Walked in k owing exactly what I was looking for and instead had a man who clearly wasnt actually a sales man try and push a car on me with mold in the back seat, that he had claimed to drive the day before but needed to be jumped and left to run so it wouldnt die. Then after pointing out to him that the exact same car in MUCH better condition with almost 200000 miles less 4 blocks up the road was not only priced for less but that I own the exact car I was looking at and know the value he tried to tell me that I was really only paying the 1500 down payment for the car because the rest .....I dont know what his thought was. The vehicle was priced at 6000, plus interest and hes going to sell me a worn out moldy car without negotiating based on the fact that all I have to pay is the 1500. Im sorry but I am a salesman and this guy made me sell myself on a different lot.

So I bought a 2013 Prius from here about a year ago. Was advertised on Facebook Marketplace as a Prius FIVE. Was actually a Prius TWO! Was also advertised as having heated seats, a backup camera, all the works. It had NONE of that. And on top of that, the AC didn’t work! Also didn’t even inform me that it was a reconstructed title until I had signed papers and that there was no warranty! Completely false advertising and charged way too much for what it’s worth! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

The guys here are so friendly. I was pleased with the service. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place in the future.

I got my first car here 5 yrs ago

So first off these guys are shysters! Lie about their cars and lie about payments you’ve made. They came to my address for someone else, very angry and rude towards me. Called me a liar when I said they were not home. Cursed at me and my mother for no reason when we asked who he was. Took pictures of him and his truck so i had them for my records since he was very mean and disrespectful. Cursed and yelled at me for taking a picture! Said we made thing a whole lot worse for this person they were looking for. Then towed their car the next day for being one day late on payment. Any legit dealership you go through gives you a week grace period on payment! Wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone! Liars, thieves, and psycho dude who scream at you for no reason!

They were great. Very helpful and I wasnt kept waiting. I will stay with them and refir everyone that I know to that car dealership.

SO many 1 star reviews, Definitely victims with public school educationor with no HS diploma at all.I like Vital Auto, they helped me when I needed a reliable car with $1000 down. my 2006 tacoma almost paid off.if you are not smart shopper do not go to any used car dealership. None of salesmen i know is honest, thats their job to sell a car, but if you have bad credit like i do, Vital is the one of the best place to buy a car. in general Im satisfied with my purchase.It is simple, use common sense when you buy a car. If you are buying a domestic car with 180k miles or more you should expect that it will break down soon.

If there was a way to give negative stars i would, so here is our story with vital auto, we bought a car from them it was a little high priced but a decent car, that sell went great. then i wanted to get a truck so i saw there vehicles and was talking to the owner on offer up where he had a f250 on there for 8995, we agreed that with 5000 down he would finance the rest. well then that truck got STOLEN off their lot. After they recovered it they now want 10995 for it and not going to fix the damage and he wont Hold his word. I even offered to go to 10,000 and he still said no. this lot cant be trusted with anything. the only thing this lot has going for it is geo. Geo is a good guy that has a liar for a boss. Im sorry for him i hope he goes to a new lot soon. Good luck geo. Please share my story with others.

I bought a Cadillac CTS first from them after many problems and the tranny going out they switched me out for another rig. I ended up in a 2001 Nissan pathfinder they sold it to me there for 6500 after my 1960$ down payment. I was just online looking for a new set of seat for this Nissan saw the ad they had set up for the same pathfinder selling it for 2999$. I am getting screwed over. They are selling g me the rig after having g problems with the CTS for almost double there INTERNET price. I am getting screwed by them. I will be fighting this one. Worst dealership experience ever.

They dont notify DMV that they have vehicles in their possession and then get parking tickets in someone elses name. Weve been dealing with this since February, and now just found out theres a new parking ticket from the same area as the others. We havent had the car since May and the ticket is from June. They never even had us sign anything that we gave the car back. DMV also told me that its still showing as us as the owners. And they did that to the lady who was going to purchase the vehicle before us...now she has tickets in her name that probably werent even her.Sounds like someone needs to get better employees. Shady business going on!!!!

No communication.. try to talk you into something you dont want. Dont tell you a car has a rebuilt title until after you sign the paperwork. Threaten to take car after you communicate when you get paid and they claim they have no recollection of communication..

They are bad.. they sold a car to me with engine check on, bad tire, a/c was broken, water pump was badly beat up.. they ask for 7,999 2002 Nissan Altima..so ppl dont go there

Worst place ever do not take your money here several repairs needed done ac not working I just got it in March my car hasn’t been in my possession for days at a time because of repairs needed Chris the so called salesperson will take your money then leave you High and Lotskf issues put 2500 down and so far I’ve been coming out of pocket for repairs every since I’m considering taking these people to court
