Waited a month for the parts. Then the guy scammed me rigging the price up and saying he gave me a discount after I had a final bill. To top it off the only gave me half of the parts of the order. Horrible costumer service. Reaching out to Corporate as well as the store to get what I’m missing!

I was on a road trip and happened to encounter a couple issues with my truck. Zach, the store manager helped me resolve my issues and got me back on the road safely. The building inside and out was very clean and organized. Very professional staff with great attitudes. The manager Austin made up for the lack of communication from another employee. He stayed a couple hours late to make sure my truck was finished. If it wasnt for Austin I probably wouldve given a lower review. Also, the guy that did my lift did an awesome job. Ill come back and will recommend still.

I knew what I wanted, but needed some guidance, and Mike at 4wheel parts went above and beyond for product information, assistance and timely communication for parts orders and install. First major purchase from 4WP was a Rockjock Dana 60 for my Jeep. Everything with the rear end was in order with exception of it leaking from where the axel tubes marry in the diff. I paid for the warranty they offer and had to fight them to fix the leak, ultimately they ended up fixing it.Second major purchase was a long arm lift kit for the same vehicle. Parts didnt come in when they said they would. Had to go to another shop for the other parts but 4WP worked with me and refunded me with no questions asked.Zack was helpful.

I had an issue with the store a part was due to be shipped to my house, the package was shipped to a UPS store as I would be picking it up, called 4 wheel parts they agreed to fix the mistake but it worse the address not even close to where its supposed to go not happy with the service I received as well as I payed for shipping

This store has the best customer support! I ordered some replacement parts that were not high value that the overseas supplier took 8 months to deliver to the store. They routinely called and emailed me to keep me updated as it moved. Mike agreed to custom box the long delicate parts and ship to an address in Southern California! They won a lifetime customer! Came in with a problem and left with a solution. Installed a Habitat Canopy on a 2017 Tacoma and the existing suspension was far too soft for it. Austin found what it needed, guys in the shop took care of business, and the Taco is sitting upright and ready for our next adventure. Ride is far more responsive, straight, 3” higher than when sagging, and most importantly ready to handle what we throw at it on a daily basis. Thanks to everyone that had their hand in this.

Took my really off aligned Truck in for an alignment after changing the upper control arms (i didnt do a very good job at it) but they fixed it and made it all better for me. Very kind staff and trustworthy folks.

I love this place! I had new BFGs, levelingkit and bilstein shocks put on yesterday(2000 Tundra). They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have also have had them put on a banks power exhaust and Mickey Thompson rims in the past. I will go nowhere else for my off-road needs. It also doesnt hurt to bring them pizza! Mike was amazing, I gave him a VIN to the truck I drove he gave me a parts list and a bunch of helpful advice about what this meant, or what that meant. Coming from sports cars to trucks had some sure differences. Mike was patient with all my questions, never rushed me, even called me back after doing some research a couple times and reached out for some customer reviews on some products. So I went ahead and did my order with a ProComp Stage 2 kit with the coil-overs.Moe- Install tech! First off, got to watch Moe avoid a crazy accident that probably would have taken weeks to repair. Also wont feel like youre gonna die because of that bump during a turn.Truck rides so good I almost wish I had a cousin named Cleetus. 15/10 would recommend this company/location and these products to anyone without hesitation. This team was great. We had a large package of parts that we ordered for my wife’s Jeep. I gave them the Jeep with my only request that I get it back by a Thursday. This was only 5 days. That stayed as late as it took that Thursday, close to 8:30pm. It was a surprise for my wife and they helped make it happen. They all had great attitudes and were laughing all night. Would recommend to anyone around.

Like the style of most their wheels they got some cool options and other stuff but prices are a little high wish they carried more accessories for the smitty bilt air pump

Disappointing experience. Wheels and tires were supposed to take 3-5 business days, they took nearly 3 weeks with no update. When I went to pick up the wheels and tires, they were not mounted/balanced as I paid for. The store made a mistake, but made no effort to fix it.

