My boyfriend & I stopped in about 20 minutes before the store closed on a Monday & the woman behind the counter was very friendly. When she was ready for us she was helpful & efficient. This is the 2nd UPS store that Ive gone to where the staff was very professional, friendly, & helpful. Like I said in the other UPS Stores review, Id much rather come to The UPS Store to have packages delivered than USPS.
My wife stopped in to your store today and the lady behind the counter was very helpful and knew exactly what she was doing. And the atmosphere in the store is very inviting and peaceful. I bid on an online estate sale. The company, Crimson Estate and Auction, uses this store to ship the winning bids. When I called them today, they told me the shipping cost was $73.00. People, this is for a cookie jar! I looked on EBay and the same jar ships for $15.00. If I lived locally, I would have walked out! I feel totally ripped off for something I had no control over. These businesses are privately owned. They quote a price and pocket the overage from UPS. DON’T support this business. I don’t believe they would have pulled this if I wasn’t in another state and signed a contract with Crimson Auction. Oh, and the woman on the phone even had the gall to tell me I was getting a good deal. Has COVID made people so hard up they a willing to take advantage of others? Beware of shady people!

The two young ladies that pretty much run the place are absolutely off the charts of perfection now that they have taken over the place I will only expected to go to another higher level of perfection they have great attitudes great knowledge efficiency off the charts I go nowhere else for my returns and sending I highly recommend the place watch the prison break new changes because Im sure the younger generation has their own ideas for the better check it out
This place is the absolute best! Fast, fast and super friendly! I am so glad to have the people who work here wait on me!Personally I’m glad to see their faces again and if you’re bothered you can always keep wearing your mask. Dropped a package off to be refused and the woman at the counter was clearly tired of working with people that day. Good thing I had a feeling she wouldnt handle my package correctly becasue it was delivered right back to me. Was able to catch and tell the nice driver that I was refusing it and he actually did what I asked. Also this store is not big on masks. First place Ive walked into where the employees were the maskless ones.

Closed early before 4pm on Saturday 1/30/2021. Showed them a box that was prepaid at door and they would not take it. Drip with from Punta Gorda to Port Charlotte... ZERO customer service and compassion!
Absolutely the best staff anywhere: professional, courteous, prompt, attention to detail. I do a lot of Amazon returns here and I’ve never had a bad experience. The two behind the counter are awesome - kudos on a job always well done!

Stopped in to drop off 2 packages. The employee that helped me was not wearing a mask and even coughed twice while scanning my packages and providing a receipt. Just want to warn anyone else who is planning on going here, please take extra safety precautions before walking through the door.
This UPS store I find to be the most helpful,professional UPS I have been to yet. Katie took good care of me, educated me and inform protocol for the ups system. She is patient, kind and absolutely considerate of the Covid-19 alertness. She has kind eyes and definitely keeps the ball rolling with customer satisfaction. My wife was here Monday the 13th while struggling to get a large box and her stroller with our newborn to the store was stopped at the door by the owner “Samuel W. Scott” and was told she couldn’t bring her stroller into the store. He wouldn’t let her in the door. In fact a dumbfounded customer watching this discriminatory event unfold had to help her complete her transaction while my wife stood at the door with the stroller. My wife was going to be bringing in another box of similar size but was so upset/mortified that she was not comfortable bringing the box in and having it shipped. For the record the box will be shipped via FedEx and I would suggest no one every give this store any business.Owners: Samuel and Helen Scott this is completely unacceptable, I will be pursuing this further with corporate.
Had medications stolen from package 2/3 tries...first time in Apri 20 they cut open took contents, taped up and delivered empty CVS bags..second time was July 20. This time they took one medication ( had to open and close 3 packages inside), then closed up and sent the medication that did not have a street value to me. When reported I was told that hundreds of people touch those packages sweetheartHave recently tried to get in contact with owner/ manager and was told once, that she will work on it.Have been hung up on the last 3 attempts.
The manager KATIE is very rude and provided horrible customer service, not a friendly person, had to call corporate to file a complaint and I will take action towards this matter, bye KATIE you are going to lose your job !

Nice and helpful guy working there, but - as noted - no mask. All the customers had masks on. Even if you dont believe in science you should put it on if it makes the customer more comfortable.
My name is sandra kowalsky and I sent my employee to have her fingerprints done and Katie treated her so kindly. We were so happy and pleased because my employee went to another ups located on peachland Blvd and there was a black women who was very rude to her and made her cry. Thank you so much. Don’t go to this one! Owner not helpful. 3 people in our condo have had problems with them! I purchased a Groupon and they refused to honor it . The day before I told them I would be back with the coupon and they said nothing. Very dissatisfied. I’ll use other carriers from now on.
Every time Ive come in this facility, Ive been met with knowledge and professionalism. I have sent many packages through them, but this most recent time, I was sending a box to a friend in France. I had never done something like that before, and Louann was very kind and informative about the whole procedure. I held up the line a little unfortunately because of my package, but Louann ran people through the second register while I finished up my situation. Super hard worker. Thanks again for everything.

