Livingston is the slowest and least predicable of all customs brokers. 6 hours to process a shipment is becoming more and more common with them for US bound shipments. Weve had some that take 18 hours before they even create a file on them. Canada bound is better, but they can be slow too. And their call center offers nothing but lip service. The person on the phone cannot say when a load will be processed, only that someone is working on it. Ive been given that answer so many times and they still havent opened a file hours later. STAY AWAY if you can.

Really wish our client would find another broker. Livingston is terrible to work with. slow and unreliable!!

When u send ur paps to them it takes forever even when u track it says is not in system they always waste my time at the border .drivers only get paid by miles so if u waste our time how can we work with u next time
