Atlantic Hearing & balance is one of the best! The staff is caring and helpful. They wear shields because they know we lipread. I’ve been there 3 times and just awesome, caring people especially Dr. K you can even qualify for a cochlear implant, have balance testing. What can I say I love the people and the place. My husband and I both got hearing aides. The tech who helped us was Musa. He gave us his undivided attention at each appointment. He was respectful, knowledgeable, empathetic, charming and just the nicest young man whose job was to make sure we were satisfied with our new devices. Office staff were friendly. The product was very good and has improved our quality of life. Just an all around great experience.

Caution - Masks Not Required. Took my 88 year old mother for an appointment and we sat in the waiting room with a few other customers who were also senior citizens. As we are waiting another customer comes into the waiting room and is at the reception desk talking and coughing for a good 15 minutes with no mask on. When I asked if they required customers to wear masks I was told no. Surprising since many of their customers are in the age group most at risk from Covid. I post this comment to alert folks so they are aware of this situation before walking into Atlantic Hearing.

Dr Clancy and the med assistant(I forget her name) we’re so fabulous. They explained each step to me along the way and were able to give me definitive answers where other doctors claimed it was stress related when it was in fact not. I’m beyond happy with the staff here and am thankful they were able to find a simple problem with a simple treatment plan.

I was quite impressed with your office. I was greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist and the intake was smooth and easy. I was taken in for my appointment in a timely manner.But, your Dr. Hoffman - what a gem. She has an excellent way with patients and takes time to explain what she is doing and the results of the testing in a clear and concise fashion without a care for the clock. I was entirely comfortable throughout the encounter and was most gratified to receive some technical information at its conclusion. Bravo!

A very professional practice. The building is new and designed to accommodate the needs of both the patient and the doctor. The support staff does just that, supports kindly yet efficiently to both doctor and patient. My audiologist, Dr. Botta, was well educated, competent, and had excellent patient skills. The tests were clearly and comfortably administered and explained clearly as were the results. This is NOT a hard sell location. You know they have your best interest at heart and have the skills and equipment to arrive at a diagnosis and hardware suitable for each individual patient.

Doctor was very helpful. She took the time to explain everything to me like I was 5 - which I needed! Then took time to answer all my questions in depth.Receptionist was very friendly and personable.Overall a superior staff that sets the bar high for doctors visits.

Went today for my first visit amazing staff lovely doctor. Explain to me my option and explain about the hearing aids. They say the hearing aids was my option and as long as I feel comfortable with it then I should give it a try. They also explain what the normal hearing was and what was mines. And what was the best option of hearing aids and prices. They ask you if you got someone to pay for it. I got one lady but in my case mite look into vocational rehabilitation if my first option don’t plan right. They tell you if your insurance cover it or not. But hands down would recommend. The place is amazing thru know what they doing friendly staff and amazing doctor

My ENT referred me to Atlantic Hearing after experiencing several episodes of vertigo for the VNG testing. My appointment was made quickly and conveniently. I arrived on time and after a brief wait the testing began. Everything went very well, the office staff and Dr. Taylor Unger were extremely engaging, courteous and professional. Definitely recommend.

Great Modern Well Equipped.Testing excellent. Didnt like Gray walls(personal preference) . Residents were very good. I loved the Dr. but never met him until the end. Lots of whispering during testing. I would rather just have had them talk out loud. Still great modern visit. Very friendly front desk.

Hearing test was thorough, results reviewed and options were thoroughly explained. The frontline staff is very professional.However, I have been waiting greater than a week for the billing staff to return my phone call. There is a discrepancy with the insurance coverage and I am due payment.5/26/2020 Called again. BUYER BEWARE.....I you have insurance be sure to get an itemized bill BEFORE you pay. You are charged for things that are not disclosed to you before they submit your claim to the insurance carrier. You receive the cost of the total and they have you sign a generalized waiver, covering the balance. If you have insurance you should not sign the waiver, thats why you have insurance to cover the customary and reasonable cost of a service. VERY deceptive practice.

This was my second visit here. Once with my wife and now for myself. Both visits were outstanding. Great staff and doctors. They performef an incredible amount of testing to analyze my problem. Its a first class facility.

My dizzy spells with position changes were making it so hard for me to function normally. Dr. Hoffman was so amazing she was able to identify the issue right away. After explaining to me exactly what was happening she was able to treat me in the same visit. Dr. Hoffman is so professional and knowledgeable I would recommend her to everyone. I can’t thank her enough.

After years searching for answers from various sources, I was pleasantly surprised to finally find the cause of my problem. I had no idea I had significant hearing loss. It came as such a shock. But Im so grateful that Dr. OBrien is so compassionate. She walked me through what was going on with such a gentle caring spirit. Both my wife and I had appointments for cleaning and tune-up of our hearing aids. Naomi Landorf took care of us. Adjustments were made to our units hearing aid to bud tubes were changed on mine. All units updated via computer. Naomi is a superb technician. Would have her again!

Before finding Dr. O’Brien and her amazing staff, I had lost hope of ever hearing or understanding people especially while in the car or at a restaurant. However she fully explained why I hear (or don’t in my case) and came up with a plan to help. I will be fitted for my new AI / Bluetooth hearing aids this week and I can’t wait. Atlantic Hearing, located in Titusville Florida, provided comprehensive audio testing recommended by my ENT. The professionals then customized my new hearing aids to greatly improve my hearing. This facilities Hearing Aid Specialist, Michael Carver, provided weekly follow-up visits until my hearing aids were properly tuned. Michael is very knowledgeable and customer focused professional.

Dr Krebs took the time to explain the effects of hearing loss on the person and the people with whom the person with hearing loss interacts. It was an educational experience. At no time did I feel I was being pressured into buying hearing aids. The tests were comprehensive & the results were explained in detail.

During my visits to Atlantic Hearing, I had the pleasure of working with two professionals, Ashleigh and Maria. I have severe hearing loss due to Tinnitus. I was treated with compassion and was thoroughly educated on the potential negative affects of not properly treating hearing loss. I also experienced the benefits of allowing medical professionals to manage my hearing deficiencies (as opposed to commercialized hearing aids stores). I am thoroughly satisfied with the specialized and personal attention I received and the outcome of new prescription level hearing aids designed specifically for me. It is nice to be able to join in conversations again with my friends and family and be able to fully participate in life. I am a health care provider myself and pay close attention to details the average person would not notice. The audiologists and staff are caring and knowledgeable. Not only do you receive top notch care, you are well educated when you leave. I have hearing devices that are monitored and cleaned every few months extending the life of them for certain. I also recently suffered from a severe case of vertigo that was accurately diagnosed by performing several tests prior to being treated and resolved. I highly recommend Atlantic Hearing and Balance.

Terrible!!! After being told by Dr Unger himself when he strolled into the appointment late when i was concerned that no copay had been collected, he assured me that my insurance was completely covered. Then I received a bill a few months later for over 290 dollars and when i called I was told by the secretary that it would be resolved and she would speak to him. I never heard anything again. Now come to find out two years later, they dropped me in collections for a ridiculous amount!!!!! And this was after all his tests revealed absolutely nothing. Very shady and very sneaky.