I demand that this franchise be closed! Today this UPS Stores website says that theyre open until 4:00. I was there at 1:00 and they were closed! There was a sign on the door saying that theyre not open on Saturdays. The sign doesnt do the customers any good once were there. Were in the middle of the covid pandemic and Im 70-years-old. Going to this store not only caused me an expense but endangered my health. I dont care who manages the website - its the owners responsibility to see that the information is correct! Ill be contacting the corporate office!
Face masks are not required, no sign people walking in & out without a mask, putting others in danger!
The miserable woman that WE spoke to (HELEN) claims to own the store. We sent an envelope to our Grandson in Denver, CO, about a month ago. About a week ago we called to track it, because it hadnt yet arrived. HELEN was extremely rude and told us that she could not track it even though we gave her a tracking number from the receipt they gave us. Today we called and had the misfortune to speak to HELEN again to ask how to file a claim for a lost package. HELEN didnt say anything about being sorry or what our options were, she simply said there was nothing that she could do. When we explained that this was a gift package with money and gifts in it, she became increasingly rude and said there was no recourse for usI will NEVER utilize a UPS Store for ANYTHING and I will tell everyone that I know to avoid them as well. HELEN, I hope that you read this and you look deep down inside yourself and try to determine what makes you such a rude, heartless woman. You took our money and we received NO goods or services for that money. That makes you a LIAR and a THIEF!***********************UPDATE**********************HELEN SCOTT if you would have put as much effort into ensuring our Grandsons package would have been delivered as you have put into making excuses for your poor performance, we probably would not be having this issue!The point is that we entrusted a package for our only Grandson to you and YOU failed!On at least four (4) occasions in your pathetic response you state that comments were either said to us or stated by us! That is simply not the truth!You say that we asked for, THE LEAST EXPENSIVE WAY. No we did not, we just asked to ship it. Regardless of those negative feedback, I always got 1st class service here. The stores employee always smiled and greeted everyone that was in store. She takes time to explain clearly and politely all questions that I asked.Would definitely be back to do business with her again.

The blonde there has got to be the rudest woman on the planet. She has no idea what she is talking about and will straight out argue with you infront of everyone . She tried to tell me she had to.open a sealed phone that was new and being returned to xfinity. When I told her no all.she needed was to print the label and send it back. I told her if she opened it then xfinity would no longer accept the return. She then told me how I had no idea what I was talking about, that xfinity doesnt sell phones. They are a cable company she says. At that point Id had enough of being insulted, embarrassed and humiliated in front of a store full of customers!

Im shocked at the lack of customer service as the UPS store is almost exclusively based on providing superior service and convenience. This store does neither. My experience with this location was awful and i will never use them again. I had returns that i needed to ship - the items i brought in were not “taped” and sealed in the box - once i brought them in i was informed that i had to buy my own tape from them AND because they do “packing services” - i had to remove the items i was shipping from the store and tape up the boxes out front.The taping of item consisted of putting one strip of tape across the tops if the boxes -The staff is rude - the customer service is terrible and i can only imagine the quality of their packing services if they consider placing a strip if tape on a box “packing services”
They have lost my packages on 3 different occasions. Luckily amazon refunded money anyways.
A close friend of mine who lives in Florida used this location to send a package to me. When the package arrived here in NC, it had been already opened and the contents were removed. After a lengthy investigation including phone calls and various responses, UPS was supposedly planning on covering our losts, we were told numerous times that we would be reimbursed and I can promise that all of the promises from this very store were lies. Roughly $160 loss, I recommend spending a little extra and ship through USPS or Fed Ex. This place is a complete joke

Just left this site the woman was a piece of work. Didnt tell me the cost for shipping until she packed the items for me for 20.83 thats what she said plus shipping but wouldnt say. Then says its 72.00 to ship a 17.00 doll to my granddaughter. I told her no she said she will hold my doll hostage until I pay for the packing she just did. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! its a box unpack my doll and keep your box! Who is she to keep my stuff until I paid her what she wanted! Thats why this place has BAD REVIEWS avoid it at all cost literally
Lousy customer service. The store owner was more concerned to point out to me that he would not allow me to bring my coffee into the premises while conducting my business.Owner has absolutely no knowledge of how to professionally run a business and needs to work on his customer service skills.Needless to say, that will be the last time my business will be conducted there.
Beware! They will upcharge the shipping cost of your package. My box had exact dimensions, but the clerk added an extra inch to all the measurements. When I questioned this, I was told they always do it this way. Then they lied and said it did not make a difference . In reality, their dishonest practice added $6.34 to my shipping cost.

People in there dont know what theyre doing. Spoke with both owners who were there at the time and they offered no help to fix the problem. On top of that they were very rude and unprofessional. Dont waste your time coming here, obviously Im not the only one who thinks you are rude so maybe you should fix that and stop making excuses
This location continues to be a disapointment. No weekend hours. Yet has a sign which states open for you. UPS should change their advertising strategy.

I sent a package back in September that got damaged. Every time they called i was in class or at work. The only person I could speak to was never there when I would have a chance to call. Finally got in touch with her to be told they threw out my package because I never responded. I never recieved anything in the mail about my package, and they arent going to refund me for what was in the package. They never even offered me insurance on the package. Worst experience I have ever had at a ups.
Great place!! Friendly staff. Its like having an office staff on call. I use the notary and copy fax service which costs very little.

They are scum bags very rude and unprofessional, also they attacked my boyfriend for being overweight hey were making nasty comments about his appearance. The owner was an elder African American man, and the manager is a younger African American girl, and another big Caucasian girl. They were all vey nasty and they will scam you so be careful, they will over charge you. We went to USPS down the road instead and payed 5.95 flat rate priority mail for something UPS charged me for $32 and did not give me a refund.