This was my first experience with 4 wheel parts. I needed off road wheels/tires with a specific offset to accommodate my suspension. Austin went above and beyond to assist me, provide me options, and explain each option thoroughly. When I asked for his opinion, he was forthcoming and honest. They have the product, they have the knowledge, and the customer service was above and beyond. I will definitely throw my business to 4 wheel parts Portland again.I read a few reviews about lack of customer service. In my observation, they’re busy because they’re good. When you’re good, and stay busy, you may have to wait a tad longer... but when it’s tour turn, they’ll treat you like family.During the install, Mike was accommodating and assisted me in a big way. Just want to start by saying the people that work here are not jerks, but the way the business operates is obnoxious at best. It’s a corporation, expect it to act like one. They refused to work with us and made returning anything difficult. Consider what you buy here to be final sale.editing to add: we did speak with the store manager. I wrote this review afterward.

Awesome place! Im stoked I found this place. Building a Ranger and I worked with Mike the Assistant Manager and he knows his stuff. From lifts, to led lights and even helped me get the right clutch for what Ill be using the truck for. They also have a state of the art installation facility. With so many stores around i thought these guys would be atleast helpful. Because of my job I dont have time even for the simple things. So a tonneau cover should be fairly easy. I have a chevy colorado with the sports bar. And only a few covers will work. And these guys didnt even look up how to install it. Cause if they had they would have known that the cover was missing a couple of key components. Needless to say I now have to do the leg work to get the missing pieces and then find time to get this installed. I will not recommend them. And wont go back to them at all.

Great customer service they ordered me some tires and a 3rd member and kept me up to date and even went out of there way to let me know when the items where expected and when they came in the 3rd member was a little late because of trail gear and they informed me. I talked to Austin to order my tires and Zach to order 3rd member they both are excellent with customer service. Will return and recommend!!

Had a very good experience with the purchase of my new Toyo AT3’s. Ordered the tires online and got a great price. When I went to pick up the tires I was really hoping to get them installed that day. They we’re booked up a couple weeks in advance but I explained my situation to the manager and he assisted with the mounting and balance personally. Hour and a half later I was driving away with new tires. Highly recommend them due to the great customer service.

Customer service not good. After looking around for 40 minutes no one seemed to even notice I was there so I finally went to the counter. Employee was not unfriendly but also not super helpful. He made a weak attempt to answer one of my questions and did not seem interested in follow up questions. I ended up just leaving with my questions unanswered, when I realized that was the best I was going to get. I was prepared to spend a fair amount of money but I will take my money and patronage to another location.

They have taken great care of our big lifted Dodge. They are very friendly & professional.

About a month and half ago I called in for a price match because their website says they match any price guaranteed. Employee picks up and is hesitant to price match saying MSRP is over $100 than the price match requested. Says he needs to ask his Manager. Calls back and confirms price match can be done considering the current sale price is only $12 more than the price match requested. I pay in full and they say order will be there in 3 business days. Im usually a very easy going guy but 3 weeks go by and no contact so I call and was told someone made a booboo (literally what he said). No apology, just let me call you back. No call back received. 5 more days go by and I follow up and pretty much same response. After another 3 days I try calling the store and noone picks up after 10 attempts in a 2-hour period. I ended up talking to Customee Service and they sent an email to corporate to have someone look into this and finally someone calls me back from the store and is actually apologetic and nice. A week later my part is confirmed as in store. When I got to the store, some of the associates werent so friendly and even bickered in front of a long line of customers. To each their own but with my experience they really rubbed me the wrong way. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

So, a year ago I had an individual (he no longer works there) order me two Old Man Emu steering stabilizers for my Toyota HJ47 and FJ45’s. I am restoring both, and did not even think about unpacking the stabilizers and making sure that he ordered me the correct ones. By the time I got around to it, I discovered they were both wrong. This was probably eight months after I received them. Basically, the height of COVID-19, so every place was closed. I was super bummed and it was way past the 90 day return policy. I live in Eugene so I could not just run by the store when they opened back up to do an exchange. The next time I was up in Portland I decided, what the heck, I might as well take them in and at least ask.This is when I met Mike F. the assistant manager. Man was I lucky! He took pity on me and it was like doing a return at Costco, no hassle! He was super friendly and helpful! He immediately ordered me two of the correct ones and took back the two incorrect ones. Mike, thank you so much!

