Ordered a radiator and somehow it didnt get shipped on time so they actually sent the driver to Woodburn from Eugene with the radiator good service

I Manage multiple automotive shops. I pulled parts from these guys for awhile. Untell one day I called to order a radiator for my personal car. They charged my debit card 3 times then told me they couldnt except my debit card and I most pay cash (zip code issue). So I paid 4 X 150$ for one radiator. Then when I get the radiator, they sent me the wrong one. If I called to ask about my refund it was like I was troubling them, which took a week. I was left with a broken steaming radiator and 4 x charges for few days tell I was able to resolve it. Thanks for the Candy tho.
