The line to just return a modem seemed ridiculous. The only saving grace for this review is the gentleman at the door taking everybodys name decided to help anyone doing just a return. Only had to wait 30 minutes and it wouldve been much longer otherwise.
Waited 1 hour to drop one thing off after canceling service. Asked to drop it off and they said only way is to either wait in line or take it to ups and have them ship it to them when I’m already here, makes no sense. Thank goodness I’m canceling there service
Horrible! all I wanted to do was return a router/modem and had to wait for a long time! Send us a shipping label if you want these back! Or is this our punishment for a cancellation, just another reason I hate Comcast/Xfinity, couldn’t wait to cancel our service as soon as another company came to our neighborhood! Hopefully we’ll never again have to deal with them. 1/2 the cost faster service! Make the switch if possible!
Pay this company over $300 a month between cable and internet. They have no answer and no solution today which is ridiculous. We pay this much a month which is actually absolutely ridiculous. But these guys cant send a tech the same day. Seriously... Youre the Amazon... Youre lucky I have no choice. Theives...
Went there today because I have a problem with my voicemail. There must have been between 30 and 40 people waiting. Every seat was taken and the line just to check in had at least 10 people waiting. You couldnt get beyond the front door. I should have called the fire marshal. They were way over their limit. To say the least, I left.
Update Just got done talking to the guys supervisor the supervisor even took video of my video..I had one of the Comcast trucks just drive by my Childrens bus when it was stopped and had its lights on today on burnt store rd. Oh yeah and I have it on video so the truck number is 987. I tried to call the 1-800-number and pretty much got no were since Im not a customer. Even was hung up on a couple times by the system and by 1 person. So Ill wait for a response because if I dont get one Ill be contacting B.B.B. and file a complaint with them.
It sure would be nice if you had an equipment return line instead of waiting around for a half hour until your name is called.
I’m so frustrated with the disorganization from these people. They have rescheduled coming over to help set up the wifi over 3 times. We have lives, we can’t sit here at your beck and call. This is ridiculous
I had a confirmed appointment to drop off equipment at this location. I got there on time and it was closed. No one has contacted me and getting past the automated system is ridiculous. I finally got a rep and was told that someone would be at my house today to pick up the equipment, but that did not happen. Now I cant get through to any live person in customer service. Need I say more?
Such a shame that you are a monopoly, because people like me who are on a fixed income would be using someone else, such lousy service for such an easy fix.
I wasted 3 entire days on the phone, but Joel here solved my issue in under 15 minutes. I should have just went to the store in the first place. Never using the online or phone customer service again, just going to the store. These guys know what theyre doing. Very quick and helpful.
I believe this is where they told me my galaxy note 10 plus was 5g if I changed my plan.That was not true. And all the other times I was told my phone was 5g was also not true.

Joel was very helpful and focused on doing his very best. Downside was we received texts saying we were next yet waited 10-15 minutes after checking in.

We recently made the switch to the Xfinity mobile plan, and received fantastic service which was extremely thorough and professional from Elias at the brand new Port Charlotte store! Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he was very patient and took the time to explain all of the necessary steps as we switched 4 lines and ordered 3 new phones. This process could have been very time consuming and or/confusing, but due to Eliass attentiveness to details and knowledge, it was absolutely painless! Thank you once again, Elias!!!!
Bought a phone and it never receive d any text msgs. Took it back 3 times and called 2 times to techinical4 support. Spent 6 hours and they never fixed it and refused to replace it. Told me to send it to the manufacturerThis was 1 day after purchasing it.
This is the line outside just to return an obsolete cable box. Oh Xfinity when will you treat your customers like you actually like them?
This is the WORST company on the planet!! They are VERY VERY VERY expensive (even for just basic cable tv) and dont even get me started on their employees - they are INCOMPETENT!!! They dont even deserve 1 star!!!!

They charge wathever they want ! you speak one day with a representative that tells you one thing after expending 3 hours with them thinking that everything was clear about extra charges in bill to find another version another day with somebody else. Worse costumer service ever they just dont value clients at all.

Your internet service is horrible !!!!! I never recieve the speed you charge for and thats if I can get on at all !!! And 6 months later I still have no cable TV which you charge me for but your incompetent service department cant fix !
