this store has to work on updating their hours. The google hours stated that they closed at 7pm. Something told me to call the store and verify the time. I called and asked what their closing hours were and was met with the response of “well what time do you plan on coming”. I said well what time do you close, I’m on my way. In which I was 6 minutes away and it was currently 5:58. The male that answered said well we close in about 30 minutes..when i got to the store they were CLOSED!! If you were closing at 6! You should say that! Dont give a bogus time if you’re closing! WOULDNT RECOMMEND!! 0/10

I now have a bald spot in front of my hair, because the hair stylist chose not to listen to me when I told her to not apply heat in my hair because it had chemicals. She argued with me that it wasn’t a big deal. I now have a bald spot because a “professional hair stylist”, didn’t know that applying heat with chemicals in your hair could cause hair damages. Very unprofessional of them. They refused to give me any percentages of my money back.

Owner has a very nasty attitude. Yelled at me after I asked a simple question about nail polish. I don’t even think she has a cosmetologist license to do hair!!

Debra is super sweet and did an amazing job on my cornrows. I wanted to do my braids for the first time and she made it not so scary. I got it for such a great price and they came out so cute. Im definitely going back.

Horrible customer service. Was willing to give them a second chance after they performed undesirably the first time. Instead of trying to cater to the customer/client, was continuously met with resistance. If that wasnt enough, after I decided to leave well enough alone and not have any services performed here, the store worker decided she was going to yell at me and give me attitude. This was done in front of all the other customers in the establishment. This is not the way to run business or should I say a successful business. I will not be taking any services here from here on out and I wouldnt recommend anyone else take business here either.

I had a previously poor experience with their beauty department, but decided to give them a second chance. I did want to make them aware of my poor experience in the past, but did not request any monetary compensation. Management, the young lady in particular, were very disrespectful, dismissive, accusatory, and immediately discredited my feelings as a client. During the encounter, I was told that they could not administer beauty services based upon a picture, and that they could only copy what was already on my face. It became very apparent that they were not interested in retaining my business, even after I was willing to try them again. The manager made me feel extremely uncomfortable and as if my opinion as a customer was not valid. No one should be made to feel like they do not matter, especially in an industry as competitive as beauty. I unfortunately would not recommend SBS Beauty Supply to anyone, as they are dishonest, and do not accept criticism well at all. Hopefully no one else will have to share in my experience.
