Current Boost customers who wanted to know about phone online phone purchases versus buying in the store on the morning of May 19,2020. The salesperson was impatient and condescending about how to port photos and texts to new boost phones. I already told you is unacceptable. We are in a pandemic and everyone is not tech savvy. I was thoroughly upset and never want to do business at that store. Garrett that used to work there was a gem. The girl I dealt with this morning should not deal with customers. I had to ask 4 times if they would port info over she finally told me they did for a $15 fee. Just plain rude.

Took awhile to switch service like 2 hours but overall nice place...

The manage there is awesome. He spent time with us explaining the features of the phones. Made our decision to transfer service to them a Lot easier

These people do not know what they are doing. They took almost 2 hours to actviate a new phone. Never had such poor service like I did in that store. Highly recommended not to go there unless you want a poor selection of service, phones and accessories. No clue at all how to program a phone, while I was in there they had to call tech support 4 times and be walked through the steps. Nothing but idiots

As u walk through the door you are greeted. The people that work there are nice tech goes out of his way to help you. Moyez and mira are great in every way they would bend over backwards for the custmers. Store could use some up to date technolagy. But other than that the store is great.
