They provided excellent and friendly service after we were blown off by multiple other businesses that were too busy or werent interested in a small job (replacing the drivers side door handle - a small job for them that fixes a major inconvenience for us). They ordered the part immediately, notified us as soon as it was in, took the car right away and it was done by lunch, all for an excellent price. They even returned the car freshly washed! As much as I hope I dont need more body work in the future, I would happily give them my business again.

When was the last time a business surprised you? Surprised you in a great unexpected way? It has become such a unicorn now a days - that when it happens, it truly is a surprise. I went to West Hills Collision Center because I had a clip on my front bumper on my BMW Z4 break. I wanted to support a small local business, so I drove into the lot - expecting to make an appointment to have the work done at a future date and fill out all the required paperwork. I met with Billy and he assessed my needs and saw that I had already went and purchased the new clip. He said I got Tony here....pause.....Can you hold on for a moment...let me go check with him. Billy came back asked if I had a few moments to wait for the work to be done, I was pleasantly surprised and gladly turned over the car to him. Billy drove it away, and in less than 15 minutes returned and gave me back the keys and the broken clip that was replaced. He also provided me with some additional information into why I am breaking so many front side clips - my bumper is in need of some more detailed TLC with other clips I did not know about - that are out of commission. Tony placed some additional screws in key places to take the load off of the side clips. I walked back inside of the office - pulled out my purse to get my credit card, and Billy would not accept any payment for his companys time and parts. What a surprise - walk in expecting to make an appointment for a future date, future time away from work and an associated cost...only to have a company take 20 minutes to make a community member happy with a fixed car - with no expectation of payment. I will be back when that side clip breaks again (and it will - extremely low clearance on a Z4) but this time instead of replacing the small plastic $70 part yet again, I will take his recommendation to invest in a new front bumper with a full set of clips to properly distribute the loads the front bumper experiences. Very pleasant experience.

I took my car in to have some minor collision repairs done and decided to have some older damage addressed. Ethan and the guys did a fantastic job and even fixed some scratches and other issues. I hope I dont need to have any other work done but if I do they will be my first chose.

I have used these guys three times now, bad luck for me, but they are very professional and know exactly what they are doing. I was referred by a woman whom I dung her her car in a Trader Joes parking lock, which had a very small footprint in a neighborhood of Portland. She was cool having me fix her car at West Hills. Since then, I have been back 3 times. I have a 17 year old daughter, and live in an urban center. Our cars get dung up. But if this woman didnt insist for them to fix the car there I would not have known about them. I am very happy with their services. Top notch professionals, a highly technical staff..... They know what they are doing.

Took my 16 Tacoma here after tree debris fell on it. They did an excellent job repairing it. They kept me updated on everything that happened and where they were in the repair process (painted, assembled, etc.). When I picked it up, my truck was cleaner than when Id bought it certified preowned from a dealer and looked amazing. Not the tiniest indication of it needing work, or having been worked on.I would absolutely go to them again if I needed repairs in the future.

My Wifes Chevy Trailblazers recently had the left front bumper partially dislodged after an unfortunate run in with the side of our garage. I stopped by my normal body shop to see what it would run me and was told I would need a new bumper installed at a cost north of $1000. This seemed excessive to me so I held off on the repair and stopped into West Hills Collision just to see what they could fix it for. The gentlemen working there slid under my car and said let my tech take a peak for free if you can wait 10-20 minutes. 15 minutes later, my car emerged with the bumper re-attached and he charged me nothing. I now have a new auto body shop. Honesty and integrity go a long way these days! Much Appreciated!

