Michael B. and Ryan L. had made the entire process seamless despite their already overloaded workload.I would hope to not have to look for any more body work due to accident collisions in the future but will not think twice about bringing any of my vehicles here for repair should they be needed again. They are clearly the best shop in the area.

I came in after an Amazon van took out my bumper, and my car is my pride and joy so it was devastating! But Lenny assured me I was in good hands, and he was right! In two weeks my car was back to it’s shining self! They only order the best quality of parts that are always brand new, and took careful consideration of account concerning what needed to be done. My repair also came with a warranty which is one more perk that makes sleeping a little easier. I’ll never go anywhere else for repairs. Thanks Autowerks!
Just recent had my wife’s 2018 GLC300 Coupe repaired by Autowerks Northwest after being rear-ended. I was advised by friends to take my wife’s vehicle to Autowerks Northwest since they are Mercedes-Benz certified collision shop. From parts to paint everything was done OEM and strictly Mercedes-Benz standards. Results were magnificent and I couldn’t be more pleased with Autowerks Northwest.

Tai was very communicative and helpful the entire process and they ended up finishing my car early which was awesome. One of the people at the front desk was pretty rude and acted like I was bothering her when I called but other than that I was really happy with the work done on my car.

Upon completion, the vehicle (MB) truly looked like it rolled off the showroom floor.I first used the the services of autowerks to have repairs done 35 years ago and subsequently 4 years later on a different vehicle. The best in town for Auto repair. Having a car accident is never fun, but I know that dropping off my car with Autowerks its in good hands and that Im going to get follow up photo calls to know whats going on without being left in the dark. Ive taken 4 of my Mercedes to them over the years and they have all come out looking new and Ive had no issues afterwards.
First time I got my vehicle back it wasnt fixed all the way and it broke down on the way home. Once it was towed back to get fixed I was told i would have to pay for the mistake. I had to fight for them to make it right. Damage to my mirror happened while they had my vehicle and they never fixed it. Couple hundred extra miles was put on my vehicle while they had it and it still pulls hard to the right. I would never use this company again.

Would give it 5 stars but the receptionist with the braids working 10/2 at 4pm had a terrible attitude for no apparent reason.

This was the best shop ever! Some other auto repair shop that advertises because they have to on a different car where I was rear ended, .(name begins with L), took 17 days longer that default insurance company said should have, wouldnt give me the car til insurance paid them, so I had to pay out of my pocket for the extra rental days. Plus, I had to have their fixes, fixes! Autowerks NW did such an amazing job, fought for me using genuine Mercedes parts, and delivered when promised, absolutely clean, they were so amazing, organized, that I even gave Lennie, my service rep a hug! I cant recommend them enough!

I have the greatest respect for Autowerks. We have been taking both our BMW and Mercedes there for service since 2003. The repairs or other services are done right the first time and do not require return visits. The people there are friendly, professional and competent.
My Mercedes got rear ended and this is the place where my dealership recommended as certified. 1 week estimation turned into more than 3 weeks delivery due to part was not available. The rep who took my case was condescending most of the time and unprofessional. I reported him but he did not change much! I complained again and Autowerks offered to give me free detailing whenever I want it, I did not accept it. The rental was really mini size same size as MINI but not MINI, and ready to fall apart feelings. Of course it is very different from my new E Class but it could have been better. The repair was good and thats why I give 3 stars

Repair that looked cosmetic, cost thousands of dollars. When I picked up the car, parts were visibly out of whack and not fixed right. Any lay person could see the damage. First the sales guy tried to explain it away. Only after I insisted to talk to someone else did a senior person admit the problems. I had to come back a second time a few days later. No price reduction was offered. And I was too upset to ask for one. I will not return.Dec. 2011: The part that was not fixed earlier now fell off from the car during routine usage. Oh, and I forgot to mention that the shop had first estimated ~$3,000 for the repair. Then called back to increase the estimate to ~$5,000. And now tells me that they may have to charge me again for the repair of the fallen off part -- since it somehow was neither included in the $3K or $5K estimate. It was just an estimate. :-(
Perfect bodywork. This is where the dealerships send their customers cars for repair. For insurance repairs, they really advocate for the customer and I have taken four of my Mercedes there for work.
When I called Mercedes of Ptd and they gave me the Autowerks name as the only ptd place they recommend me receiving body-work done on my car, I knew I was in good hands. From the moment I walked into the their office, I was treated professionally and promptly. One thing stood out to me: When my Autowerks representative conducted a virtual assist with the Allstate claims adjuster while I was standing with him at my car, he was knowledgeable and looked out for my best interest. In fact, he told the insurance claims adjuster what he expected and that he (autowerks) would not accept sub-par replacements parts and he named two companies in the area that they would not accept parts from due to past issues. I felt that I was in good hands (no pun intended) with Autowerks and I was happy to have driven from Vancouver, Washington to Lake Oswego for car repairs. They arranged for the rental car to be waiting for me as well, no more than 5 minutes to get on my way...My car looks and drives excellent and I cant recommend Autowerks enough. They made an already frustrating situation of being rear-ended, much easier. Hopefully I will never have to use them again but if I do, I wouldnt hesitate.

Tesla sent my brand new model X in for some small things. They returned the car with paint overspray on the rubber seals, paint on the tail light, paint on the passenger seat, bent the giant chrome tesla logo strip on the back since they didnt put the tail light back in correctly. Maybe they had an off week or maybe they always suck? But I did get to nickname them The Helen Keller Bodyshop
My car looks like new. They cleaned it inside and out in addition to doing the repairs. They kept me updated via email and phone.

With copies of repair estimate with photos you provided from 2014 accident and advice to pursue Allstate for diminished value, we were able to convince Carfax that report was false and they removed that information. We will also be receiving a check for diminished value from Allstate. But most important our Mercedes CLK 350 was repaired to perfection and four years later you are still taking the time to provide excellent customer service. They pollute the air with toxic thinner fumes regularly. You should take your car there to help ruin the environment, due to their lack of care for all that is. Nice people bad values.

Lets just start with the facts. They said my vehicle would be repaired by the 16th, it was not ready until the 22nd, the estimate came in $1700 over and the mirror they replaced was the wrong one. The work looks fine and we got the correct mirror a week or so later.What is the most frustrating is the attitude of the shop. I was updated constantly via text that my repair was on time and due by the 16th. When I called on the 16th, this mind you is at about 3 pm, to check that my car was ready I was told it was not ready but would be ready the next day. The next day comes and I call again to ask if its ready and again I am told it will be the next day. This goes on past the weekend. Not once did the shop call me to tell me the car would either be ready of not. When I finally had enough after 5 days and started complaining the sales person acted like I was being a unreasonable. Just a side note I had a hard time getting to talk to the sales person too, he was busy two out of the three times I called and never called me.I was told it is frequent that the car is not ready at the estimated time. I was also told that the estimates are also frequently over what is quoted and why do I care if the insurance company has no problem with it. Apparently the insurance company rep and this company were very buddy buddy because the insurance company saw fit to share an email I sent them asking what I could do and that they should not be recommending this shop.If you want you car to take longer in the shop, come in at a higher price and have a customer service rep imply your being unreasonable for complaining then this is the place for you. I gave them two stars because the actual work looks fine but the frustration might not be worth it.
Bad experience. After repairs were completed, I had to take my vehicle back three times so they could fix rain leaks in the trunk area. They did cover the cost of a rental car though. The fixes consisted of putty and foam tape. I would not recommend this body shop.