Bought wheels here, had my current tires mounted/balanced on the new wheels by 4wp. Went on a road trip the next day, had insanely bad steering wheel shake at 70-80mph (no issues on factory wheels) called and spoke to someone, explained the issue and he told me “yup sounds like a balancing issue” then said “bring it in we’ll get it taken care of”. Get there, a different guy says “what makes you think it’s the tires we put on?” Welllllll it didn’t do it before the new tires, the tires and wheels are the only thing that’s changed...so I would assume they need rebalancing. Then explains to me “well what you’re explaining could be a list of problems and issues, we have to diagnose it”. Literally have receipts from Toyota for ball joints, inner/outter tie rods, steering rack, suspension, axels- everything up front all replaced within the last 9 months. Didn’t feel the need to be forced to be stuck at 4wp for almost 2 hours for them to “diagnose” my tire shake problem. Apparently to incompetent to balance tires. Went to Discount Tire, and whadddaaaaa you know....tires severely off balance! Only took them 20 minutes..

Pretty bummed out. I ordered a set of wheels and tires online. I get a call from Zach explaining that the tires are on back order and to call back after the weekend he has to contact the manufacturer as none of his stores have any in stock. I call on Tuesday, I get the same story and the manufacturer is out for 3 months. So im left with 3 options, he says I can wait the 2-3 months for the tires and have the wheels by the end of the week. My second option is to pay an additional $150 for another tire deal. So I chose the 3rd option cancelled my order to spend the money at my local tire shop. Good luck FWP I have been a customer for over 20 years, I will not be back. Your customer service is a shadow of its former self.

I frequently purchase hard to find offroad goodies from 4WP. Stuff I am unable to locate, Mike at front desk assists and delivers every time. The guy has a weird beard but kills it at customer service and is a wealth of knowledge, I always recommend him to family and friends.

Outstanding experience. After getting a quote for tires elsewhere I ran to 4 Wheel Parts to have them physically look at my tires before making the decision to get them replaced. They confirmed I needed tires and I was given a quote for the BF Goodrich K02 tires I wanted for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. I was given an estimate and they had to order the tires for which we setup an appointment for yesterday. The switch out was painless. I was able to work remote while there and didn’t miss any work time. Rick and his crew did a great job from customer service to the install. I’m very impressed by the service I received. I feel I was 100% heard as a customer and valued. I truly feel they appreciated my business and I was treated courteous and respectfully. I highly recommend 4 Wheel Parts! I’ll keep bringing my Jeep back for anything else I’ll need. My Jeep is almost like a new Jeep having the new tires on!!

I bent my front steering up pretty bad so I went in to buy their thicker front steering kit and a 9k winch. I get everything installed on my jeep and go to put the shock on before I realize the mount and hardware isn’t in the box so I call down (Thursday) they told me they will ship it out the following Tuesday (even asked me to leave a good review on here after the call). It is has been 9 days since it was supposed to be sent out so I call down and they say they need to talk to the manager real quick and hang up the phone. I tried calling back and they said “we are too busy”. I will never buy from them again and will make sure anyone I know never does. I will be in the store tomorrow to return everything I bought.

I ordered smittybilt air compressor and ended up repounded my money, first I ask them if they have smittybilt air compressor and told me it out of stock but they do have in Idaho store he ask if I want it he can ordered and I can get it on Friday I said yes i want it and I payed in full then Friday I called them if my item is ready and he said yes so I drove from forest Grove to Portland and when I get there he told me that he dont have the items and he ask me if he can ship the compressor to my place and said okey he told me by Monday I can receive the product wait until Thursday and the order is not delivered, so disappointed with all the lies I will never ever buy anything from 4wp Portland and I well tell all my friends not to do business with this place.

Pretty disappointed with the service here! Went in last Friday to order custom fit floor mats for my 2009 4Runner - the sales rep was looking at his Apple watch the entire time he was helping us, we needed the mats to arrive on Monday in order to make it for the week long trip we were taking. He assured us if we ship them to the store they would arrive on Monday. He didnt ship them to the store. Alas, it is Wednesday we have left for our trip (with no floor mats) and the mats still havent arrived at our house. Real bummer since we are new to the 4Wheel game and heard great things about these stores. I guess Amazon is the go to for a reason!

Our family has worked with Austin on multiple occasions. He is by far the best salesman (he’s also the manager) I’ve ever worked with. I would recommend his location over any other one in the northwest area. We recently bought a new set of running boards and he was overwhelmingly helpful in finding the perfect pair in our price range. If you need something from four wheel parts, the Portland location is the place to go. We will continue to be returning customers.

