No matter how early u send papers to them, they will not transmit in time. 10/10 I ve to wait at the border coz of this. Wish I could give -5 stars

Why u take 5 to 6 hours transit to custom u phone guy not working good I call three time they not gave me good answer

These people are a joke. For heavens sake, dont post a critical review. Seems that instead of addressing the issue and taking care of it, theyd rather double down and prove you right ×10. Hours and hours waiting for paperwork to be transmitted to customs, its ridiculous. Affecting my revenue and the revenue of the Canadian driver who waits in Sarnia for my trailer almost every day. Awful, awful phone support and customer service (and no- thats not due to covid, they had none before covid came along) if you have a choice- avoid them at all cost

Why do you take 6 hours to transmit a load to customs. You have to be the worst broker.

Horrible, rude staff who lie in your face just to not clear your shipment. Avoid at all cost...