I taken my cars to WHCC for 15 years - even after I moved out of the neighborhood. Theyve more than earned my trust and confidence and now they feel like family when I walk through the door. The latest service is the perfect example: I needed a new front bumper and had put it off due to expense. I was nearby a few weeks ago and stopped in for a quote - Francisco greeted me and in less than 10 minutes, he had a full quote with some money saving options. I received a loaner car for the time my car was being repaired, Francisco kept me updated, and the car was ready in two days. It had been professionally cleaned inside and out and looked like a brand new vehicle. Francisco, like other WHCC professionals over the years, was an excellent ambassador for the business. He managed my expectations with clarity, professionalism and warmth. Its never great to have to get your car repaired, but if you have to, the pros at West Hill Collision Center relieve the pain for you and your car.

I was having an issue with my drivers side door not shutting. The tech knew the history of this issue in my make and model of the vehicle and did a quick complementary inspection of the door. He said it was a pretty easy fix and got it taken care of in less than 15 min. I was really impressed with the friendly and professional staff and I will definitely come back to this business in the future.

I dropped my car off a couple hours before they closed and they got it done the same day! I had some heavy, surface scratches on the hood of my car and they got rid of it easily and fast, can’t tell that anything was there before. I was really impressed at how fast they got that done and detailed the inside of my car. The interior of my car came back spotless, it felt like a brand new car off the lot. I ended up paying a lot less than I thought I would which was a relief! If you’re looking for an inexpensive detailed service job, this is the place. I saw that they have vacuumed my seats and floor, and scrubbed my dashboard, cupholders, steering wheel, every surface down! From the first phone call to the final pick up, Francisco and his team really cared about giving me the best service possible. I was dealing with a frustrating Geico insurance holders claim, and the shifty adjuster was trying to nickel and dime me out of the repairs/compensation I was entitled to receive. Francisco went out of his way to advocate for me, and also went to extra lengths to ensure that the parts I received were of top quality (rather than sub par as Geico intended). Communication was very good during the entire process. I appreciated being updated regularly with thorough details. My car was returned to me not only repaired, but also much cleaner inside and out than I left it :)! Another important detail that was never forgotten was that I am chemically sensitive. They made sure they used no cleaning products that would be problematic (super kind of them). All paperwork was organized and handled efficiently. I have high expectations (work quality and customer service) for the businesses that I utilize and West Hills actually well exceeded what I would consider satisfactory. I also just remembered that they were willing to drop my car off at my home, since my husband was out of town, until I figured out another ride. Very exceptional service!

I was referred to West Hills by Master Wrench for a leak issue. They not only took a look at it for free, they replaced a drain tube hose and cleaned out 3 others and did not charge me a cent. They handled everything with the insurance company, which was much appreciated and even rejected low-quality parts from a supplier the insurance company suggested in favor of repairing my vehicle with parts directly from the dealership. Part 2 I reviewed this company before but today my car decided, just before I was passing by West Hills Collision, to drop her driver side window down into the door. I was literally 30 seconds away so I pulled in and asked if they would take a look. My car was repaired and I was out the door 15 minutes later. This is of course an exceptional time during the covid virus, and they were able to fit me in when normally they wouldnt be able to. This is a great example of the very best in customer service. Good folks here. They replaced my bumper last year and the cover had popped out this weekend. I thought it had something to do with a previous comment that the insurance company wasn’t paying for new clips. What I didn’t see was the bumper must have scraped a parking barrier on the underside, which must have broke the tabs holding the bumper cover. But Don (the owner) said he wanted to help me out, so instead of replacing the cover, he arranged to put some screws down to hold the cover down and he did it for free. Looks great, saved me hundreds of dollars, plus they washed the car. Like I said—good folks.

I have used this shop several times. Their prices are lower than another shop I got an estimate from, but the reason I am writing is that their customer service is outstanding. My mother found a scrape on the fender of her brand new car. She asked where to take it and I took her to West Hills, they were friendly and the gentleman went out to take the photos and make an estimate. We saw he walk into the shop and get a buffer and something in a bottle. He polished the fender and didnt charge her anything! I have always had great results with them and should have written a review based on that, but this experience made me actually do it. I highly recommend them!

