Ive been to AutoZones all over the country. The people here are a little friendlier, the selection is a little smaller, and there are more people working on vehicles in the parking lot- which I like, even if corporate doesnt. Four stars only because they were out of 2/3 of the items I was looking for, which werent rare.
Helped me find the items I needed and even refilled my oil for me free of charge. You guys are the best I will definitely be returning!
Staff was kinda rude took forever to cash out my 4 year old had to use restroom so bad and I didnt even want to ask cause they werent very happy to be there as it seemed and Ive been to far many other parts store that are more helpful and friendly then this one ill just make an effort to go to those next time instead! Wrong items in wrong places staff not aware even where a funnel was in store or about how much my friend managed without needing to buy one seems I waited so long in line to buy one I no longer even needed it got some body pins for car those seemed to be expensive even for just a few of them.

Terrible terrible service...waited weeks for a part they said would be there the next day...paid for the part in full before they even ordered it then they made me pay for it again before they would give me the part...this is their bad...their system would not bring up my account info showing anything on the part I ordered. I showed them my bank account statement which showed the exact amount the part cost from autozone on the exact day I ordered it yet they still made me pay a second time...this place is a joke. I will no longer be a customer of autoscam and hope anyone who reads this will steer clear aswell.

Ordered parts over phone with manager but every part was incorrect for my vehicle. When i returned everything, no one seemed to care i had any trouble. Oreilly is my new place for car parts

The staff at this store is super friendly and helpful. The people there seem like theyre happy to be there, the atmosphere is nice. An employee named Brandon P. helped me buy and put a battery in my car a few weeks ago and the experience was actually great. I had gone to another store first that was very unhelpful and made me feel like a pain and like it wasnt okay to ask for help. They didnt have time for me two days in a row. Brandon had me driving away within 15 minutes of walking in the door. I called the District Manager to give him props today and it turns out hes been promoted to Store Manager. Good decision! This is the store to go to everyone!

This stop was a bit more than anticipated. The worker was less knowledgeable than one needs to be to work in such a place. One quick question turned into a 45 min stop. Be sure to take the receipt because even if they cashed you out a few mins before the exchange process is still as if youre a suspected thief. The item was only 8 dollars switched for a 7 dollar item and they offered a store credit, yes for $1! It also required my license, signature, phone number and switching of registers.
The gentleman that helped me was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and helped me replace my headlight even though he didn’t have to. Convenient location, will be back next time I need something :)
Service people were everywhere but nobody asked to help me. I wandered aimlessly through the store until I found my own on my own. Not overly friendly staff either. But the place was well kept & clean which is equally as important!(Well,..ALMOST as important he he)
Over priced, but convenient. The management are very practiced in there sales pitch. With respect it goes like this,,, blah, blah blah, blah, blah blah. The true response to my feedback wouldve went something like this, Yes it is true, that you may order the same parts at a huge discount online, also we sometimes have a more than 100-percent mark-up than our distributors. Though most people arent aware of that fact or at the time dont mind paying the extra cash to get there food and rent providing vehicle back safely on the road. So Mr owner guy, with that hillery Clinton type response, convince yourself and yours of that hog wash b4 the innocent public.Thanks. This review started off with simply, Convenient though Overpriced, I then continued on further only after the Owner of the store responded with a very disrespectful and assuming response. I then took 15 minutes of research to remind myself of some facts I read a few years back and loaded them into my response to his response. Im actually glad it happened. The owner maybe not so much, though over all his car part company wont see in negative marks in the books from it, though there is and shall be negative marks on the owners character.

Pretty good service overall. Some of the employees lack automotive knowledge, so just make sure to do a little research before going in. The tool rental program is a fantastic service! Just pay the price of the tool needed and you get full refund when returned.
The torque wrench I was givin would only loosen nuts not tighten them. I returned it and received a new one. It lasted for one nut didnt make it to 70lbs and broke. I was using it correctly ( I had the guy at the store confirm I was setting it correctly) and it broke after one nut was mostly applied. I ended up using my own socket to get as tight as possible and took the truck to my local tire shop to have them check the torque on the nuts. Pretty much I let auto zone hold $50 for three days. That and I made 3 trips to AutoZone for nothing.

