Austin Johnson recently became manager of this location recently, and I just have to say Im ecstatic that he did! My boyfriend has had Cricket for a few years now, and ever since Austin has taken over, the customer service has just incredibly improved. We just had a phone issue not long ago, and everyone was so kind, so helpful, and you can tell the people who work there enjoy it more - now! Check this place out for reliable, quick, and excellent service!!!

If i could give zero stars i would. Iv called this store over 10 times today, and its always the same thing with this store, no one ever answers the phone. Iv sat in my car parked out side of the store and called a few times. I then walked into store and no one was even in the front of the store, ( was still calling store ) then when the guy came from the back of the store he wasnt even doing anything. This store is horrible only way to ever get ahold of anyone is to go im.

About to uograde to a better phone

I called my cricket store at 7:50 pm. I knew I had to pay the remaining $15 yesterday. I was less than 5 miles from the store. In my car, trying to explain that my mom just died, I had to borrow the $, and had driven from freaking Croswell, closer to peck, to pay my bill. Since he was ready to go, said to go run to my bank, deposit my $15 due onto my debit card, pay 729 orv759#, whatever, after the deposit. My phone is shut off. Great job cricket, oh did I tell u I just lost my mother?. OMG. Beyond livid. U are horrible,

Told me that he could no fix my temp glass that I had to do it myself or go to north end. Now I would give 5 bc of the older guy that sold me my phone was vary nice an helpful maybe time for new staff

Went in store to buy a phone. The employee was super rude, acting as if I was bothering him. Rude gestures eye rolling. It was not a pleasant experience. Decided to walk out. This was yesterday 4pm ish. This employee should be fired.

I was highly unsatisfied with my experience. I came in with the intent of buying a new phone. The man behind the counter did not even greet me upon entering the store. After browsing the phones, I went to ask about trade in policies. He was very rude and helpful. Instead of looking up the trade in value he gave me a guess. He did a terrible job and I walked out without purchasing a phone from this man. He was super unhelpful and never left his chair.
