Failed too live up to agreement. Ended up taking my car to another shop, did an excellent job. Bill.hall is RIP off. Still owes me for a paint job..

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Bill Hall is the most professional and experiencedbody shop Ive ever been too in my 32 years on this earth. He not only fixed my BMW back its prime, but he also did it in record time! I had a front end damage on my car and he got it back to me in 11 days! How he did that I have no clue, especially with the SUPERB QUALITY. Honestly, this shop exceeded all my expectations. Im beyond impressed and satisfied with this shop. My future cars are all going to him. My only regret is not knowing Bill Halls sooner.

I had my 1967 Dodge D100 pickup repaired by Bill Hall Body and Frame. My truck was show quality but I damaged my door and cowling. I was very concerned having it fixed and then heard about Bill and his quality of work. When I picked up my truck I couldn’t believe what a great job they did. It was done on time and at the estimate price.

If you wrecked your vehicle, and need it repaired, this is the place. Excellent service!! Quality work.I damaged my 2016 GMC Sierra, and I was seeking a high quality repair. I consider myself a car guy and Im picky about the work done on my vehicles. The crew at Bill Hall did a good job with the truck, but even better....they provided exceptional service, too.They got the truck repaired promptly, but after I got it home, I discovered a small issue that needed more attention. This was a minor item, and not a reflection of the quality of their work.I returned the truck, and they immediately got it into the shop and found what needed to be done. They were quickly able to determine that there was a part that needed to be replaced, and called around to find it. Turns out, the part was on back order and couldnt be obtained for several days. So, although the truck was drive-able as-is, they volunteered to get me a rental vehicle (at their own expense), and even gave me a ride to pick it up. No whining, no back talk, no excuses, no blaming somebody else....just stepping up and taking care of the issue.Some people may not appreciate this....just expecting everything to be absolutely perfect the first time, but Ive dealt with plenty of auto repair shops in my life, and very few times has everything worked out perfectly the first time. What makes the difference to me isnt about whether or not there was a problem....its about how the business handles the problem. Bill Hall did excellent in that regard, and I would highly recommend them if/when you need to get your vehicle repaired.Thanks!!

Bill was great to work with. Took awesome care of my 2005 frontier in just about week. Completed work when he said it would be.Seriously, no hassle, great communication, great work - restored everything, looks better than it did before the collision.No idea where the 2-star review could have come from. If youre like me and appreciate the no-bullshit experience, take your vehicle to Bill Hall.

Poor communication and customer service. Its really too bad because the craftsmanship of the guys in the shop is great. My experience was not. It could have been avoided with a little old fashioned customer service. Bill should hire an office manager and have them take care of that aspect of the business for him because hes clearly stressed out and angry.

Peace of mind, great business! Bill and his employees treated us like family, loved that it is a small/local owned company. Excellence work, this shop has a great reputation in the car industry...for over 20 years! We had many friends recommend Bills shop to us over the years, we are glad we finally listened!

I would give more stars if possible. We took our 1956 Chevrolet in for paint repairs after it was damaged during transport. We also had some body work done. Everything was finished when promised and to our total satisfaction. Bill and crew were easy to work with and put up with our worries and concerns and fixed our treasure better than new. I would highly recommend them for any kind of paint or body work on your car.I sure dont know where the bad rating came from either. Bill Hall was recommended by one of the top hot rod builders in Portland.

Bill Hall is not a nice man. I took my car to his shop on recommendation from another shop. The car was at his shop for 3 days and I didnot hear a word either way on what was going on with the car. I called on day 3 to get an update. Bill yelled at me, saying he was contacting the insurance company and its not his fault. I never raised my voice or got mad at Bill. I work in the customer service industry, and believe me, Mr. Hall does not have it. He answers his work phone, hello? At a place of business. I identified myself and car and just asked for an update or if he had any info, he yelled back about the insurance company. I said that is fine, Id just like to know what is going on. I was hoping to continue driving my car while waiting for the insurance.(( I was driving it before, just fine.)) He yelled at me, saying this is not his fault. I advised him I never said it was. I would just like to cut down on the cost of my rental - until insurance can cover the work that needs to be done. He yelled FINE. DO WHAT YOU WANT. ILL PUT YOUR BUMPER ON AND CHARGE YOU FOR WHAT WEVE DONE. I advised he hasn’t done anything to the car, but take the bumper off. He yells again, FINE. DO WHAT YOU WANT. and hung up on me. Really? Because that is the way to handle situations. I was referred to him by a trusted and loved shop; who couldn’t do the work. I am extremely disappointed with Bill Hall and would highly highly HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere. My car his being held hostage at his shop at this very moment. Horrible way to treat a new customer, who is already dealing with a lot after a big car incident. Thanks Bill. Love you too. Too bad the lowest score is poor. I would rate him WAY BELOW poor. Worst Experience EVER.