Went in here a couple months ago to look at an awning that their website said was in stock. No other customers were in the store and 3-4 employees were behind the counter. No one said anything to me when I walked in or while I wandered around to see if I could find it myself. Walked up to the counter and waited to be acknowledged but they were all to busy chatting. Left empty handed (they barely had anything in their showroom) and wont be going back. Amazon it is!

OUTSTANDING customer service. My truck broke down and I was stuck out of town for an extra 3 days. There was some confusion on what parts I needed at the repair shop that my truck had been towed to. Despite it resulting in no sale for them, Chris Beavers went out of his way to help. He drove over the the repair shop in his personal vehicle, at a personal sacrifice to his time (was supposed to be going home to his family), to personally take a look at my truck to see what needed to be done. Because of him, I was able to be on the road within 2 hours and get back home to my family that day! Even found a problem with the original install of the lift that got corrected. Truck is better than ever! AMAZING service above and beyond! Shout out to the store manager Tom and salesman Ethan for working on tracking down possible parts needed as a backup; and allowing Chris to run over. Huge group effort to get me out of a jam. 4 Wheel Parts will definitely be getting repeat business from me and Ill recommend them to everyone.

I decided to take my GMC Sierra to this location to get all my mods done. Austin did an excellent job helping me find all the parts and accessories that I was looking for. His product knowledge is on point and customer service was top notch. Im very happy with how my Sierra turned out and Ill be taking my truck there for all my future mods.

Honestly my favorite place to go when I need stuff for my Jeep. Mike was super helpful, gave me a handful of stickers. Hes easy to talk to, easily understands what your looking for. Great service and quality parts. One of the employees (Adam) even came outside and laid on the ground under my jeep to help me diagnose an issue my jeep was having. Got some great advice and he came up with a solution that was very cost effective which can be rare to get from a retailer.

Came in to get lift kit said they’d give me a call once parts arrived. Ended up having to call them a month and half later and they told me parts been in since 3 weeks ago. Set up my appointment and turns out they were gonna charge me more in labor even thou we already agreed upon 1,080$ for labor. Careful with employees trying take extra money from you. Ended up getting money back and leaving felt like they were just trying get as much money from me at the point.

After leaving my hometown, I was hard pressed to find a good shop that I trusted. At first, I was skeptical and not excited to hear about the work needed to maintain my vehicle. Austin not only took the time to explain in detail everything that he felt was necessary, he also took the time to get down on his hands and knees and show me the parts that were needing repairs. Austin is a steward of his business and knows his stuff. That is a seemingly more rare trait in this profession. Although I have read mixed reviews on this particular location, I have faith in their leader and their work and would recommend Austin to anyone looking to outfit their vehicle.

I am brand new to the sport, and was intimidated about shopping for new parts. I went to 4wheelparts and the staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely friendly. This all made for a pleasant, and informative first purchase. My Jeep is now truly trail-rated!

I needed parts for our truck and in a hurry. Made a call and they had it in the counter waiting for me even though it was closing time. The guys here are always helpful and friendly. Great experience every time I have gone in.

WOW!.... The level of customer service that i experienced tonight with a salesman down at their South Tabor store was unbelievable. I called to see if they had a portable winch in stock that i was having trouble finding locally. Unfortunately there was not enough time for me to make it to their store before it closed at 6pm. It was 5:45pm and i was coming from the Vancouver lake area. The salesmen could Identify since he lived on this side of the bridge as well. I offered the man $40 cash to bring the winch with him on his way into Vancouver. He politely declined the $40 and offered to meet me with the winch anyways! This was a situation that i had little time to prepare for and without this guy going out of his way i would have been in a tough spot.

I have purchased a few sets of wheels and tires here now and have always had a great experience. Very helpful and quick turn around time took them 2 hours to do wheels tires and an alignment. Will definitely be back for my next set of tires!

AUSTIN, THE STORE MANAGER RIGHTS A MISTAKE.After being charged for a $60 extended warranty that I was not told about, Austin called me on the phone after reading my one-star review. He wanted to do whatever it took to make it right, so he readily refunded my $60. That should be a slam dunk but a lot of businesses do not fire on all ethical and moral cylinders. A tip of the hat to Austin and his crew. Thanks guys.

Had another shop try to do a basic shock install. After completely messing up the install and alignment I took it here. Everyone was super professional and very highly skilled. Truck is perfect now! Long drive for me but I will do it again! Thank you.
