Do not use this store. I made a purchase Sun and tried to return Mon and they would not honor their return policy. A person that said they are the manager told me the device was not returnable but yet the receipt with their return policy says it is and corporate confirmed it is returnable. FTC has a law that says if there return policy does not match corporate policy that they must have notification of that policy and even says where and how that notification must be handled. I just got done talking to the aberration company they have listed in the contract and looks like I will actually be having to sue them for some lil return. I have also e-mailed the CEO of T-Mobile along with some other very hi people and notified them that the store and corporate will be included in procedures and that I have looked at the contract authorized dealer sign with them and how this violates their contract...

This must is one of the best Metro PCD has. He should be rewarded for his devoted work skills and customer service. He goes above & beyond in his problem solving for people, more than you find in most businesss.

The staff were great. They answered all our questions while we were at the store. When st home questions came up? They answeted some and said they were available to for me to come back to the store and solved the problem all with a smile and very pleasant attitude. Jake and Amy.

Phones not working right,third of this model Ive replaced( lgk7 but two different same models changed out), they couldnt figure out this new problem, but said I can warranty it sense its been under a year, but gotta pay for shipping...really? Also this time just suggested a new phone... When did it become normal to get a new phone within ONE YEAR... the Last phones I bought(cheap galaxy phones) didnt even last a year either before they told me they where junk. Which when I bought was told was a great phone that would last... So yeah

8 mile gratiot

People who work their are sales associates. They pretty much know basic stuff. And in most cases if you go to them with a problem, it wont be solved. Soooo lets get down to it. If you want a metro phone or unlocked phone buy it from Best buy.. Walmart. You can actually buy it with out having it activated before purchasing it like you have to due at metro store, cricket. Then you call metro customer service to activate when you buy it from the stores I mentioned and they activate it with out all the service fees metro will through at you. It will save you money... A lot of money. For example I bought 4 metro zte max pro because it is the best android out their from best buy with out having to activate them.

First off, I would like to thank the people at this location very much for helping me out with my phone, they were VERY friendly and kind. I went to 24th st and they tried selling me a phone that I kept telling them I did not want (I had a problem in my settings that needed to be fixed) they kept telling me it was a better phone then mine so I walked out and went to 10th st. They helped me with my problems and DID NOT insist me down grading my phone just over a setting problem in my phone, Never will be taking my business to 24th st ever again, Thank you to the people at 10th st you guys are awesome!!!
