My experience was not the same as recently experienced by others. Yes, COVID19 has disrupted and impacted business, but dont blame the business for following mandatory guidelines. I had a hard to match engine paint color for a restoration project. I called and told them what I was looking for, they told me what they can and cannot do, the risk involved in matching color, etc.. I drove down with my sample piece and conducted business curbside and through a parts exchange using the trunk of my wagon. I was reminded of the limitations of color matching and what a matching score means. They took the piece in, and a few minutes later he came out with the results. Again, they reminded me what this all means, the prices, and did I want to go forward. I ordered two rattle cans and a can of satin finish. A few minutes later they come back out with the order. I came home and tried a paint sample. I could not tell the difference between the old paint and the new. Yes, they ask a lot of questions because they dont know your level of expertise and want you to have the best experience possible.

If I could give no star that would be it. Terrible terrible customer service. I ordered a paint to match and it was anything but my color. My color was grey they mixed greenish blue not even close to my color. And then refused to get me correct color match or give me my money back. Blaming it on a cheap paint. I hope another terrible automotive paint supply store close down soon. If you can’t treat your customers right you don’t deserve running a business. 0 stars

If I could give Zero Stars I would. Horrible customer service. Due to Covid-19 its required to call ahead to order paint, pay for it online, and then they will deliver curb side. Sounds great ... yet when you call to place an order they dont know their business. What part of touch-up paint dont they understand.I Gave then the product code. They still didnt understand what I was asking for. Its simple Touch up paint for my car and here is the color code. (Aspin White) QM1. I still dont understand? You want it for rock chips? Ok yes. How do you want to paint ? Seriously??? Its touch up paint in can, bottle, or something that will hold liquids would probably work. Keep in mind Ive called several times before. Im going elsewhere for my automotive paint jobs. Dont waste you time.

Came in with a lot of questions and they got me set up with the things and knowledge I needed, great folks. Definitely will be going here again for my detailing needs and questions
