AFTER GETTING A COMPLETE RUN AROUND INCLUDING A REFUSAL TO GIVE ME A ITEMIZED FINAL BILL AND PARTS INVOICE (IT TOOK A WEEK OF NUMEROUS CALLS/EMAILS TO FINALLY GET IT), THEY ALSO CLAIMED THEY DIDNT HAVE AN INVENTORY LIST OF WHAT GENUINE ORIGINAL PARTS WERE REMOVED FROM MY CAR (SO I NEVER GOT IT). THE SAME DAY I TOOK MY REPAIRED CAR HOME I STARTED HAVING LEAKING WATER INSIDE CAR AND THE HOOD SLAMMED DOWN INSTEAD OF HAVING TO LOCK IT SO I HAD TO BRING IT TO A SHOP FOR AN ASSESSMENT. THE SHOP TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT SPECIALIZE IN BODYWORK SO I WAS REFERRED TO A BODYWORK SHOP. IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT MOLDINGS/PARTS WERE MISALIGNED AND THEY HAD TO INVESTIGATE MISSING PART/S AND FIX KEY COLLISIONS MESS! THE WORST PART IS THAT I JUST WANTED THE CAR FIXED AS I WAS PLANNING TO BUY IT....HOWEVER ISAAC, SAM (FATHER/SON OWNERS) AND THEIR SECRETARY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE, UNRESPONSIVE AND JUST DIDNT SEEM TO CARE. BOY OH BOY - WHAT A SCAM OF A BUSINESS! I cant say enough about my experience with Portland Collision. They were efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout my repair. On top of this- I was so pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and they had cleaned the entire inside, even washed my winter mats. My bumper came back like brand new and I will never go to another repair shop!

I had a good experience here. It took a little more time then anticipated, but they wanted to get it right and the cost came in less then anticipated. The color (Luna Grey, Jaguar xjl) matched perfectly. I would not hesitate to set up an appointment if I had to have work done again. They were courteous and professional.

When I dropped off the car they werent sure if they were going to be able to get it done same-day, but they did. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and nice. My SUV was side swiped. Been over 20 years since I needed any work done on any vehicle. They walked me through the process. No worries at all!I called and made an appointment. They gave me a really nice rental for free, fixed my RAV4 and I picked it up a week later.Terrific job on body of vehicle. Even cleaned the dashboard!Would definitely go to them again.

They fixed my wifes van when someone sideswiped her. We got a loaner while they were doing the repairs and we got our van back in just a few days. Work was done perfectly and Issac and Ashley were a pleasure to deal with.

Unprofessional Response to a Mistake that happened by their Mechanic. They took 2 weeks to fix my Honda Pilot. I had the front end damage of my Car. The Radiator and the transmission line was damage. I had lost a lot of Coolant and Transmission oil in the accident. For all the 2 weeks, I did patiently waited to get my car fixed. Finally after picking up my car, when I experienced some acceleration Issue and got it checked by my Mechanic, found out that they had forgotten to fill up my Transmission Fluid and Coolant. When they were informed about this by my Mechanic, they agreed to pay the bill for the Coolant and Transmission Fluid top up. When i went back to talk about this to Mr.Isaac, he or no other person in the office had any courtesy to apologize for the screwup. Instead, with an arrogant attitude, Mr. Isaac tells Me, “OUR WORK IS 100% GUARANTEED, AS LONG AS YOU OWN THE CAR”.Sir what about my skepticism for 4 days thinking that I have ruined my car in the accident and my car will never be able to perform the same as it was before the Accident. Just by agreeing to pay the bill isn’t enough, you should also have the courtesy to apologize.HOPE TO NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES.

Worst experience ever. Went to these guys for help with my vehicle, was told not to go there but I insist and went anyways. I had my idea stolen by Issack for his own personal gain or maybe he thought he was going to get lucky and get my car. He pretend to act as if he was asking where I could get the bumper for my car thinking that well its a body shop so he was trying to see if I could infact get it for them to work on my car. Nope not the case he was all smiles before I drove off in my rental, a week later my car a total lost for a simple fix i could do myself. The asked me where I could get was gone before I drove off the lot. Been watching the same bumper for over an year what a coincidence huh? Thanks for nothing and#Geicosucks

Unfortunately, I have used Portland Collision twice in the last year. Fortunately, they excel in their service. Very please with their process and communication. Car is ready when they say it will be and with quality workmanship. They handled all the arrangements with rental company and the insurance claim. Very pleased.

Having my SUV repaired at Portland Collision was an absolute nightmare. The repair was a disaster. I called the shop and one of the managers agreed to look at the repair. Once they saw the shoddiness of the repair, they seemed embarrassed and promised to make it right. After another week with the SUV they were unable to produce quality work.I informed my insurance company of the awful repair and Portland Collision’s failure to correct it. They agreed to have Moody’s in Scarborough estimate repairs. Moody’s had to replace parts that were not even damaged in the accident because Portland Collision tried to force parts together improperly. They even had to replace parts Portland Collision replaced. Both taillights had been broken, they reused the old decals, painted over damage on the bumper, and glued broken parts instead of replacing them.Portland Collision should not be in business and I hope my insurance company drops them as a preferred shop. They lack attention to detail and try to get you out of the door by saying their work is guaranteed. Guaranteed or not, there is no excuse for the bad repair work completed by this shop. I would never trust Portland Collision to repair a vehicle.

I had a great experience here. Sam Nappi was very helpful in answering all my questions, provided an accurate estimate of how long the repair would take, and kept me updated along the way. The guys in the shop even made a point to reuse the undamaged glass on my hatch door so I could keep my parking sticker. My car looks better than it did before my accident and everything, including my rental, was covered by Geico. Thanks to the whole staff for their kindness and attention to detail. Getting rear ended isnt such a nightmare after all.

These Folks are good!An individual backed into the front of my truck in a parking lot back in February/March. Front end needed replacing. I found the scheduling of Portland Collision was on par with the competition so I was willing to wait for the work to be done.3 hours later - Hey, I have a cancellation for tomorrow, want your truck fixed this week? YEP. Awesome.Couple months later, I noticed the front headlight lense was forming some condensation due to manufacturer defect of the part. Not a problem - Portland collision had the replacement lense in the next day and repaired.Portland Collision - 5 stars.

Id like to start off by saying the repairs that were done to my car were top quality. Really appreciate the work.However there was a lot of issues on the way. The biggest was the overspray issue on my vehicle and it wasnt handled the best. I had to come back multiple times to get the paint fully corrected.The attitude I received when I picked up my car for the third time. The owner had the nerve to tell me how many extra hours they spent repairing their own mistakes. Very unprofessional. I probably would have still given them 5 stars if I didnt feel completely disrespected when I picked up my vehicle.
