Brought my 2018 Honda Clarity in for body work on the passenger side rear door. Bid estimate was below market price. (I had solicited another bid.) Fixed an appointment and brought it in for the job.Work commenced. Results were excellent! In fact, the owner, Kelly Whitlock, went a step further. When doing the job, it was realized that the panel to the rear of the door needed to be worked on and repainted. This was done without asking me to pay the additional cost. One does not usually see such customer service in todays world. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend this firm. A nice final touch was that they professionally detailed my car before returning it to me!

Trust them with all of my vehicle repair needs. Great staff. Explains things in terms that are easy to understand. Takes care of dealing with insurance, so you dont have to. They offer towing and rental car help as well.

I was in an accident and needed the whole back end of my car repaired. I went to A masters touch and received great service! Good communication and my car was fixed sooner than the original time frame I was given. Skylun does amazing work and I am so impressed, came back looking brand new!

Hands down one of the best shops in the Portland area to have your accident fixed! Quality work exceptional paint matching some of the best work in town! They even offer free loaner cars if ur insurance wont cover that! Veryimpressed! Kelly is a good guy!

Awful experience.Kelly gave me a time frame in which my car would be finished. The day I was supposed to pick it up I called and he said he took a three day weekend and didn’t know the status of my car and he’d call me back. He never called back or to let me know what was going on. I called almost everyday for two weeks. He lied countless times to me, the insurance companies. He didn’t fix the things that needed to be fixed but instead glued things together and started fixing other things he thought needed to be fixed but weren’t apart of the claim. The second claim was my back bumper and it cost $370 to buy but the billCame out to over $1000After we were onto him, and had the insurance people calling etc he lowered the outrageous price $700 (from the total amount) all that needed to be done was a hood replacement & a new bumper. But somehow the work came out to 33 hours of labor. He says he doesn’t do hourly but it’s a system. A scam is what it is.He did the work in one day after the insurance company and I came up with a plan to take my car to a new shop after 3 weeks of no progress/poor communication and blatant lying. He overcharged by a lot. I contacted a lawyer who said it just didn’t take 8 hours to paint a back bumper.Please DO NOT go to this shop. I know everyone wants to support small businesses right now but this shop is not the place you want your vehicle.The work was done but it’s not great. There’s fluid in one of my headlights and blemishes in the paint. For 4K worth of worth you’d think it would look good. 😞I guess I have to give them one star.

Wow I went to get a auto body repair estimate I am impressed. Kelly gave me a fair estimate cars these days are not inexpensive to repair. He said I will be glad to do the work. Then he said with the type of dent you have you might be able to save some money with a paint less dent removal repair. Then gave me the contact of a guy who does that work. Thats what I call integrity and looking out for the customer. Great place to do business with.

My mechanic, from 3-C Automative, recommended Kelly. I couldnt have been happier. The other insurance company was way under bidding on what needed done. Kelly took over, and handled all it. It was great! I didnt have to worry about anything. Car came back in perfect condition. I would give Kelly and A Masters Touch a 10, if I could. I can’t say enough about what a great job Kelly and his team has done. That’s an understatement. My poor VW was in a hit & run, and the driver door and part of the rear passenger was messed up. I picked up the car today and she looked as if the day as I saw her on the showroom floor. Kelly was in constant contact with me about the updates with my car and they even got done earlier than promised. Would not go anywhere else!

They kept me informed every step of the way, keeping me posted about the repair process as they found out new developments from my insurance company, which I really appreciated. From start to finish they were honest, reliable and informative. These guys have been in the business a long time and it shows; they know what they are doing and what they are talking about. Accident aside, my car came out in better condition than it was in before the accident I feel. The work they did was impeccable. They were extremely detail oriented and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. Often dealing with insurance can be a headache and A Master Touch was on my side which made the whole process so much easier. I would NEVER take my car anyplace else. Kelly and his dad have worked on all my cars for years. The first time I found them I checked every shop in my area. The quotes were so high! One shop even called my car totaled. Not what I want to hear. I love my car! Then I found Kelly who was half the price, was easy to work with, did a perfect job and earned all my trust.Fast forward. Same car. Years later. This time the news wasnt good. Of course he could have done the work and charged me whatever. But he told me it would make more sense to find another car. Sad news, but I know whatever car I get in the future, Ill be bringing that one to him as well.

A great experience easy going fair and does great work

Had some minor rear bumper damage and it had to be repainted as well as have a cracked taillight replaced. I was recommended by my insurance to initially go to a different shop, however the vibe was just so off. I was recommended to come check out A Master Touch and immediately knew it was a good place to take my car. Kelly treated me like a friend and made sure that I knew every step in the process. He even went to the extent at ordering a new taillight when he found that the used one quoted by my appraiser was scratched. The fix turned out great and its like nothing even happened!

I had a great experience with A Master Touch Body & Paint. Kelly was great from the time I called to bring my van in, to the time I picked it up. Kelly kept me in the loop through the process and helped work out the rental car situation. The results are better than expected. Kelly was even able to refer me to another mechanic for a separate issue, the referral was great to work with as well. I would bring my vehicle back and recommend his business.

Kelly is fantastic! We used to live down the street, so went here out of convenience. Now we live fifteen miles away but still make the trip over for auto body work. Very honest shop.

I cant speak highly enough of this shop. I totalled my car on I205 having run my car over a piece of metal. AAA towed my car to A Master Touch. This shop helped me garner the information I needed to decide if I wanted to repair to salvage title or to transfer posession of the car to my insurance. Kelly went above and beyond, was my advocate, explained this process to me (several times) and helped me know my rights. Good people still do exist. I cant forget to mention these people are friendly and timely and knowledgeable. Thank you A Master Touch!

I had my car broken into and passenger window smashed over the night. I use my car for work so I needed it fixed as soon as possible. Kelly and his crew got me in that morning and had my car back to me the same day. They did amazing work and even cleaned up all the broken glass from my car. Super awesome people. Kelly is great! I definitely recommend his shop.

Had a smallish paint issue after having work done by another company. I was referred to Master Touch and went to get an estimate. 15 minutes later I was driving out, problem corrected. Can’t ask for more than that! Next time I have need of auto body work I will definitely come back to them.

I would 100% come back to this shop again, they have great costumer service from the owner and workers. First time coming to this place and was extremely satisfied with the work quality they did to my car. From now only this is the only shop that im going to get any repairs done.