Ive been managing simple maintenance and repairs on my cars forever, so Ive been to a lot of auto parts shops, but never before have I had a salesperson ask if I could use a hand with the installation. It was a simple headlight replacement (which, as always, was more complicated than it should have been, and it was cold and windy and uncomfortable outside). Ill be back here next time I need anything. The people who work here are terrific.
Needed replacement tail light. Left side not working. Very nice young man assisted me with replacement tail light. All lights now working. Thank you Auto Zone and especially the young red headed man who helped me.
Not sure why, but I seem to like this store better than some of the others near me. The people Ive encountered working here have been really helpful. They almost always have what Im looking for at a competitive price.
Experienced sexism at its finest:I went to this store looking for an engine coolant temperature sensor for my car which I had already tested and and had determined was faulty.One of the clerks at the register asks, Who is going to assist this lovely young lady? as I stood waiting.They had a product that was $10 more than the cheapest one, but 2 miles down the road was the cheaper part so I decided I would drive there.What really make me angry was that original associate who greeted me and wasnt even helping me with the purchase came over and asked, Who is going to put that in?I replied, I am.Then he asks, How do you even know that is what is wrong?I reply, Because I tested it and already know that is what it is. I took it out, I think that I can put it back in.He continued to lecture me about the codes in my car which I had already cleared and making sure that was really the part. He tried to convince me to buy the more expensive part as well even though I knew I didnt need it because Im trying to fix this car to sell it.I finished ordering the part but left furious for the blatant sexism I had experienced. Never before in my life have I had someone question my ability to fix a simple thing on my car. Next time, think about judging a person on their appearance since Im not afraid to crank on my car and get it done!BTW - Fixed the problem and the ECTS was definitely the issue. I had to call my dad and thank him for teaching me a little something about cars and not surprisingly he himself had never been asked who was going put a part on his car!

Helpful but if you get a new person they can rarely find a part for older cars with other than original equipment. They seem to only be able to look up parts by filling in the boxes. Year, make, model, ect ...
They had everything on my list. Fuel like for my quad. A nice Mobil 1 oil filter for my car and fuel stabilizer of many kinds for my generator. Excellent service with a clean well lit environment.
I would like to say thankyou to Cory for helping my friend get the sale price on a jug of oil, filter and air filter promotion. the associate that was trying to assist us struggled with confusion when it was discovered that the store was out of stock on the filters we needed. Cory found comparable part numbers that were a little higher quality and put it all together for the sale price. My friend barely had the cash for the sale so it was a big deal for him to change oil in an old truck that really needed it. Thats customer service thats rarely seen anymore. This simple jesture will build loyal customers.

If I have to go to AutoZone this is the one I prefer. Do your research so you have an idea on the part(s) you need and I always open the box and examine the part. This will save you time and money.

I gave them 4 stars, but it varies on who they have working when you go to buy items you need or want. I went in one night and got some windshield wipers that the employee offered to put on for me while I was there. So I let him install the wipers. I never thought of checking if he had installed them correctly or not? You’d think if their offering to install wipers they’d know what their doing right? Well it was nice dry weather for a few days, then came the rain! I turned on my wipers and before they could go up and down across my windshield they flew off leaving just the metal bars of my wipers scraping across my glass. It was after dark and the road I was on was full of traffic. Figured I’d never find my wipers now and even if I did they be ran over a hundred times and be no good to use now! Luck would have it I was close to the Auto Zone where I bought the wipers. So I stopped in to tell them what happened to the wipers they install. I wasn’t nasty about it, just politely explained how after they installed my wipers they flew off when I turned my wipers on. Employee I was talking to acted like he didn’t care in the least what happened or why and he certainly wasn’t going to replace my wipers and just walked off leaving me standing there! Standing there thinking if I wanted to push this issue more or just go to another autoparts store and buy new wipers. Just by luck the manager happened to ask me if he could help me? So I explained to him what happened and he jumped right to grabbing another set of wipers and put them on my vehicle himself and apologized that the first set wasn’t installed right! Unfortunately these companies dealing with the public are often at the mercy of their employees and whether they do their jobs correctly or not? Unfortunately sometimes these autoparts stores get a bad review due to some bad employee that probably should be standing in the unemployment line!

I would never recommend anyone to go to this location they do not keep record as OReillys does they treat customers horribly they have accused and set up alarms on their own to go through my personal bag. I am a paying customer I have almost 20 years of AutoZone purchase history I have always been a loyal customer and after this latest embarrassing rude and unacceptable visit I will not be going back to this AutoZone nor to any other. I highly recommend if you appreciate AutoZone at all dont visit this one itll tarnish you
Took a long time as one salesman spent 15 minutes or more trading pictures of the cars at recent races. Without my complaining the Mgr. Gave me 10% off for the 25 minutes it took to buy a turn signal bulb.
This place is great. Employees are really helpful, they stock just about everything, rarely long lines.Do yourself a favor and skip the other stores and head to this one. Nothing but great experiences there.Their prices are great as well.
So I just bought a set of headlights here. Nick was the employee who helped me find what I needed which made for a fast and easy transaction. Nick was very helpful but then went the extra mile and installed them for me on-site free of charge. Eveytime I have been in this store they have always been fast and helpful. If you need a Bosch driver side wiper blade for a 2008 Honda Civic, dont buy size 26A (like it says in the book in the wiper blade aisle) or size 28OE (like it says on the AutoZone website), buy size 28B. Returns are relatively painless.
Great, duke store manager was able to have another store price match my part i ordered that was wrong. The computer had the same part on both cali emissions and fed emissions and that was wrong. He mad sure to swap to the right one.
