Catherine helped me in many ways to know my move can be done with ease. Her knowledge and patience is very much appreciated. Yeager Street has been my go to for years because of Jenna, thank you both ladies.

I have been going through this place for the last 8 years. I appreciate the fact that they are holding my belongings for me but you guys should be able to work with people sometimes. I can not wait to be able to go get my things and be done with them. Thanks for being another vulture.

My cousin and I rented a Uhaul from this facility today to take to a different location and the lady working there named Cathryn was so helpful. We asked her so many questions as this is our first time renting and she answered each one. Highly recommend this uhaul!

The company replaced asphalt at the storage yard with absolutely no warning of the asphalt grinders. Dust and stones trashed my valuables with excessive dust and stones, leaving my things entirely coated. When asked for a remedy the manager took defense and threatened to not talk to me any longer.Total disgrace to Lapeer. I would go miles farther to avoid these crooks.

Rented a U Haul with great ease.

I just started renting my unit here and was highly satisfied with the service. The staff I spoke to over the phone and dealt with at the facility (Jenna) was very friendly and helpful. This is my first time renting a storage unit and was very pleased with the overall service and location.

Very friendly people and reasonably priced

They are trying to charge me $250 after I cleaned out my unit and said I didnt need their storage. Said it was for damages to the unit. I took pictures before I put my stuff in and after I took my stuff out. There were no damages and they also claimed they had to remove my stuff from the unit while my rent was fully paid. Illegal for them to enter the unit while the rent was paid up and I had already moved everything out before the rent expired. Disputing the charges on my credit card. Take pictures of everything before you move in. Shifty shady people.

Jenna is amazing! She goes to great lengths to ensure you have the best possible service during a usually hectic time. I would highly recommend!

Great customer service! Jenna was super friendly, personable and helpful with getting me an available storage unit during this pandemic and I’m very grateful.

I have had a storage unit there for around 2 years now and am very happy with the staff and unit. Jenna and staff always do a great job and any emails are always returned within the same day(usually hours). I have no security issues. They have cameras and its gated. I was originally only going to stay for a few months. I cant think of anything negative.

I am a happy customer and will continue to recommend Self Storage. I have received great customer service each time I called. I was called back within an hour when I asked for a donation.I called regarding a donation for a Fort Gratiot Youth Cheerleading TAFL fundraiser.I was called back no more than an hour with a wonderful donation offer. I am happy to have started my storage experience with these guys! I will not go elsewhere.Thank you for taking care being KIND!

I never used a storage facility before, but this has turned out to be a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is well maintained, clean and secure. The hours of operation gave me the ability to move things during the off hours of my busy schedule. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Im a long time tenant of Port Huron Self Storage . I have never had any concerns that have not been addressed in a prompt, very business-like manner . The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly . They (the staff) go out of their way to satisfy me as their customer and make me feel Right at Home !!The facility itself is clean, neat and secure . Snow is cleared quickly in the winter and the grounds are well maintained in the warmer weather .Port Huron Self Storage certainly strives to go Above and Beyond for their customers . I have not had a better Customer Service Experience anywhere else! I am thrilled to have a Storage Unit at Port Huron Self Storage. I have had storage units all over the united states and find this to be the best storage company I have ever dealt with in every aspect. The Customer Service for this establishment is superior.

I needed a temporary place to store my stuff last week and it was my first time to use a self storage. Their employee there, Jeremy, was very kind and helpful. Will definitely come again if I need the self storage again in that area.

My experience here from Aug 12, 2017-Feb 10th, 2018. Well i rented their uhaul and was falsely accused of someone smoking and charged extra for cigarette butt on floor- i told lady nobody smokes that was in this truck. I believed they didnt check from prior rental and charged my account extra money for security deposit. Then i bought house January 9th, 2018 still using their 2 storage units from Yeager street/Water street and 1 unit from Beach Street. I went into building on Yeager street. And I was 1 day late in 5 months and explained my story and still got charged 30.00 and they said we double padlock/and your account until its paid in full. So i do pay for final month knowing only going use it few weeks more and when i was leaving the blonde lady in her say late 30s-40s, was rudest, and then she mumbling as i was walking away. WAIT THIS ISNT WORST YET, THE DAY WE GO GET UHAUL RENTED SOMEWHERE ELSE at 5121 Lapeer rd, KIMBALL. ( best experience and WONDERFUL PEOPLE), AND SHOW UP AT THE BEACH STREET STORAGE UNITS THEY OWN, AND I CALL THE SAME LADY AND TELL HER THSTS THERE IS OVER FOOT SNOW IN DRIVE UPTO OUR UNITS WITH OUR 26FOOT UHAUL UNPLOWED, HER ANSWER WAS THEIR OUT PLOWING AND WILL BE THERE LATER. IT SNOWED FRIDAY NIGHT (NIGHT BE4 OUR MOVE) UNTIL 5-7PM AND NOT AGAIN UNTIL 8AM THE MORNING OF OUR MOVE, AND NOBODY HAD IT PLOWED FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. WE EVEN ASKED HER IF WE GET STUCK ARE YOU GUYS PAYING FOR IT GET TOWED, SHE REPLIED NO WE DONT DO THAT.. THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS NEITHER..IN THE HOUR 15 MINUTES THERE LOADING OUR UHAUL NOBODY SHOWED UP TO PLOW EVEN AFTER ASKING TELLING THEM WE COULD GET STUCK. ONLY REASON DIDNT GET STUCK BECAUSE THE GUYS THAT WERE HELPING ME ALL TOOK JEEPS TRUMPLED SNOW DOWN FOR 15 MINUTES BEFOR RISKING UHAUL COME INTO THAT DRIVE ON BEACH RD. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TRY ONE LAPEER RD, BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE.

Secure video-monitored outdoor storage, fenced and controlled entry. Staff has always been extremely helpful.

Horrible staff, Jenna the manager has a nasty attitude. Your concerns will not be addressed or forwarded to owner. My boat was vandalized and there is no security. Rats, mice, insects treat the place as a resort. Very dirty.

Good people and safe for storage

Horrible. Storage container leaked all over my tv and boxes. I paid 85 bucks a month to ruin rather than store my stuff. Ridiculous.