My rear bumper was previously replaced and painted by another shop. The moment I laid my eyes on my bumper, I noticed the Pearl White color was not the same as the rest of the vehicle. That particular shop re-painted it, but it never changed. Unfortunately my car was scraped by a another vehicle, and only needed a pain job. Luckily I took my car to West Hills Collision Center. I was initially so anxious about the pain job being just like the other shop, but boy was I wrong. I seriously approached my vehicle and could not notice a difference between the pain job done by Toyota, and the pain job done by West Hills. I have an extreme eye for minor flaws, and I can truly say that they did an amazing job. I am writing this review months after the job is done to make sure there were no flaws or chips, but its still sturdy. I would highly recommend this place if you want your car painted by amazing individuals.

Came in traumatized after a supposedly professional driver in a semi backed into me and totaled my car.I called the police, and had a witness, took pictures. But when it came to his insurance paying out, this guy magically materialized a witness, who committed insurance fraud; said she was there & that I ran into him!Anyway, West Hills were great. They took the car apart, told me what it would cost to fix, advised me that given its age & mileage it wasn’t worth it, then even though they said they’d have to charge me to reassemble it for me to drive it home (& donate to OPB), they did it for free.Talk about restoring your faith in humanity, just when I needed it! They could have made a lot off of fixing my old car, but said I’d be better off spending my $ on a good newer one.

I unfortunately know this place quite well as I have to frequent here due to unscrupulous drivers hitting me/my wife over the past two years. They did a great job each time getting my car back to mint condition. Recently, however, I was the unscrupulous one and lightly scraped against a structure that left white latex all over my dark colored car. I drove up and Billy simply got out a few tools and (the fixable) cosmetic damage was gone within minutes and I was on my way. No charge. These guys value their customers.

JC is a pros pro. Transparent and a great communicator. My car was repaired and ready to pick-up 3 days ahead of schedule. Would definitely recommend West Hills Collision Center and I will be back for any auto body repair needs of my own.

We chose this shop because it was partnered with our insurance company. They made the process so easy! They had a loaner car for us to use while our car was in the shop. Our car was ready on time and they detailed the inside. It looked brand new inside and out.

I was going to take my full size truck into a local high end shop but they refused to do it saying a total vehicle paint job from being keyed was to much work for them. I told the service manager there my insurance recommended West Hills . He was surprised my insurance would recommend West Hills as they do a lot of high end import cars and he thought they would be to expensive for insurance to paint my truck. He told me he works at an autobody shop and he would take his vehicle to West Hills. Based on this advice, I called and set up a meeting. I couldnt have been happier with the result. My contact, Jeff was truly great, explaining the process and keeping me updated throughout the entire job. The estimate was below what I was told it would be by my local repair shop. When I called about billing or questions, Joie and Tyler were as friendly as a family member. When I got my truck back, it was done even better than I expected. Coworkers and strangers have commented on how awesome the paint job is and I couldnt be happier. It looks like a brand new truck. You wont go wrong taking your vehicle here.

The people at this auto repair company were super friendly, very professional, and ensured that I had the best experience bringing in my car and getting some damage on my car fixed. They called the insurance companies, and in the end I was given a rental car free of charge while my car was being fixed. I would highly recommend visiting this center if there is an damage done to the body of your car, because they are truly a great company.

Day one of owning an electric vehicle I was coming up short on my range to get home. Literally pulled into West Hills on my last mile desperate for a charge. Was able to plug in for free and owner gave me a thorough run down of EVs and said he installed his Blink charger exactly to help people in need such as myself. A pleasure to meet him and will definitely come in for any collision repair needs or simply to chat about EVs as he has a passion for them.

They have did a wonderful job on my car when I was rear ended the repair was over 7000 dollars and not a problem. They scheduled my rental and kept well informed of the progress. I won’t go anywhere else, and now the have an all electric Leaf rental. Great people to work with.
