Ive been a customer since 2005. I went to inquire about getting a new phone at this corporate store today. Met an associate at their door, even opened it for her. Saw associates busy with two other customers and the one I held the door for, who was available, decided to ignore me and take and make a phone call instead with no acknowlegment, explanation, or compression of my presence in the store. I left. Taking my business elsewhere. Look for better help.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Sprint sold a phone and plan to me. When the service was so poor that I had to transfer back to Verizon they could not unlock the new phone. I paid for the phone in full, then returned it under RMA. They refuse to issue any credit, and also have the new phone. I paid $645 for a new phone and service. I have nothing to show for the entire experience but frustration. This is theft plain and simple.
Staff on 2/05/21 were not friendly. Seem like an under trained staff. Unknowledgeable of common protocol of t-mobile products. Regional Manger needs to keep a close watch on this store.
Both employees were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their IPhone 11 deal, as well as super polite & friendly to talk to! Would recommend this store simply because of the customer service, especially from James (: thank you for all your help!
Waited 40 minutes & then left with no service. I miss Sprint! 3rd disappointment.
Time to replace Verizon. No longer have a contract so price jumped up. Sprint has the best deals & pricing. Time to make the move.

Although there were only two employees in the store, I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Staff was friendly and acknowledged my problem. They Apologized for the run-around that I encountered at the other two stores located in Port Charlotte Florida. They appear much more organized when it comes to wait times. Employees here were much nicer and professional. Highly recommend going to this Sprint store versus the other two in the area!
Very difficult store to deal with, I recommend a better service provider.
I was given an estimate in writing that said my bill would be 150 per month. Since then, it has been 195. I get lousy service and have also been given terrible customer service. I have never been this unhappy with any cellular service provider!

Do not sign up with these people, 2 years ago they promise me that dual band was soon coming out just to get me to sign up they lied, Dual band is when you can use your voice and data at the same time. 2 years later and still no dual band. I also have never received so many drop calls in my life and I live and travel and well populated areas. After 10 documented failed calls and also text messages not being able to be sent even though I had 5 bars LTE, the best they can do is give $25 off. I may or may not hire a lawyer about my lease agreement because this is bullcrap
Their service is trash. Theyve constantly lied or didnt inform me of things that I asked before I switched to them. Never switch to them. Its better to have no phone service than them. As soon as Im done paying for my GALAXY S8 im going back to metro. Save your money and time. Never go there.
I was extremely satisfied with the curtious, timely service I recieved today. The gentlemen there were very helpful and patient with the problem I was has having with my phone. They even opened the store a few mins. early when they saw me waiting outside. Also one of them ran after me with my sunglasses I accidently left on the counter when I left. The both went above and beyond their duties. Thank you!

I went to this store to upgrade from my iPhone 7 to the galaxy s8. There was a problem with the line when trying to transfer my number (nothing that can be prevented) The entire team there led by the store manager Joe really stepped up and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I have never been so impressed with a cellular provider in my life!
