Phones don’t last n are poor quality. Also Crockett doesn’t offer free phone deals to there loyal customers. I have been a ustomer for like 8yrs only got free when I switched over.

Needed new phones, Cricket had best deal at the time on family plans, husband, myself and mother in law needed updated phones. They were sold out of most but we managed to get three new ones albeit three different brands. Mine would not charge and when finally did charge would not hold charge. Salesperson assured us we had 7 days to decide if we liked our phones, my husband took mine back and they were still low on sale phones had to wait, 2 more days for their shipment to arrive and then had to obtain approval from owner of that location. Initially the day we visited it took an inordinate amount of time to transfer 3 phones and setup new plan with phone selection the sales rep recommend for me being of low quality, but several days later corrected issue.

I called store prior to purchasing a new phone for prices spoke with Stephenie.She has extremely nice and answered every question I had, also best price beating out Best Buy she gave me additional discount on screen protector and phone case. Excellent service!!!I also called 3 weeks later with a question on screen protector and spoke with Robert and he also took the time toexplain and answer my questions!!!Absolutely best service I’ve had in years!

Michael was able to get me a new phone and transferred my data. Good phone. Good price. Good service.

Went here as my mother was having trouble w/her cell, uncontrollable popups when she was doing ANYTHING, even while on phone and it would just lock up phone. I was thinking virus and possible get assistance w/resetting to factory; as shed had for about 3 years. Based on suggestion from employee, she upgraded. The team in there was super helpful and friendly. Mom spent a little more than she planned but thats how these things go right?

Great Customer Service

Called customer service for my girlfriend on 03/16/19 and cancelled the phone insurance after the current billing cycle. Yesterday her phone was not working so I took it in to the store. They said the entire line was cancelled and they couldnt reactivate it, I would have to call customer service. Called customer service and they said I would have to reactivate in the store. Called the store back and they said they couldnt reactivate the line (they were talking to customer service through a chat line and this is what they told the in store associate). Called customer service back and they said I would have to pay a reactivation fee and 1 month bill, totaling $50. I told them they should reactivate the phone with no fee because they made the error. They stated that they reviewed the phone call and were correct in cancelling the phone line and would not reactivate the phone without paying, although they could not provide me any proof that we stated to cancel the phone line. The store associates have always been nice and knowledgeable, but the structure of the company doesnt let them do anything beside taking payments and phone purchases. Very poor experience with this company.

I have been with cricket for at least two years now...and I had the same phone through out that time. I had to purchase a new phone, because my old phone had cracked... I spent $100. I got a free screen protector. One month later and I go back to the store...the screen cracked, with the free screen protector still on it. The store manager said I wasnt able to replace it with the upgrade for a small fee (it requires a 3 month period)...they were out of stock on the the more affordable ones. I had to go somewhere else to purchase a cricket phone. It again cost me, $80 this time. Come to find out that my original phone (for $100 ) wasnt cracked at all. The screen protector was! So with cut or should I say, sliced fingers, I returned home and actually gave the phone to a roommate ( he needed one) Im not sure it was the right thing to do. Why should I recommend cricket to anyone? Im going to attempt to add a line to my account and use that phone.... well see how it goes.

The Cricket cell service is consistent.. No dropped or lost calls, unlike the miserable service provided by Sprint!One major problem I just had was, though the main sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the design of a zte phone purchased there is flawed.. And KNOWN BY THEM! They would not exchange it but expected that I BUY another. Cricket has a corporate guarantee covering damage to the phones they sell, but this phone was not damaged.. It was a faulty design typical of many Chinese products. They required that I send it in for replacement ofONLY THE SAME MODEL..which will have the same problems. This exchange, the shipping of which is paid by Cricket requires 3 days that I would not have a phone!

Liars, deceptive salespeople, and after being promised satisfaction within 24 hours of evaluating there honesty, I was like to the corporate customer service rep, Angel. Incident # I-67325968. Do not believe them, I was naive and trusted the rep to be truthful after investigating my complain. It cost $50+ to learn their corrupt and insincere business practices. No star would be an honest assessment yet this will not post without one. Perhaps, someone in this company will do the right thing. Yet, dont hold your breath.

We got Mom a new phone, a Motorola.😍 Motos are highly rated phones, along with the new android Nokias. Yes, Nokia is back also! 😻Cricket sells both! If you dont want to spend a fortune on a phone, but want a smartphone that works properly, one you are happy with, you cant go wrong with Moto or Nokia. Props to Andrew at the Port Charlotte (close to Midway, on 41) Cricket store - Andrew is highly knowledgeable and has awesome customer service skills! 😀

Went in twice with no service to my cell phone and no help. They dont know why its doing it. The sales person said he had no idea why he just works there. And said I dont know what to tell you. So I just left he didnt care I left or apologize for the service disruption. One girl who seen me the 1st time I was in ran to her car when they seen it was me coming back.I Still dont have any service. Im sharing the word they dont care there answer was to buy a new phone and get more money out of me but both mine and my husbands phone wont stay connected to the tower. Im calling corporate and telling them first before I cancel,

Great experience. Went to Englewood and got turned away shortly before closing time. So glad I went to the port Charlotte location. Andrew will take very good care of you. Showed up 20 minutes before closing time, on a Saturday evening, and it was not a problem. He also took the time to install screen protectors for two of our phones. Ill drive the extra 20 minutes to get better service here, than to deal with the freaks in Englewoods store (grow up, you two, act like you represent a major retailer). Ill be back for an upgrade soon.
