It seems like no one knows whats going on. We were up at the north end and stopped in to the T-Mobile store there. Asked about how they were going to switch sprint customers to T-Mobile. He said we could lease the phones just like we do now So we decided we would get new phones under T-Mobile. We live closer to the T-Mobile on 24th, so we went in there expecting to get new phones. They informed us that we have to have half of the payment as a down payment on each phone. Not going to happen. Ill switch to Verizon, I pay the same amount in services as I would at T-Mobile.

This place is horrible Im still fighting with them about a bill that was astronomical due to their sales girl putting me on the wrong plan even thought I told her exactly what I needed then told me your all set and sign here. I was told by sprint at that time now TMobile that because (and here is why you need to be careful at this store) they are a third party they had to handle it so after multiple calls and the DM telling me they would fix it. I have now been turned into a credit agency for a whopping $1200 bill. All so this girl as she told us could win a trip. I dont know why they just wont do what they said and fix their mistake.

Was in the store today with a phone issue, the employee did not care whatsoever to help me and was rude the whole time. Sprint’s terrible customer care fixed the issue in under 10 minutes while the store employee had me wait 10 minutes just to tell me he cannot do a thing. They need better employees in this store.

My time working with Sprint was not pleasurable. Being the top sales person at this location and within the top 15 in the company, the treatment was unjust. My commission check was withheld with updates from my management that I would receive it - but to no avail, and with receiving the runaround from HR. A lot of false promises and no follow through on moving up within the company also.

Mike and Ali were extremely helpful and patient. I have been a Sprint Customer for over12 years. It is because of service like this that I will continue to be a Sprint customer. Thanks again, Boys!

Inaccurate store hours. I have gone to the store 3 times this week and they have been closed every time

The phones don’t work in port huron, Marysville, or marine city. The service cuts out or you have no data. They shouldn’t be able to sell phones here.
