Went to test drive a vehicle today. Vehicle was ready and waiting. When that vehicle ended up being more than I wanted to spend the owner really took the time to help us find something that fit our budget but still met all of my requirements and runs very nice. Drove it back to the coast and it did great. I feel he really cared about us as consumers and even though our credit wasnt the best he really helped us come up with a plan to get the new vehicle I want in the not so distant future. Left the lot with a 2004 Toyota Highlander. Great condition for the age and mileage. Would refer anyone to him.

I can not have imagined a better way to purchase a car! From the very beginning of the process, (mine started with a text at 10pm, the night before, to ask if the jeep, I was interested in, was still available).I showed up to test drive the next morning, had a very nice conversation about the process with Gary, and within 10 minutes, I was handed the keys for the test drive (that I made on my own at my whim, without pressure). I returned to find a Carfax report on the jeep I just drove. After a short negotiation on price and paperwork for the sale, I left in my new jeep in less than 2 hours (including my trip to my bank to get funds)!Gary has a client for life and I have a friend in the car business!!

This place is a joke, I was corresponding with a salesman over facebook market, They took my offer. So I drove the 2 hours then when I got there they pretended that never happened.. The worst part of these shady sell tactics was the car was good in pictures but very miss represented.

First car buying experience! Got in contact with Gary and had a good conversation about what kind of car I was expecting and he let me know what to expect from the first time buying experience. We found a car that I liked but unfortunately I had no way to get out to Milwaukee from Vancouver. They had someone come pick me up and drive me 30 minutes to look at the car. I looked at the car and took it for a test drive. Overall nice car that Im confident in driving and comfortable in. Masood and Gary took care of me and walked me through the buying process ensuring that I got something that I was comfortable with. Great customer service and good lot of cars to shop from.

Found the perfect vehicle online and contacted Gary to let him know a day and time I would be there to look at it. I also asked that if it’s sold to contact me as I had to drive a total of 4 hours round trip. Received no further communication. Arrived at the dealership and another gentleman was there, Gary was not. Was told the vehicle was already sold. Received no contact from Gary regarding this and invested time and money for a wasted trip that only led to frustration. Hey, at least voodoo donuts was nearby.

After some internet searches for a specific car we ended up finding the car at this location. The process was so easy. We met with Gary and he let us test drive the car. We asked him to give us time to think about it, and he did. No cheesy smarmy gimmicky sales pitch. Just a nice laid back gentleman who helped us. We called him a day or two later. We financed the car through him with a phone call, came in later that day, signed the papers and a half hour later we had our new car! Would definitely recommend and send any friend here.
