I had a fender bender recently, and the proprietor, Angela, was top notch with customer service, and at dealing with my insurance company. I love that this is a family owned and family run business. Angela was very helpful in explaining the process, pricing, and time frames to me for getting my car fixed. She was honest that I could also get good windshield prices at MS Glass but understood when I said I preferred to get it all taken care at one placr. When I picked it up, I was pleased with the work and it seems like my car is cleaner than when I dropped it off.

I am always very happy with their work. Angela was especially helpful my most recent visit;My car was hit and the driver door wouldnt open and even though the other insurance company told me I had to wait to get a rental until they started working on my car, Angela called, emailed, and did everything she could to make sure they put me in a rental right that same day, so that I could be safe driving. She even called Enterprise and arranged everything for me. She went over and above and my car is as good as new.Thank you Angela and Southwest auto body!

Steer clear of these people! DISHONEST, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL.I initially received an in-person quote from Greg for a straightforward bumper repaint job. Confirmed the quote and appointment with Angela over the phone. When I came to drop off the car the following week, Angela was now telling me that she is actually not going to honor the quote and it will be nearly double the price!! What?! On top of lying to me and wasting my time, Angela was extremely rude in person, using multiple profanities. How are these people still in business?

Great customer service, great auto bodywork and excellent prices.

I have an old car, one that people spend a lot of money on to get to concours condition, however I cant afford that, so I try to repair it close to original spec and parts for this car are very hard to find. So I needed a new muffler, but one that sounded the same and fit just like the old one. The one they put on looks no different than the original and sounds 90% the same, however the 10% difference is a positive one. Nice solid work for a fair price. Ill be having them do other body related things to my car in future.

My car was returned to me in pre-collision condition clean and smelling like a new car in the timeframe that was promised to me. All parts replaced were from the manufacturer, and they even made sure I had a ride to the rental car place! EXCELLENT service.

Real knowledgable, couldnt do the work I was looking for but it had nothing to do with the Autobody work they do, referred me to a place that would, they had some nice exotic cars.

Mediocre work. Boss with an anger problem.Dual exhaust tips not installed symmetrically. Bumper was not aligned with car body. Owner, Greg, told me thats as good as it can be done and refused to do it any better. I had to take the car home and fix it properly myself. Also, Gregs charge to R&R the bumper was 7.5hrs.! It took me 2.5 hrs. to do the same thing and the result looks much better. Complaints to Greg are answered with a tirade of anger and profanities.The paint job didnt match well in color or texture. Parts that should have been masked-off were painted over instead. I was then given an additional $quote to repaint those parts. Gregs comment was, Oh... you want them black?!

They put a brush guard on a buddies truck. Didnt take long and over have the price as everywhere else in the area. Will go there for anything I need on my cars.
