Got my device working again been to multiple Metro store bought phone Christmas Eve it worked Til got home Christmas then got a lock code I could not even turn phone off then finally got to factory reset after many days and it worked on and off turned it on day before yesterday it said not registered on network and emergency calls only they called Metro corp and factory set network and it seems to work fine
Sales representative has a bad attitude doesnt seem to be knowledgeable in his product I wouldnt recommend this store to watch my dog

Wish I was able to give a negative star review my fiancé went in today trying to switch our phones over to new phones and the guy we were talking to had no idea what he was doing and was not pleasant or helpful, I’m so disgusted after our visit there, and the guy said our account was locked out and couldn’t do anything, we were able to the metro pcs on Kings highway and the woman who assisted us was phenomenal!

Hopefully my new SIM card will make my phone work again I keep not being able to make calls or receive calls I have to shut my phone off and on to make a call and its been going on for about 3 weeks now Ive been nice if Metro customer service could have told me hey I might be as simple as a SIM card is bad

I went in the other day to switch my service and phone from cricket ... i waited a half hr only to be told that the free phone that is offered for new customers switching their device is no longer available 😲 what???? They tried to sell me a 250.00 phone which is ironic because the free phone offered stated it is originally 239.00. I dont get it.. if you offer something you should have to deliver on that offer. Not happy with Metro.. I feel like I was being scammed

I was on assignment in Port Charlotte when my phone cracked. I googled metropcs, and ended up at this store a few minutes before they opened. I was the first customer there, but within a few minutes, there were 3 others behind me. Tony kept his cool, and helped us all at the same time. Thats a nice skill, and I hope his boss realizes it.
Been with MetroPCS going on 7 years. Ill never go with a contract company again. They have always been helpful & pleasant at this location. My phone just died...No worries...1 year warranty...as long as it hasnt gotten wet or thrown against a wall. Keep up the great work!!!

Today i bought a new phone i liked it so much i bought my boyfriend the same phone i like so much, Lisa told me i was due for an upgrade and demonstrated the stylo4. You know it only takes a couple people to spoil the reputation of places so I dont want to totally belittle the whole place it was a heavy set young lady and another young lady who Ive never seen before last time I was in there I was going to pick up a new phone cuz my phone after all these years is going away its stopping working they were so belligerent belittling other companies and never came up but half of a solution except spending a really lot of money for a new phone and I dont need bells and whistles Ive got a Samsung 7 Prime which I was totally happy with and they were looking to make me spend quite a bit money a lot of money more for a higher number Samsung phone which I did not need never thought going around $600 are you really serious they just have their public relations was very very young amateur and rude besides that everybody else in their dead on sharp is a truss hopefully theyre not there anymore

Been a PCS customer since they opened their doors during this time I had got one of the ZTE MAX PRO cell phone and later to find out that this cell phone has CPU issues an sometimes when sending SMS text messages it will send one of that text that you had just sent over and over 50 to over 400 times same message its cause me fighting an arguments an people blocking me because they think that Im sending them on purpose well anyway went to the PCS store they were aware of this problems with this phone so they replaced it with a new one SAME TYPE AN MODEL and yes it ended up having same problem needless to say since then they have replaced this phone like 7 times now and yes replaced it with a new phone same model like after 3 time of this happing I tried to change out of that phone into another that had close to or same specs as it and no way possible I would get out of the store for less than right around $200 to do this BUT KEEP THIS IN MIND..... When started having this issue with this phone from the start only having the phone less than a few days an cost me a good amount I feel like it wasnt my fault that the phone they sold me was like this and should of done some adjustments to replaceing it with a different type with same or similar specs and was even willing to pay a little more $50 or so to get something different even after just paying for the one having the issues less than a few days but a new customer can walk in get a new free cell phone better than what I had bought from the PCS STORE but no they care not about long time customers and say well its your problem u can buy another new cell for around $200 lol now seriously this is how they do loyal 4 year plus long customer and guess what yes to this very date I still have a ZTE MAX PRO from Metro PCS but Im on like the 7th or 8th one now and why they replace it with yet another ZTE MAX PRO just seems to me a good company would change you out to one close in specs to stop this cycle its cost me a lot of extra time and money having to deal with this issue not to mention the arguments its caused me with people thinking Im blowing up their phone on purpose so HERES A BIG THANKS GOING OUT TO YOU METRO PCS great job
I and my daughter went into that store to get an iPhone 7 Plus, Lisa, customer service sold me an iPhone 8 in silver. There was no talk of an upgrade, Nor did I sign a paper or any contract nor did I trade in my original phone, when I purchased the silver iPhone 8. In fact Lisa called me from her personal phone that evening on October 27, 2017 and let me know if I was not happy with my iPhone 8 then I can return it the next morning. ( she knew I wanted the iPhone 7 Plus ) I came in the next day less than 24 hours of purchasing the silver iPhone 8 and clearly lied as her Assistant manager was standing right next to her as they were printing out my receipt that she never gave me the day before, telling him that she never said that she take the phone back and give me a refund and she said in front of her assistant manager that she told me it was an upgrade. THAT IS A LIE!! There is a 14 day policy that you can bring back your phone and get a full refund, especially when I’ve had talked time of 10 minutes tops, which five minutes was with customer service Lisa calling me that evening. I left with telling her calmly but Firmly how could you ever do this to a person let alone a customer and lie about saying I agreed to an upgrade that I could never get my money back on this phone, which that conversation never took place and how you will be able to sleep at night. I will be spreading too many of folks never to deal with MetroPCS because even the original dealership can’t do anything because they are a franchise and to me they’re making up their own rules and screw and customers over, and I’m sure I’m not the first one. MetroPCS customers you should go to T-Mobile you get better service and less drop calls as I have not had one yet and I’ve had it for 30 days almost for my service. Even T-Mobile Told me that metro PCS on Gardner Drive in Port Charlotte should have been a good business place to return my money. I hope karma comes to you and truly hope that SunTrust SEES THROUGH YOUR LIES That you told them over the phone. Bad business here at this metro PCS you should be shut down!!!Karma will get you one day!!! Trust in that!

I am so thankful this branch is here in Port Charlotte on gardner. i live off of burnt store rd in Punta Gorda, which is a long drive. But the service is outstanding here, especially the store manager Lisa has a pleasant personality and quick to service. Drive right by Punta Gorda store and forget North Fort myers, no personallity there !What a breath of fresh air,will only do my buisness at this location!! So first off dont get me wrong adrain the store manager at this location tried to help as much as possible. But my issue was that i had received a broken phone from a differnt metro pcs location within 2 days of switching to metro pcs from sprint so we went in to the gardner and 41 store and they warranted it out so in the mean time i had took the broken phone to another loaction to try and get it fixed and needless to say the other location kept my broken phone so when my warranty phone came in today i could not get it because i didnt have my broken phone because the other metro store took it so needless to say right now i am with no phone due to this issue. Thanks for trying to help though adrain we apreciate it 💯
