If you value your time these days, you should call Russ at Auto Mentors.I wanted a pretty specific new car. Not a Ferrari or anything, a Mazda hatchback with exact options and a color in mind. There were zero of them. Nationwide. So I called Russ, based off online reviews only, described my wants, and now I have my car. It took about 2 weeks, and the whole deal was still less than MSRP. This deal also included a trade.I can only say there were no surprises or drama, and Russ saved me hours of time. He even worked with my credit union, and delivered my brand-new car to my condo. The most impressive thing to me: he was on-time at my condo, to the minute. This is my first experience using a broker, and I was dumb not to use one in the past. At least, dumb not to use Auto Mentors.
We have used Auto Mentors to purchase two vehicles and will continue to send them our business in the future! They make the car buying process enjoyable and you never have to step foot on a dealership lot. They work directly with your bank so there is no back and forth on the finance side and they will even do the DMV/DEQ dance for you! Russ and the team are the best!
Id give Auto Mentors six, seven, or even eight stars if I could! Their slogan is We make auto buying easy, and they surely make that a reality! Russ provided over the top service in locating the car we wanted, handling the trade-in, and making the whole experience easy and painless. I highly recommend them!
While this business plan is a great idea, they are executing poorly. They will encourage you to buy an overvalued car. Dale lacks professionalism and is not prompt in responding to your inquiries. Both my husband and I gave them a chance with our cars and we were disappointed twice. I recommend doing your own research, you are better off on your own.
Auto mentors is fabulous. You tell them what you want and then you get it. Ive worked with them twice now and both times I was highly satisfied. Each time I got more car and more extras than I expected, for less money than I expected. If you want to know the way to really get the exact car you want without any hassles, this is the way to do it.
Simply the best. Incredibly honest, hard-working team of folks dedicated to assisting credit union members like me skip the hassle and time-suck of working with dealerships. My personal auto shopper, Mark, helped us track down a hard-to-find vehicle (Honda Element, dont make them any more!) that fit our criteria (age, mileage, condition, price). Truly went above and beyond, as it was a 3-month process to locate a vehicle. Worked directly with the team at my CU to coordinate signing of all docs, even took my old, tired car off my hands at the same time. The highest recommendation to this great organization.
I purchased a vehicle through them a while back and it was the smoothest experience EVER! I called up Sean, told him my budget and what I was looking for, and he called me back the same day to let me know it would be dropped of at my office in a couple days. The finance aspect was a breeze as well! I have sent numerous people to Auto Mentors over the years and only heard great things. I am now nearing the end of my lease and have picked up conversation with Sean to make the transition to a new vehicle as seamless as the first transaction. If you are considering a broker vs the dealership, trust there is no comparison! Purchasing a vehicle should be a pleasurable experience and every interaction with Auto Mentors has been exactly that.
I first heard about auto mentors through a family friend, and at first I was a little skeptical. I read some of the other reviews and because I trust my family members opinion, I decided to give them a shot.I was going to use them to find a vehicle that met specific criteria. It makes things more convenient if I dont have to be consistently searching and they can negotiate a deal, since this is their forte. Ryan was incredibly helpful and informative. This is where things took a unique turn, but definitely in a even more positive direction. While Ryan was searching, my own mother found an amazing deal, that met all my needs. I actually ended up purchasing this vehicle, and what I expected was, that we would cut ties there. The exact opposite happened!Throughout the whole car buying process Ryan was answering every question I could think of in a very constructive and consultative way. He was more transparent and helpful than the dealership employees. What was even more evident, was that by this point he knew he wasnt going to make a dime, yet he still took time out of his work day to make sure that I was being taken care of properly. In my book, those were character qualities seldom encountered in a sales environment.I just wanted to say thanks to Ryan and the rest of the auto mentors team! You really did blow me away with your service, even when you knew I was no longer a potential current revenue generator. I would happily put my neck on the line and recommend these people to anyone. Ill definitely be referencing them first for all my future car needs.I hope (you) researcher could make it through this novel, because I certainly believe its worth your time.
Great guys from the top to the bottom. I have worked with them multiple times over the years and find them helpful and honest. I recommend them.
Great sales team! Russ and his bride are rock stars!! Fantastic place to buy a nice vehicle!
Location for Ft Kennedy. Place for Veterans and their families to get help, clothing, hot meals, hot showers and laundry services.
I spent months working on buying a used car with no success and was feeling really stressed by the hassle of having to deal with used car salemen or the hit-or-miss of trying to find something on Craigslist.Dale Gordon came recommended by a friend and in speaking with him on the phone, I was impressed with his sincerely and clear communication. He took the time to really understand what I needed and why and was able to match me up with a great car that worked for me in about a week.Dale is a font of information and helped me with trustworthy advice not just on car selections but on aspects of my business as well which was really valuable.I so appreciate this service! It was a great relief to have help and guidance through the car buying process and I will definitely recommend Dale and Auto Mentors to folks looking to take the stress out of car buying.I wish Id used their services months ago! Thanks for your time and attentive service.
Great atmosphere awesome people love the team at auto mentors
Auto Mentors? More like Auto MENTALS. The company of people behind this business is, to quote my brother, scum. Do not waste your time here... you get none of the protections you get from buying from a real, established auto dealership. These guys are bottom feeders, which explains the scummy nature of their operation. You see, I forwarded my brother all the information around a purchase I made recently from this company which is now located on Johnson Creek Blvd.I asked my brother if he thought they ripped me off. He said: Yes. They are scum. Here is what happened: I bought a four year old vehicle... a plain as dirt, nothing special base-model 2012 (does not even have power locks!), and I paid more for the vehicle FOUR YEARS LATER and with 16.5K miles on it than the original owners did FOUR YEARS AGO. The difference being: four years ago, the original owners of the brand new vehicle got a big fat manufacturers warranty, a huge discount, probably 0 percent APR and all kind of other perks. Why? Because I am an idiot. KBB can be manipulated to make used vehicles appear to be worth more than they actually are. Vehicles do NOT go up in value the older they get and the more miles they have. They go down.Of course, I did attempt to negotiate, based on this false KBB value I was presented. However, my attempts to negotiate a reasonable price (both before and after) were met with mockery... the sleazy salesman getting on the phone with his manager and pretending to be unable to make a reasonable deal.Of course, Auto MENTALS rejoiced in scamming me because I am a woman... and anybody that would scam your sister is not somebody you want to give your business to, right? To be VERY CLEAR: Yes. I tried to resolve this with the company directly, and they basically told me wed signed a contract and for me to go to hell. The day I went to pick up the vehicle (no... no delivery was offered to me), I discovered it was still dirty and dusty as the day I bought it.I greatly regret giving this company a dime of my business and I strongly exhort you to not, either. Your karma is officially destroyed, Auto MENTALS: May you lose hundreds of thousands of dollars of business before you go under.
